1Uso del manuale

1.1 Utilizzo del manuale

Questo manuale è stato redatto dal Costruttore e costituisce parte

integrante del corredo della macchina. Il manuale dell’erbicida, è

destinato al Cliente utilizzatore; è finalizzato alla descrizione dell’uso

della macchina stessa ed alla conoscenza delle sue caratteristiche

tecniche. Questa serie d’informazioni deveessere obbligatoriamente

conosciutadal Cliente, e consentedi poter utilizzare la macchina in

condizioni di sicurezza conoscendo i suoi principi di funzionamento

ed i suoi limiti. Contiene, inoltre, informazioni sulle modalità di

trasporto, messa in funzione, regolazione e manutenzione.

1.2 Conservazione del manuale

Il presente manuale va conservato con cura per tutta la vita della

macchina, compresa la fase di smantellamento. Il manuale va

conservato in un luogo asciutto nei pressi della macchina e deve

essere, in ogni caso, sempre a disposizione del personale

qualificato e dell’utilizzatore. Il Costruttore rende noto che il

manuale riflette la situazione tecnica nel momento in cui la

macchina è stata commercializzata e non può essere considerato

disadatto nel caso di aggiornamenti. Il Costruttore si riserva il diritto

di apportare aggiornamenti alla produzione ed al manuale in

qualsiasi momento senza essere obbligato ad aggiornare

produzione e manuali precedenti salvo il caso di modifiche che

riguardino l’incolumità e la salute di persone o cose.

2Avvertenze generali

2.1 Lavorare in tutta sicurezza

Le istruzioni di sicurezza contenute nel manuale d’uso e

manutenzione si riferiscono alle operazioni che possono essere

svolte sulla macchina. I simboli di sicurezza sono inseriti nel testo

nei punti che richiedono particolare attenzione. E' molto importante

che queste istruzioni di sicurezza siano seguite sempre. La non

osservanza potrebbe provocare lesioni alla persona e/o danni

all'unità o ad altre attrezzature. Tenendo presente tutto ciò, ecco

alcune istruzioni di sicurezza fondamentali:

Leggere, e fare propria, questa sezione delle istruzioni di

sicurezza prima dell'installazione, dell'uso, della manutenzione

odella riparazione della macchina. Leggere e seguire le

segnalazioni di sicurezza contenute nel testo che si riferiscono

ad operazioni specifiche. Indossare ove previsto i dispositivi di

protezione individuale (D.P.I.), come occhiali di sicurezza,

guanti e calzature da lavoro. Conoscere ed attenersi alle

istruzioni di sicurezza scritte nel manuale, alle norme generali

per la prevenzione degli infortuni ed alle norme di legge in

materia di sicurezza.

2.2 Segnaletica di sicurezza

I simboli illustrati di seguito sono utilizzati nel manuale d’uso e

manutenzione e applicati nel punto in cui devono segnalare

l’informazione corrispondente. Questi simboli sono stati inseriti per

mettere in guardia il personale rispetto ai pericoli o le possibili fonti

di pericolo. Fateli propri. La mancanza d’attenzione ai simboli

potrebbe provocare lesioni personali, morte e/o danni alla macchina

od alle attrezzature. In linea di massima i segnali possono essere di

tre tipi come descritto nella tabella che segue:

Segnali di pericolo

Forma triangolare incorniciata

Indicano delle prescrizioni relative a

pericoli presenti o possibili.

Segnali di divieto

Cornice circolare, sbarrata

Indicano prescrizioni relative ad azioni che

devono essere evitate.

Segnali di obbligo

Cerchio pieno

Indicano informazioni che è importante

leggere e rispettare.

In funzione dell’informazione che si vuole trasmettere, all’interno dei

segnali possono essere contenuti dei simboli che, per associazione

di idee, aiutino a capire il tipo di pericolo, divieto od obbligo.

2.3 Segnali di pericolo

Pericolo generico. Questo segnale è utilizzato per

evidenziare situazioni di pericolo che possono creare

danni alle persone, agli animali ed alle cose. Il mancato

rispetto delle prescrizioni associate al segnale, può

causare pericoli.

