When using electric appliance, especially when children are

CONTROLS

WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or
injury to persons:

When not in use, unplug it. Allow the appliance to cool and store in a
safe, dry location.
This iron is hot when in use. Do not let eyes and bare skin touch
heated surfaces.
Do not place the heated iron directly on any surface while it is hot or
plugged in.
An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near
children or individuals with certain disabilities.
Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not use attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug.
Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled, jerked, strained, twisted,
or severely bent, especially at the plug connections. Damage will occur at
the high flex point of entry into the appliance, causing it to rupture and
short. Handle the cord carefully for longer life.
Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around
the appliance.

used or where oxygen is being administered.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance has polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a
safety feature this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualifiedelectrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
The blowpro flat iron has been designed with an ALCI (Appliance Leakage
Current Interrupter) plug protective device that may make the appliance
inoperable under some abnormal conditions (such as, but not limited to,
immersion of the appliance). This protective device helps to prevent electric
shocks. If the blowpro iron does not turn on when the button is turned on, be
sure that the red reset button on the plug is depressed. In case of local
electrical interruptions, be sure to reset the plug before using it again. An
appliance that does not operate in the proper function condition is to be
discarded or returned to a service center for examination and repair.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT ALCI SAFETY PLUG
1. “TEST” button ensures the ALCI plug device is operational.
2. “RESET” button clears the ground fault and restores the ALCI to
normal operation.
3. The ALCI should be TESTED every use.
4. When RED button extends OUT, the ALCI has operated. This discarded
or returned to a secure service center for examination and repair.
5. If there is any indication that the appliance does not operate in the
proper functioning condition, it should be returned to a service center
for examination and repair (See “LIMITED WARRANTY” Section).

BASIC OPERATIONS
Plug the appliance into the correct power supply.
Turn Standby Button On.
To use the optional auto shut off feature, press the Mode Button until the timer
screen is displayed. Use the Temperature Control buttons to adjust the timer.
Once the time is up on the timer, the iron will automaticallyshut off.
To change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit, press the Mode
Button until the desired setting is shown.
Control the Temperature Controls for the temperature desired.
Turn the Standby Button Off after completion of using the appliance.
Do not pull the cord, grasp the plug and unplug the appliance
The blowpro iron display is turned On and Off by pushing the “StandbyButton”
on the handle. The displaywill light up to show it is On. Use the “Temperature
Control”buttons, labeled as + (plus) and - (minus) to set the correct
temperature. Press the “StandbyButton”to turn On and Off the power to the
heater and display. Unplug the iron in order to cut off any electrical charge. To
switch Off the equipment, it shall be disconnected from the main supply.
MAINTENANCE
Your appliance is virtually maintenance free. No lubrication is needed. Keep
heated surfaces clean and free of dust, dirt, and hair spray. If cleaning becomes
necessary, disconnect the appliance from the power source and wipe the exterior
with a damp cloth. If the cord becomestwisted, untwist prior to use.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
Avoid any contact with skin, the surface is too hot!!
When in frequent daily use, set the iron on a damp towel, or in an iron holder
between applications. Do not set the iron on delicate cabinet surface or near any
flammablematerials.

The titanium plates may be cleaned of product build-up using rubbing alcohol
and
a
clean cloth. Be sure that the Iron is turned off, unplugged, and cool to the touch
before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleansers or materials on the titanium plates,
as this will damage the heating surface.
As with any electrical appliance, keep the Iron away from water. Never submerge
the Iron in water as it will damage the Iron, void the warranty, and may cause
injury to persons or the risk of fire.
When not used, keep the Iron unplugged. Do not leave it in hot and humid places.
If the cord of the Iron is twisted, untwist the cord before use.
ConvertersCANNOT be used. If you require a different voltage, please ask your
distributor for the correct tool.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
If any
malfunction
occurs,
do not attempt to
repair
it
yourself.
Call
the
service center. (See “LIMITED WARRANTY” Section).
GROUND INSTRUCTIONS, SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED
APPLIANCES
In a double-insulatedappliance, two systems of insulation are provided instead of
grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulatedappliance,nor
should a means for groundingbe added to the appliance. Servicing a double-
insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system and
should be done only by a qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a
double-insulatedappliance must be identical to the parts they replace. Adouble-

LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
What Does This Warranty Cover?Any malfunction or defect caused by
faulty materials or workmanship for any Beauty Elite Group, Inc. appliance
that was purchased through a professional salon or other authorized
distributor.
How Long Does The Warranty Last? Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Limitations.(A) THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, GOOD AND
WORKMANLIKE PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE, ON THIS
PRODUCTARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET
FORTH ABOVE WHICH IS TWO (2) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. (B)
BEAUTYELITEGROUP, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES THATARISE OUT OF THE INSTALLATION, USE, OR
OPERATION OF ITS APPLIANCES OR OUT OF THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. (C) APPLIANCES PURCHASED THROUGH THE
INTERNETOR FROM ANY OUTLET OTHER THAN A PROFESSIONAL SALON ARE
NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. (D) ANYALTERATION OR REMOVAL
OF THE SERIAL NUMBER OR OTHER IDENTIFYING MARKS ON THEAPPLIANCE OR
PACKAGING WILLVOID THIS WARRANTY.
What Will B.E.G Do? Beauty Elite Group, Inc. will repair or replace your
appliance at no charge other than a $20.00 return shipping and handling fee.
The replacement or repaired applianceis warranted for the remainder of the
original two (2) years warrantyperiod. If the tool sent in is no longer available,
it will be replaced with a comparabletool.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This warranty does not cover any
steel parts; plastic parts; flexcord; damages caused by negligence, misuse,
tampering, alteration, failure to follow safety, operation or maintenance
instructions; appliances purchased over the Internet or through any Internet
auction site or from any other outlet that is not a professional salon; or alteration
or removal of the serial number or other identifying marks on the appliance or
the
packaging. Further, this warrantydoes not cover normal wear and tear.

How to Get YourAppliance Repaired or Replaced?
Save your original receipt.Then Either:
(A) Return the appliance with the original receipt to the professional salon from
which it was purchased where the appliance may be exchanged at no charge,
depending on the retailer’s exchange policy (terms and conditions may vary
depending on store’s exchange policy); or
(B) Contact Beauty Elite Group, Inc. Customer Service at (800) 619-1333 if
you have any questions regarding your tool. Send your tool, along with any
completed warranty card that accompanied the tool at time of purchase, the
original receipt indicating the location and date of purchase and a check or
money order made payable to Beauty Elite Group, Inc. for $20 to cover
shipping and handling, to the following address (United States Only:
California residents are not required to send payment.):

tools that are lost during shipping to Beauty Elite Group, Inc.

How Does State LawApply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
so the above limitation of implied warranties may not apply to you.

consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
to you.
