SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Never use the Bluetooth Headphones while
driving.
Continuous listening of music at a high volume
may cause damage to your ears.
Use of non-BLUEANT batteries may result in
damage, performance degradation, injury,
electric shock and even fire and may render
your warrantyvoid.
Never touch the electric cord or plug with wet
hands and never use force to pull the cord or
plug.
Charge the battery for at least 2 hours before
using.
Keep all components out of reach of children
Do not use in places like hospitals, airplanes etc.
where the use of Bluetooth electronic devices
may be prohibited.
Do not expose components to the extremes of
sunlight, temperature, moisture or vibrations
Consider those around you and keep volume to
a moderate level when around others.
Cleaning Headphones and pouch can be done
with a slightly moistened cloth in soiled area
When cleaning do not use any type of abrasive
pad, scouring powder or solvents as these may
damage the outer casing.

Wearing the Headphones / Using the
Headphones Travel Case
Place the Headphones so that the neckband
goes behind the headand the microphoneis
positioned on the right ear. Fit the headphones
so that your ears slip between the neckband
and the speakers
When not inuse, fold the Headphones carefully
and place it inside the case.

Mounting the battery
/ Removing the battery
* The Headphones have no separate Power “On/Off” buttons and power on automatically when battery is mounted.
To mount the battery, place the hookof battery into groove of Headphones
and bring down the battery such that the terminals of battery and
Headphones are touching and press downwards until a locking sound is
heard.
To remove, press the
“Battery Ejector” button.

Charging the battery
* Charge the battery for atleast 2 hours before using for the first time.
To charge the battery, place the hook of battery into the groove of the
charger and when the terminals of battery and charger are contacting, press
the battery downwards until a locking sound is heard. Check if the charger
LED indicator lamp switches red.
Press the “Battery Eject” button under the
charger cradle to release the battery.

Green : Charging completed
Blinking : Charger or battery malfunction
The chargerstatus is indicated by thefollowing colors.
* If the charger indicator lamp blinks red, remove and mount
the battery again. If blinking persists, clean the charger
terminals. Ifproblem persists, contact the service center.
* Charging and storageshould be at room temperature.
* Do not use other adapters with the charger as it may result
in fire or damage.
* Do not place metals (coins, metal objects etc) over the
charger terminals as it maylead to short circuiting.

Bluetooth USB Dongle
- Facilitates Bluetooth connectivity from PC to
Headphones.
- The BLUEANT Headphones are a multi-function
device in themselves,but with the included
BLUEANTBluetooth USB Dongle your computer
becomes Bluetooth Enabled allowing you to
connect with many more devices.
Blue PC Software
- Bluetooth Software for your PCrequired to make
the relevantconnections with your Bluetooth
devices.
- Runs in thebackground of yourcomputer,
BLUEANT Browser
- Headphone Browser Software whichenables you
to upload and download files to the headphones.
-Adrag and dropinterface means it is easy to add
songs to the memory insidethe headphones.

Installing BLUEANT Browser
1. Browse CD and double click ‘BLUEANT
Browser Setup.exe’from program folder. Wait for
BLUEANTSetup to preparethe InstallShield
Wizard.
2. Click ‘Next’to install or Browse to select
another folder. After installation has completed,
the BLUEANT Browsericon will appear on
desktop.

Using the BLUEANT Browser
The ‘BLUEANT Browser’ is a program used to
connect the BLUEANT Headphones with a PC for
various functions listed below including downloading
or uploading of music files.
Transfer of music files from PC to Headphones
and vice versa.
File and folder management (file delete, create
folder, delete folder, memory format etc)
Remote controlling of Headphones (playing
music stored inHeadphones memory) from PC
Adjust audioquality (Treble, Bass)
Firmware upgrade (upgrading the firmware of
Headphones wirelessly)

Installing BluePC Bluetooth software
Before installing the Bluetooth driver, check if your
computer supports the following minimum system
requirements:
zPentium III – 800MHz or higher
zWindows® 2000, XP (ME, Win 98 not
supported)
Please ensure that your Windows® 2000 or
XP is fully updatedbefore installing BluePC :
For Win 2000 (Service Pack 3 or 4)
For Win XP(Service Pack 1)
zMemory 128MB or higher
zAvailable Hard diskSpace ofat least 10MB
zCD-Rom drive and USB port
Before starting the installation,
- ensure that no other PC based Bluetooth software
is installed on PC.
- if any ‘Firewall Software’ or ‘Anti-Virus
Program’ present on the PC system is active,
ensure that proper privileges are given to all the
components of BluePC.
1. Browse CD and double click BluePC.exe under
program folder. The installation procedures will be
explained based on Win XP.
2. Wait for the InstallShield Wizard to extract the
contents of the package. Wait for BluePC Setup to
prepare the InstallShield Wizard.