Pericolo d’esplosione e/o incendio

Questo segnale è utilizzato per evidenziare il pericolo

d’esplosione e/o incendio. Il mancato rispetto delle

prescrizioni associate al segnale, può causare

esplosioni e/o incendi.

2.4 Segnali di divieto

Divieto generico. Questo segnale è utilizzato per

evidenziare il divieto di eseguire determinate manovre,

operazioni o il divieto di mantenere particolari

comportamenti. Il mancato rispetto dei divieti associati al

segnale, può causare danni alle cose, agli animali, alle

persone.

2.4.1 Segnali di obbligo

Obbligo generico. Questo segnale è utilizzato per

evidenziare l’obbligo da parte dell’operatore di rispettare le

prescrizioni. Il mancato rispetto delle prescrizioni associate al

segnale, può causare danni alle cose, agli animali, alle

persone.

Obbligo di utilizzare particolari D.P.I. Questo

segnale è utilizzato per evidenziare l’obbligo di

utilizzare particolari dispositivi di protezione

individuale durante lo svolgimento delle operazioni. Il

mancato rispetto delle prescrizioni associate al

segnale, può causare gravi danni o la morte

dell’operatore.

Obbligo di usare, in ordine protezioni per occhi,

mani, vie respiratorie e abbigliamento idoneo.

ATTENZIONE -La non conoscenza o mancanza

d’attenzione ai segnali ed agli avvertimenti potrebbe

provocare lesioni personali, morte e/o danni alla

macchina o ad alle attrezzature.

2.5 Requisiti fisico-intellettuali dell’utilizzatore

L’operatore non ha bisogno di alcuna licenza specifica per utilizzare

la macchina:ha solo bisogno di leggere questo manuale.

L’operatore deve possedere le capacità psichiche per capire ed

applicare correttamente le istruzioni e le normative per la sicurezza

scritte su questo manuale e sulla macchina sotto forma di scritte e

simboli; deve essere in grado, anche fisicamente, di effettuare le

operazioni necessarie sulla macchina ed essere in grado di

utilizzare e mantenere in condizioni di sicurezza la macchina. La

macchina dovrà essere condotta solamente da operatori autorizzati

e istruiti alla sua conduzione, previa lettura del manuale.

ATTENZIONE! L'operatore o l'utilizzatore è

responsabile degli incidenti o dei pericoli nei quali

possono incorrere le altre persone o i loro beni.

L’utilizzatore non può operare sulla macchina qualora

assuma sostanze (alcol o medicinali) che

compromettono il suo livello normale di attenzione

percezione e che riducono i tempi di reazione.

2.6 Uso improprio

Utilizzi diversi da quelli descritti su questo manuale sono da

considerarsi impropri e quindi non conformi alle normative di

sicurezza.

ATTENZIONE -Un utilizzo non conforme della

macchina può provocare lesioni personali, morte e/o

danni alla macchina od alle attrezzature.

Di seguito sono riportate una serie di possibili usi impropri che

possono provocare lesioni personali o danni alla macchina od alle

attrezzature:

Modifiche o sostituzioni di parti della macchina non

autorizzate;

Inosservanza delle istruzioni di sicurezza;

Inosservanza delle istruzioni relative all’installazione,

all’uso, al funzionamento, alla manutenzione, alla

riparazione o quando queste operazioni sono

eseguite da personale non qualificato;

Uso su superfici impropriee incompatibili.

3Uso edati tecnici

3.1 Uso della macchina

L’erbicida è una macchina professionale per il diserbo ad acqua calda.

E’ destinata all’eliminazione di infestanti e malerbe con il getto d’acqua

calda; ogni altro uso non menzionato deve considerarsi improprio.

3.2 Condizioni d’uso previste

L’erbicida è stata progettata per eseguire esclusivamente le funzioni

descritte nel paragrafo del manuale. La macchina dovrà operare in

condizioni ambientali conformi così come descritto nel paragrafo

relativo valori ambientali ammissibili.

3.3 Rumore

Fare riferimento alla targa dati della macchina:

Valori ottenuti in conformità alla ISO EN 3744.

3.4 Vibrazioni

Le vibrazioni prodotte sono di entità molto esigua, non tale da

essere fonte di pericolo per l’operatore.

