WARNING: This curling iron gets very hot
when in operation, with serious risk of burns,
electrocution, re and injury.
Always follow basic safety precautions when
using this curling iron, especially when children
are present.
Safety Instructions When Connecting
the Curling Iron to Power
• This curling iron complies with the
recognized rules and pertinent safety
regulations for electrical appliance.
• The power cable of this curling iron cannot
be replaced. If the cable or the plug is
damaged or has a defect, the curling iron
should be discarded.
• Make sure the curling iron is turned o
before connecting to power.
• The voltage of the power source must be
the same as the specied voltage on the
iron’s ratings plate.
• Connect the curling iron only to AC current
and to an outlet with grounding contact.
• Do not run the power cable over sharp
edges and do not hang the iron from the
cable. Instead the iron can be hung using
the hanging loop.
• Keep the power cable away from extreme
heat and moisture.
• Check that the curling iron is functioning
properly before using. The curling iron
should not be used if the power cable is
damaged, if there is noticeable damage, or if
it has been dropped.
• Never wrap the power cable around the
curling iron.
• The power cable must not come into
contact with the hot parts of the iron and
should never run between the ironing rod
and clip.
• Only insert the power plug into a power
outlet when the iron is switched o.

Safety Instructions When Operating
the Curling Iron
• This iron is very hot when in use. Do not let
eyes and/or bare skin or heat-sensitive areas
touch any hot parts or surfaces of the iron.
• The curling iron must not come into contact
with ammable materials. The iron must
also not be used near ammable materials
as the iron can reach high temperatures of
approximately 390ºF.
• Never cover the curling iron with any other
objects.
• Do not place or rest the iron on any surfaces
while it is switched on.
• Remove the power plug from the power
outlet after every use, before cleaning, and if
the curling iron is not functioning properly.
• Do not pull on the power cable and do not
carry the curling iron using the power cable.
Safety Instructions for Cleaning and
Maintenance
• Always disconnect the curling iron from
power and allow the iron to cool down
before cleaning, performing maintenance, or
if faults occur during operation.
• Do not pull on the power cable to remove
the plug from the power outlet.
• Do not remove the power plug from the
outlet with wet hands.
Risk of Electric Shock!
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, service agent
or similarly qualied personnel in order to
avoid potential hazards.
• This curling iron may be used by children
over 8 years old and by dependents if they
are properly supervised and have been made
fully aware of the risks of use. Children should
not play with the curling iron. Cleaning and
user maintenance should not be performed
by children without supervision.
• Do not use this curling iron near bathtubs,
showers, basins or other areas containing
water.
• After use, or if pausing use for a signicant
length of time, unplug the iron from power
and let it cool down completely before
storing it.
• Protect the curling iron from moisture.
Never put it into the dishwasher and never
immerse it in water.
Risk of Burns with Hair Spray!
Do not use any sprays, styling agents and
other inammable chemical hair care products
as hair sprays and styling agents may cause
burning when coming into contact with the
hot curling iron. This may cause signicant
damage to the hair and skin!

Before using the curling iron for the rst time,
check the package contents to ensure all parts
are free of visible damage.
Operating Instructions
1. Plug the curling iron into power and “OFF”
will appear on the display screen.
2. Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button to
turn on the curling iron. The display screen
will show a default temperature of 320ºF
and the suitable hair type. The temperature
reading will ash on the display until the set
temperature is reached.
3. To select a temperature, press the +/–
buttons until the desired temperature
setting between 250ºF and 390ºF is reached.
Press and hold the +/– buttons to increase
or decrease the temperature more quickly.
4. It is recommended to select the lowest
temperature setting (250ºF) when using the
curling iron for the rst time and then raising
the temperature if needed.
5. We recommend the following temperature
settings:
• Thin Hair: 250ºF to 285ºF
• Normal Hair: 300ºF to 340ºF
• Thick Hair: 355ºF to 390ºF
Warning!
Setting the temperature too high risks burning
hair. If you are not sure of your hair type, begin
using a lower temperature. A wrongly selected
temperature or improper use of the curling iron
puts your hair at risk of drying out or, in the
worst case, burning.
Please Note:
A raising of temperature will be reached in just
a few seconds, while a reduction in temperature
will take eect more slowly.

Curling Hair
1. Section damp or dry hair evenly and comb
through before styling.
2. Press the lever to open the clip and place
hair strands between the rod and the clip.
3. Close the clip to hold the hair strands in place.
4. The ends of the hair strands can be shaped
by twisting the curling iron either outward
or inward before pulling it out over the ends.
5. Roll the hair up as far as you want it curled,
being careful not to let the iron touch the
scalp. Leave the curling iron in your hair for
5-8 seconds to achieve the desired curling
results. For tighter, bouncier curls, roll less hair.
For loose, free-owing curls, roll more hair.
6. When you are nished styling, let your hair
rst cool down and do not comb or brush
hair until it cools. Unplug and allow the iron
to cool completely before storing it.
NOTE: Use the included glove to protect your
hand from heat if necessary. Pay attention to
use the correct side, wear it on left hand.
Preventing Accidental Operation
1. Double press the Power On/O button to
lock the curling iron. “Locking”means all
buttons will stop functioning to prevent
accidental presses.
2. Double press the Power On/O button
again to unlock.
Care and Maintenance
• This curling iron is intended for household
use. Unplug the iron before cleaning. The
iron must be cleaned only when cool.
• Use a soft non-abrasive cloth that is slightly
dampened with water to wipe the curling
iron surface. Do not allow water or any other
liquids to enter the handle of the iron. Any
other servicing should be performed by a
qualied technician.
• The curling iron should not be stored while
hot or plugged in. When not in use, allow the
curling iron to cool down completely. It may
then be put back in its box and store out of
reach of children in a safe, dry location. Never
wrap the cable around the curling iron; this
could cause the cable to wear prematurely
and break.
