1.BRIEF INTRODUCTION
B230, extension battery pack owns 2048Wh capacity to support BLUETTI
AC200Max series. This setup can be an emergency power center to run your
home or travel essential appliances , or with enough solar panels, you can even
live off-grid life on the way.
2.ABBREVIATION
● BMS: Battery Management System
● SOC: State of Charge
● AC: Alternating Current
● DC: Direct Current
● PV: Solar Panel(s) Charging (Photovoltaic)
● Grid: Home Power Supplied by Utility
● T500: 500W Additional Adapter
● DOD: Depth of Discharge
3.SAFETY INSTRUCTION
● DO NOT place the power station near heat sources. It is prohibited to place
the equipment in an environment with flammable, explosive gas, or smoke. It
is also prohibited to operate the equipment in this environment.
● DO NOT attempt to replace the internal battery or any other component
of the equipment by anyone other than authorized personnel. There are no
enduser serviceable components.
● DO NOT operate in wet conditions. If the equipment becomes wet, please let
the unit dry completely before using.
● Please ensure proper ventilation while in use and do not obstruct fan
openings. Inadequate ventilation may cause permanent damage to equipment.
● DO NOT stack anything on top of the power station while in storage or while
in use. DO NOT move the unit while operating as vibrations and sudden impacts
may lead to poor connections to the hardware inside.
● Warning: DO NOT insert foreign objects into any ports of the B230. Please
use carefully and keep children away from it.
● In case of fire, only a dry powder fire extinguisher is suitable for the product.

designed for the equipment. We are not liable for damage caused by third-
party equipment and may render your warranty invalid.
4.BLUETTI APP
With BLUETTI App, the remaining capacity of B230 can be viewed via Bluetooth
only when B230 has been connected to AC200Max already. Please turn to the
AC200Max User Manual for detailed information.

Trickle Charging) = 4.6-5.1Hrs for AC200Max fully charged via T500 adapter

= 16.6Hrs.
DoD indicates Depth of Discharge.
η indicates efficiency.

SOC-B: B230 battery pack
Extension Charging 01
(T500 adapter on AC200Max)
When SOC-A = SOC-B, both of the two units will be charged simultaneously.
When SOC-A ＜ SOC-B, AC200Max will be charged first by all power source in
the Capacity Fusion System until SOC-A = SOC-B, then both of the two units
will be charged simultaneously.
When SOC-A ＞ SOC-B, only AC200Max will be recharged.

(T500 adapter on B230)
When SOC-A = SOC-B, both of the two units will be charged simultaneously.
When SOC-A ＜ SOC-B, B230 will be charged by exterior power source,
AC200Max will be charged by B230.
When SOC-A ＞ SOC-B, B230 will be charged first by all power source in the
Capacity Fusion System until SOC-B = SOC-A, then both of the two units will be
charged simultaneously.
8.AC200MAX + B230 EXTRA BATTERYS
A. Press to turn ON/OFF the power transmission from extended battery.
B. Switch to LOCK/UNLOCK the fusion cable with AC200Max.
C: Plug the Capacity Fusion Cable to the battery expansion port of both
AC200Max and B230.

● How to claim the warranty?
Please refer to the warranty card you received from where you have ordered
the product from.
● Can the unit be upgraded?
When B230 has been connected to AC200Max, the firmware including ARM,
DSP, IoT and BMS can be upgraded online through OTA via BLUETTI APP.
● Can it be charged and discharged at the same time?
Yes B230 supports simultaneous recharge&discharge.

● How to store B230?
We recommend a 3-6 months charging to 80% capacity to extended the
battery life, over-discharge will damage the battery cell.
11. DECLARATION
● Some changes may occur without notice such as external appearance or
specifications due to availability of material supplies or hardware improvements
of the product over time.
● BLUETTI shall not be liable for any damage caused by force majeure such as
fires, typhoons, floods, earthquakes or the user's intentional negligence, misuse
or other abnormal conditions.
● No compensation for damages shall be made for utilizing non-standard
adapters and accessories.
● This unit is not suitable for use on the relevant equipment or machines
involving:
Personal safety, such as atomic energy devices, aerospace devices, emergency
medical devices, etc., or any equipment or machines that require extremely
highly reliable power sources. We are not responsible for accidents, fires,
wrongful or negligent actions caused by such equipment or machines which
results in damage.