Non sono necessari accorgimenti particolari al fine di tutelare

l’operatore dagli effetti delle vibrazioni prodotte. Qualora

insorgano anomale vibrazioni, l’operatore dovrà arrestare

immediatamente la macchina e segnalare il fenomeno al

personale preposto alla manutenzione.

La macchina non è destinata ad operare in ambienti a rischio

d’incendio od esplosione.

La macchina non può essere utilizzata in ambienti

con atmosfera esplosiva.

4Trasporto ed installazione

4.1 Sollevamento e movimentazione

ATTENZIONE -Osservare le prescrizioni che seguono.

La macchina può essere consegnata dal Costruttore su pallet ed

imballata con un’apposita scatola di cartone. Prima del disimballo,il

trasporto e la movimentazione può avvenire con carrello elevatore

omologato per una portata superiore al peso dell’imballo.

Per disimballare la macchina, tagliare le regge che bloccano la

scatola di cartone al pallet e rimuovere la scatola. Una volta

disimballata la macchina va sollevata facendo passare le cinghie di

sollevamento all’interno dei ganci predisposti. Di seguito sono

riportate alcune istruzioni di sicurezza relative alle operazioni di

trasporto.

Le operazioni di sollevamento e movimentazione necessarie

per eseguire l’installazione, devono essere eseguite, con mezzi

adeguati e da personale specializzato ed addestrato a questo

tipo di manovre, adottando tutte le cautele previste e

raccomandate al fine di prevenire danni a persone o cose.

4.2 Installazione

ATTENZIONE -Prima di procedere all’installazione

leggere attentamente le avvertenze riportate di

seguito. La non osservanza delle seguenti

avvertenze può provocare lesioni, morte o danni

all'attrezzatura.

5Descrizione della fornitura

Di seguito è riportato l’elenco del contenuto dell’imballo consegnato

al cliente. Nel caso in cui venga riscontrata la mancanza di qualche

particolare sottoelencato si prega di rivolgersi subito al rivenditore.

Per evitare che venga smarrita durante il trasporto, la chiave viene

inserita nel sacchetto contenente i documenti tecnici.

6Istruzioni per l’Operatore

6.1 Istruzioni di sicurezza

ATTENZIONE -La non osservanza delle seguenti

istruzioni di sicurezza può provocare lesioni o danni

all'attrezzatura.

6.1.1 Verifiche da eseguire prima di avviare la

macchina.

Assicurarsi, prima di utilizzare la macchina, che tutti i

dispositivi di protezione siano collocati correttamente

al loro posto ed in buono stato.

6.2 Interventi non consentiti

E’ vietato eseguire interventi di regolazione

manutenzione e/o lubrificazione a macchina accesa.

6.3 Addestramento

Tutti gli utilizzatori dovrebbero ricevere una formazione

professionale e fare pratica sulla macchina. Tale formazione

dovrebbe mettere in risalto:

La necessità di prestare attenzione e di essere concentrati

quando si lavora

Vietare l’uso a bambini e persone inabili

Impugnare saldamente la pistola e l’intera lancia

Non utilizzare la macchina su piani sconnessi

Non dirigere il getto verso animali o persone

Non dirigere il getto verso parti in tensione

Non sconnettere la spina di alimentazione tirando il cavo

Non utilizzare cavi elettrici di prolunga

Non utilizzare mai la macchina munita di ripari difettosi

7Utilizzo dell’erbicida

7.1 Allacciamento idraulico

Connettere la macchina alla rete idrica mediante un tubo di

dimensione non inferiore a 1/2" (utilizzare l’innesto rapido

fornito in dotazione). Allacciare il tubo per alta pressione alla

macchina e alla lancia avvitando saldamente gli innesti a vite

diametro M22. Montare l’ugello piatto sul terminale.

7.2 Allacciamento elettrico

Collegare la spina alla rete assicurandosi prima che

l’interruttore principale della macchina e quello della rete

siano in posizione “OFF”.

Attenzione: controllare che la tensione e frequenza di

alimentazione richiesta della macchina sia corrispondente a

quella fornita dalla rete (verificare la targa dati apposta sulla

macchina).

