BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES
MODEL: BS101HPBT / BS201HPBT

CHARGING
To charge the headphones simply insert the micro USB end of the supplied cable into the USB
CHARGING PORT and the standard USB end into a USB port on a USB charger or computer.
The LED INDICATOR will turn Red when the headphones are charging.
The LED INDICATOR will turn Off when the headphones are fully charged.
POWER
To turn the headphones ON press and hold the POWER button until the voice prompt
announces “Power On”. The LED INDICATOR will begin flashing Blue.
To turn the headphones OFF press and hold the POWER button until the voice prompt
announces “Power Off”. The LED INDICATOR will turn Off.
PAIRING TO YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE
1. Turn your Bluetooth device OFF entirely and then turn it back ON to refresh the
device’s Bluetooth memory.
2. Find the Bluetooth menu in your device and make sure the Bluetooth function is turned
ON (refer to your device’s user manual for instructions on finding the Bluetooth menu).
3. Turn the Headphones ON and unplug the headphone cable from the 3.5mm INPUT if
necessary. When the Headphones are turned ON the voice prompt will announce
“Bluetooth Mode”.
4. On your device, perform a Bluetooth “device discovery” to add the
BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT as a new device.
5. When the headphones are discovered your device will display
“BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT” in the Bluetooth menu.
6. After selecting “BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT” from the Bluetooth menu the LED
indicator will slowly flash Blue, and the voice prompt will announce that Bluetooth
Pairing was successful.
7. If supported by your device’s menu, set the BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT as “set as
authorized” or “add totrusted devices”
PLAYING MUSIC
After successfully pairing the headphones with your Bluetooth device, you can begin playing
music simply by choosing the song you wish to hear on your device’s menu system (refer to
your device’s user manualfor instructions on playing music).
PLAYBACK & VOLUME CONTROLS
All playback controls (Play, Pause, Next/Previous song, etc.) can be controlled either directly
on your device, or on the buttons on the headphones.

NOTE: the buttons on the headphones will only operate when connected to your device
via Bluetooth mode. The buttons will not function when the headphones are connected
with the 3.5mm headphone cable
•PLAY – press the PLAY / PAUSE button once to being playing music.
•PAUSE – press the PLAY / PAUSE button again to pause playback. Press PLAY /
PAUSE again to resume.
•GO TO THE NEXT SONG/TRACK – press the NEXT SONG / VOLUME DOWN
button
•GO TO THE PREVIOUS SONG/TRACK – press the PREVIOUS SONG / VOLUME
UP button
•VOLUME UP – press and hold the PREVIOUS SONG / VOLUME UP button
•VOLUME DOWN – press and hold the NEXT SONG / VOLUME DOWN button
oNOTE: You can also adjust the using the volume controls on your connected
device.
ANSWERING & ENDING PHONE CALLS
When connected to a Bluetooth enabled smartphone the BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT can be
used as a mobile headset.
To Answer an incoming call – Press the PLAY / PAUSE button
To End a call – Press the PLAY / PAUSE button again
NOTE: the buttons on the headphones will only operate when connected to your device
via Bluetooth mode. The buttons will not function when the headphones are connected
with the 3.5mm headphone cable
USING A HEADPHONE CABLE
If your device does not have Bluetooth, or the battery on the headphones is low/dead, you can
still listen to the headphones by connecting the supplied 3.5mm headphone cable to the
3.5mm INPUT on the headphones and the headphone jack on your device.
NOTE: to save battery life it is recommended to turn the headphones OFF when using
the 3.5mm headphone cable.
When the headphone cable is inserted into the 3.5mm INPUT the headphones will
automatically turn off the Bluetooth function and switch to the 3.5mm INPUT mode.
When the headphone cable is removed from the 3.5mm INPUT the headphones will
automatically return to Bluetooth mode.

NOTE: the buttons on the headphones will only operate when connected to your device
via Bluetooth mode. The buttons will not function when the headphones are connected
with the 3.5mm headphone cable
USING A microSD CARD
The BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT can play mp3 files directly from a microSD card.
To play music from a microSD card simply insert the card into the microSD card slot. The
voice prompt will announce “MP3 MODE” and begin playing the first song on the card. Use
the buttons on the headphones to play/pause music and skip to the previous/next track on the
card.
When you are finished listening to the microSD card simply remove the card from the
headphones, or press the MODE button to switch to either the Bluetooth or FM Radio modes.
LISTENING TO FM RADIO
The BS101HPBT/BS201HPBT has a built-in FM radio tuner.
To listen to FM radio press the MODE button until the voice prompt announces “FM Mode”.
Press the NEXT SONG / VOLUME DOWN button to tune up to the next radio station.
Press the PREVIOUS SONG / VOLUME UP button to tune down to the previous radio station.
When you are finished listening to the FM radio simply press the MODE button until the voice
prompt announces you have arrived at the desired mode (Bluetooth or MP3).

LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for
a ninety-day period from the original date of purchase from an authorized BLUESTREAM dealer.
Should you be missing any of the included accessories or other components (screws, pieces, etc.),
please contact the Customer Support Center to secure a replacement. It is not necessary to bring
the unit back to the store. When calling, please reference the parts list found in the Instruction
Manual to help us accurately identify the missing parts and promptly provide replacements.
We will replace the unit free of charge should it become defective under this warranty, providing you,
the original purchaser, have your original dated sales receipt.
To obtain warranty service or replacement within the ninety-day warranty period, please return the
product with all parts and accessories along with your original dated store receipt to the original
place of purchase and the unit will be exchanged at no charge. It is not necessary to contact the
manufacturer for warranty replacement.

This warranty applies only under conditions of normal use.
There are no consumer serviceable parts contained in this product and any attempt by the owner to
service or repair the unit will immediately void all warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover any product which has been subject to damage due to an act of
nature, misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, commercial use, or modification of, or to, any part of the
product, including the antenna. Damage to any external media such as USB or other memory
devices are not covered nor is the cost incurred in shipping the unit for warranty repair or exchange.
Under no circumstances shall BLUESTREAM be liable for any loss (direct, indirect, incidental,
foreseen, unforeseen, special or consequential) or for any damage arising out of, or in connection
with, the use of this product.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BLUESTREAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty does not cover re-manufactured, refurbished, or repaired units, or any products sold
'As Is'.
This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the Product in the United States and Canada
and grants specific legal rights.