Attenzione: la presa di alimentazione deve essere protetta da

interruttore differenziale conforme alle vigenti normative.

7.3 Quadri elettrici

La macchina è fornita con un quadro elettrico con il pannello

rappresentatonellaseguentefigura, dotatodi:

Interruttore generale a tre posizioni

(spento / freddo / caldo)

Spia bianca

Spia verde

Spia arancio

Spia rossa

7.4 Serbatoi

Riempire i serbatoi con i rispettivi prodotti: gasolio

(bocchettone principale), anticalcare (bocchettone piccolo)

Ogni serbatoio riporta in prossimità del rispettivo bocchettone

un’etichetta identificativa.

7.5 Avvio

Aprire il rubinetto dell’acqua di rete. Ruotare l’interruttore

generale nella posizione centrale corrispondente ad acqua

fredda,impugnare saldamente la lancia e premere la leva

dell’impugnatura, più volte se necessario, permettendo all’aria

presente nelle tubazionI di defluire.

Quando il getto diviene costante, ruotare l’interruttore

generale nella seconda posizione per azionare la caldaia.

Il primo avvio della caldaia potrebbe produrre una leggera

fumosità causata dalla presenza di aria nelle tubature.

7.6 Modalità di lavoro

Attendere il raggiungimento della temperatura ottimale di

lavoro per il trattamento dell’erba, segnalato dall’accensione

della spia verde.

Evitare di mantenere la macchina con la caldaia in

funzione, senza azionare la leva dell’impugnatura

7.7 Spegnimento

Prima di spegnere la macchina, posizionare l’interruttore

generale nella posizione centrale corrispondente ad acqua

fredda e lasciare defluire. Questa operazione evita depositi

calcarei.

7.8 Segnalazioni

Le spiedi segnalazione presenti, permettono di ottenere

alcune informazioni circa il funzionamento o le anomalie della

macchina.

-Spia bianca: presenza rete.

-Spia verde: segnala il raggiungimento della temperatura

ottimale di lavoro per il trattamento dell’erba.

-Spia arancio: segnala la mancanza dell’anticalcare.

-Spia rossa: temperatura eccessiva, spegnimento automatico

caldaia.

8Manutenzione ordinaria

ATTENZIONE -Durante le operazioni di manutenzione

ordinaria, pulizia o manutenzione straordinaria, è

obbligatorio indossare i mezzi di protezione

personale in dotazione.

ATTENZIONE -La non osservanza delle seguenti

istruzioni di sicurezza può provocare lesioni, morte o

danni all'attrezzatura.

ATTENZIONE -Ogni operazione di manutenzione o

pulizia deve essere effettuata con la spina di

alimentazione rete scollegatae a caldaia freddaper

evitare pericoli di scottature e incendio. Non lasciare

avvicinare alla macchina personale estraneo alla

manutenzione.

8.1 Norme di sicurezza per la manutenzione

ordinaria

La manutenzione ordinaria consiste in una serie di semplici

operazioni da eseguire ad intervalli regolari e seguendo le

prescrizioni fornite dal costruttore. Il Costruttore ha ridotto il numero

e la complessità delle operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria in modo

tale da consentirne l'effettuazione anche da chi non è in possesso di

notevoli competenze tecniche e non dispone di complesse

attrezzature. Si tratta soprattutto di:

Verificare i filtri acqua e carburante

Pulizia dei raccordi e ingrassatura delle guarnizioni dei

raccordi stessi

8.2 Norme di sicurezza per la pulizia della macchina

Ogni operazione di pulizia deve essere effettuata a macchina

operatrice ferma e spenta.

Per la pulizia della macchina o di alcune delle sue parti devono

essere osservate le seguenti avvertenze:

Non pulire apparecchiature elettriche utilizzando acqua od altri

fluidi. Utilizzare per rimuovere gli eventuali depositi di polvere

esclusivamente un pennello pulito od un panno asciutto. Non

pulire le superfici plastiche con alcool, detergenti o solventi.

Smaltire i materiali di pulizia osservando le norme vigenti in

materia. Non disperdere nell’ambiente i materiali utilizzati o i

residui di pulizia. Per la pulizia utilizzare acqua o aria

compressa e panni morbidi. ATTENZIONE -Durante le

operazioni di pulizia è obbligatorio indossare i mezzi di

protezione personale.

8.3 Norme di sicurezza per la riparazione e la

manutenzione straordinaria

Il Costruttore consiglia l'obbligo di rivolgersi alle officine di

riparazione autorizzate, per qualsiasi intervento che non riguardi le

normali ordinarie manutenzioni.

Le operazioni devono essere eseguite da persone

qualificate, che abbiano tutte le competenze tecniche

per eseguire tali operazioni in condizioni di massima

sicurezza e nel pieno rispetto delle norme di legge

vigenti in materia.

E’ opportuno evidenziare che il diritto alla garanzia offerta dalla ditta

costruttrice decade se:

Non vengono scrupolosamente rispettate le indicazioni

riportate sul libretto "uso e manutenzione";

Non vengono effettuati i previsti tagliandi di manutenzione;

Vengono utilizzati lubrificanti diversi da quelli indicati;

Vengono eseguite riparazioni o manutenzioni da personale

non abilitato;

Si utilizzano ricambi non originali;

Si utilizzano attrezzature di lavoro non idonee.

ATTENZIONE -Sarà cura del Cliente verificare che

per le riparazioni siano utilizzate esclusivamente parti

di ricambio originali, le uniche in grado di non

compromettere la sicurezza della macchina.

In caso di ordine di parti di ricambio specificare al Costruttore il

modello della macchina, la matricola, il numero di riferimento del

9Condizioni di immagazzinamento della

macchina

9.1 Messa fuori sevizio della macchina

Se la macchina non verrà utilizzata per lunghi periodi sarà

sufficiente proteggere le parti grezze (non protette da vernici,

trattamenti superficiali o plastiche) con oli protettivi antiruggine. Nel

caso in cui si preveda che la messa fuori servizio sia

particolarmente prolungata è inoltre consigliabile eseguire una

pulizia accurata della macchina. Ultimate queste operazioni, sigillare

la macchina all’interno di un sacco in nylon pluristrato opaco (nero)

all’interno del quale è stato preventivamente inserito dell’apposito

disseccante (gel di silice).

10 Smaltimento

10.1 Smaltimento della macchina

Per i paesi dell'Unione Europea, prima della rottamazione,

controllare l’etichetta matricola della macchina: se riporta il simbolo

indicato a lato significa che lo smaltimento è regolamentato dalla

direttiva europea 2012/19/UE sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche

ed elettroniche (Waste Electrical and Elec-tronic Equipment, WAEE)

e dalle norme nazionali vigenti. Si devono quindi seguire

scrupolosamente le prescrizioni del sistema locale di raccolta di

prodotti elettrici ed elettronici.

12 Difetti, cause e rimedi

Nella tabella che segue sono elencati i difetti che maggiormente

vengono riscontrati nel normale utilizzo dell’erbicida. Le cause di

questi difetti di funzionamento sono facilmente risolvibili con

operazioni che rientrano nel campo della manutenzione ordinaria.

Nel caso il difetto non dovesse essere presente nella tabella

seguente o non potesse essere eliminato seguendo i consigli qui

1Using the manual

1.1 Using the manual

This manual has been written by the Manufacturer and is an integral

part of the machine. The weed removal system manual is intended

for the end user. It includes a description of how to use the machine

and its technical specification. The user must be aware of the

information it contains as it enables the machine to be used safely,

with knowledge of its operating principles and limits. It also contains

information on transport, starting up, adjustment and maintenance.

1.2 Keeping the manual

The manual must be kept carefully throughout the useful life of the

machine, including during disposal. The manual must be kept in a

dry location near the machine and must always be available for

qualified personnel and the operator. Please note that the manual

reflects the technical situation at the moment in which the machine

is put on sale and may not be considered inappropriate in the case

of updating. The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify products

and the manual at any moment without being obliged to update

previous products and manuals, unless the modifications concern a

risk to the health and safety of people or damage to things.

2GENERAL WARNINGS

2.1 Working in safety

The safety instructions contained in this use and maintenance

manual cover the various operations which may be performed on

the machine. Safety symbols are included in the text at points which

require particular attention. It is extremely important to follow these

safety instructions at all times. Failure to do so could cause injury to

persons and/or damage to the machine or other equipment. In

consideration of this, a number of fundamental safety instructions

are given below:

Please read and make sure you understand this section on

safety instructions before installing, operating, servicing or

repairing the machine. Read and follow the safety instructions

contained in the text with reference to specific operations.

Where necessary, always wear personal protection equipment

(PPE), such as goggles, gloves, safety footwear, etc. Be aware

of and respect the safety instructions in this manual, general

accident prevention rules and safety regulations

2.2 Safety signs

The symbols given below are adopted in the use and maintenance

manual to draw attention to the corresponding information. The

symbols are used to warn personnel of danger or possible sources

of danger. Make sure you understand them. Failure to pay attention

to the symbols could result in personal injury, death and/or damage

to the machine or equipment. The warnings may be of three types

as described in the table below:

2.3 Danger signs

Generic danger. This sign is used to draw attention to

dangerous situations which could result in damage to

persons, animals and things. Failure to respect the

instructions associated with the warning may represent a

danger

Danger of explosion and/or fire

This sign is used to draw attention to a risk of explosion

and/or fire. Failure to respect the instructions

associated with the warning may result in explosion

and/or fire.

2.4 Prohibition signs

Generic prohibition. This sign is used to draw attention to

certain manoeuvres, operations or behaviours which are

prohibited. Failure to respect the prohibitions associated

with this sign could result in damage to things, animals and

people.

2.5 Obligation signs

Generic obligation. This sign is used to draw attention to

instructions which must be respected by the operator. Failure

to respect the instructions associated with this sign could result

in damage to things, animals and people.

Obligation to use particular PPE. This warning is

used to draw attention to the obligation to use

particular personal protection equipment while

carrying out the operations. Failure to respect the

instructions associated with this sign could result in

serious damage or the death of the operator.

Obligation to use suitable protection (in order) for

the eyes, hands and respiratory tract and

appropriate garments.

IMPORTANT -Failure to know and respect the signs

and warnings could result in personal injury, death

and/or damage to the machine or equipment.

2.6 Physical and intellectual requisites of the

operator

No special qualification is required to use this machine. The operator

needs to read this manual only. The operator must be intellectually

capable of understanding and correctly applying the instructions and

safety regulations contained in this manual and on the machine itself

in written and symbolic form. He must be capable, including

physically, of performing the required operations on the machine

and of using and servicing it in safety. The machine must be used by

authorised operators only, instructed in its use and having read the

manual.

IMPORTANT! The operator or user is responsible for

accidents and danger to third parties or their

possessions.

The operator may not operate the machine under the

influence of substances (alcohol or medicinal

products) which could reduce the normal level of

attention or perception or lead to slow reaction times.

2.7 Incorrect or improper use

Use other than those described in this manual is considered

incorrect or improper and therefore not in conformity with safety

regulations.

IMPORTANT: Incorrect or improper use of the

machine could cause personal injury, death and/or

damage to the machine or equipment.

Examples of possible incorrect or improper use which could cause

personal injury or damage to the machine and other equipment are

given below:

Unauthorised modification or replacement of parts of

the machine;

Failure to observe the safety instructions;

Failure to observe the installation, use, operation,

service and repair instructions or performance of

these operations by unqualified personnel;

Use on unsuitable and incompatible surfaces.

3Operation and technical specification

3.1 Operating the machine

The weed removal system is a professional machine for killing

weeds using hot water. It is intended to kill weeds using a jet of hot

water; all other uses not specified in this manual are considered

improper.

3.2 Intended conditions of use

The weed removal system has been designed for use exclusively as

described in this manual. It must be operated in environments

conforming to those described in the section on admissible

environmental values.

3.3 Noise

Refer to the machine’s rating plate:

Values measured in compliance with ISO EN 3744.

3.4 Vibrations

The vibrations produced are minimal and do not represent a source

of danger for the operator.

No particular procedures must be adopted in order to

safeguard the operator from the effects of the vibrations

produced. In the event of abnormal vibrations, the operator

should immediately stop the machine and contact maintenance

personnel.

4Transport and installation

4.1 Lifting and handling

IMPORTANT -Follow the instructions below.

The machine may be delivered from the Manufacturer on a pallet

and packed in a special cardboard box. Before unpacking, the

machine may be transported and handled by means of a lift truck

with a capacity higher than that of the packaged machine.

To unpack the machine, remove the straps holding the cardboard

box to the pallet and remove the box. After the machine has been

unpacked, it must be lifted by passing lifting straps through the two

rear hooks. A number of safety instructions relating to transport are

given below.

The lifting and handling operations required for installation

must be performed using adequate lift equipment and by

specialist personnel trained to perform this type of operation,

adopting all the precautions necessary and recommended in

order to prevent damage to people or things.

4.2 INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT -Before installing the machine,

carefully read the warnings shown below. Failure to

observe the following warnings may cause injuries,

death or damage to the equipment.

Below is a list of the contents of the package delivered to the

customer. If one of the parts listed below is missing, contact the

dealer immediately. To avoid loss during transport, the key is

enclosed in the bag with the technical documents.

6Operator instructions

6.1 Safety instructions

IMPORTANT -Failure to observe the following safety

6.1.1 Checks to be performed before starting up the

machine.

Before using the machine, make sure all safety

devices are positioned correctly and are in good

condition.

6.2 Prohibited operations

Adjustment, maintenance and/or lubrication may not

be performed with the machine on.

6.3 Training

All users must be suitably trained, including with hands-on

experience of the machine. This training should emphasise:

The need for attention and concentration while working

Children and unfit persons must not use the machine

Securely grip the gun and the entire lance

Do not use the machine on uneven surfaces

Do not aim the jet at animals or people

Do not aim the jet at live parts

Do not unplug the power plug by pulling the cable

Do not use electrical extensions

Do not use the machine with faulty guards

7Using the weed removal system

7.1 Water connection

Connect the machine to the mains water supply using a hose

no smaller than 1/2" in diameter (use the quick coupling

supplied). Connect the high pressure hose to the machine and

to the lance, fully tightening the M22 diameter screw-on

couplings. Fit the flat nozzle on the end of the lance.

7.2 Electrical connection

Plug the power cable into the mains power socket, first

ensuring that the main switch on the machine and on the

mains power supply are both “OFF”.

Important: check that the power supply voltage and

frequency required by the machine correspond to the mains

power supply (see the rating plate on the machine).

Important: the power socket must be protected by a residual

current circuit breaker compliant with the standards in force.

7.3 Electrical panels

The machine is supplied with an electrical panel as illustrated

in the following figure, fitted with:

7.4 Tanks

Fill the tanks with the corresponding products: diesel (main

opening), descaler (small opening). Each tank has an

identification label near the opening.

7.5 Starting

Open the mains water tap. Turn the main switch to the centre

position, corresponding to cold water, securely grip the lance

and press the lever on the handle, more than once if

necessary, so as to vent the air in the hose.

When the jet starts to flow continuously, turn the main switch

to the second position to activate the boiler.

When starting the boiler the first time, a small amount of

smoke may be produced due to air in the tubing.

7.6 Operation

Wait until reaching the optimum working temperature for killing

weeds, signalled when the green light comes on.

Avoid leaving the machine with the boiler on without

activating the lever on the handle

7.7 Switching off

Before switching the machine off, move the main switch to the

centre position corresponding to cold water and allow the

water to flow out. This operation will prevent scale from

building up.

7.8 Signals

The indicator lights provided offer information on machine

operation or malfunctions.

.White light: power on.

. Green light: indicates that the optimum working temperature

has been reached for killing weeds.

. Orange light: indicates there is no descaler in the tank.

. Red light: excessive temperature, the boiler shuts down

automatically.

8Routine maintenance

IMPORTANT -During routine maintenance, cleaning

and extraordinary maintenance, personal protection

equipment provided must be worn.

IMPORTANT -Failure to observe the following safety

rules may cause injury, death or damage to

equipment.

IMPORTANT -All maintenance and cleaning

operations must be performed with the machine

unplugged from the mains power supply and when

the boiler is cold, to avoid the risk of scalding and

fire. Do not allow personnel not involved in

maintenance to approach the machine

8.1 Safety rules for routine maintenance

Routine maintenance involves a series of simple operations to be

performed at regular intervals and according to the manufacturer's

instructions. The Manufacturer has reduced the number and

complexity of routine maintenance operations to enable them to be

performed by personnel without technical expertise or complex

equipment. It involves above all:

Checking the water and fuel filters

Cleaning the connectors and greasing the connector gaskets

8.2 Safety regulations for cleaning the machine

All cleaning operations must be performed with the machine

stationary and turned off.

When cleaning the machine or its components, the following

precautions must be observed:

Do not clean electrical equipment with water or other fluids. To

remove dust, use a clean brush or dry cloth only. Do not clean

plastic surfaces with alcohol, detergent or solvents. Dispose of

cleaning materials in respect of current legislation. Do not

dispose of the materials used or cleaning residues in the

environment. To clean, use water or compressed air and soft

cloths. IMPORTANT -During cleaning, personnel protection

devices must be worn

8.3 Safety regulations for repairs and special

maintenance

For all operations over and above normal routine maintenance,

contact an authorised repair workshop.

All operations must be performed by qualified

personnel with the necessary technical skills to

perform the operations in the maximum safety and in

respect of current legislation.

It should be noted that the warranty offered by the manufacturer is

invalidated if:

The instructions given in the "use and maintenance" manual are

not scrupulously respected,

Routine maintenance is not performed as and when indicated;

Lubricants other than those specified are used;

Repairs or maintenance are performed by unqualified personnel;

Non-original spare parts are used;

Unsuitable tools are used.

IMPORTANT -The customer is responsible for

verifying that original parts only are used when

carrying out repairs. The use of non-original spare

parts could jeopardise the safety of the machine.

When ordering spare parts, specify the model of the machine,

registration number, reference number of the component in the

spare parts book and quantity.

9Machine storage conditions

9.1 Storing the machine

If the machine is not used for long periods, protect exposed parts

(not protected by paint, surface treatment or plastic) with protective

rust prevention oils. If the machine is not to be used for particularly

long periods, you should also clean it thoroughly. After performing

these operations, seal the machine inside an opaque black

multilayer nylon bag together with a suitable drying agent (silica gel).

10 Disposal

10.1 Disposing of the machine

For countries in the European Union, before disposal, check the

technical data label on the machine: if the symbol shown on the side

is present, it means that the disposal is subject to the European

directive 2012/19/UE regarding Waste Electrical and Electronic

Equipment, WAEE, and to current national norms. Therefore, the

regulations and guidelines of the local system for the disposal of

electrical and electronic devices must be strictly followed.

1.1 Gebrauch des Handbuchs

Dieses Handbuch wurde vom Maschinenhersteller erstellt und gehört zum

Lieferumfang der Maschine. Das Handbuch des Unkrautvernichters ist für

den Anwender bestimmt; es beschreibt den Gebrauch der Maschine und

erläutert ihre technischen Eigenschaften. Der Kunde muss alle diese

Informationen kennen, damit die Maschinensicherheit gewährleistet ist und

er über die Funktionsweise und Betriebsgrenzen informiert ist. Es enthält

ferner Informationen zum Transport, zur Inbetriebnahme, zur Einstellung

und zur Wartung.

1.2 Aufbewahrung des Handbuchs

Dieses Handbuch muss für die gesamte Lebensdauer der Maschine,

einschließlich Abrüsten, sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden. Das Handbuch

muss an einem geeigneten Ort in Maschinennähe aufbewahrt werden und

grundsätzlich immer dem Fachpersonal und dem Anwender zur

Wartungshandbuch benutzt und kennzeichnen die Stelle, an der auf die

entsprechende Information hingewiesen wird. Diese Symbole dienen

dazu, das Personal vor Gefahren oder möglichen Gefahrenquellen zu

warnen und müssen gut einprägt werden. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser

Symbole kann Personenschäden, Tod und/oder Schäden an der

Maschine oder den Ausrüstungen zur Folge haben. Im Allgemeinen

werden drei Arten von Zeichen verwendet, die in der nachfolgenden

Tabelle aufgeführt sind:

2.3 Warnzeichen

Allgemeine Gefahr. Dieses Zeichen weist auf Gefahren

hin, die zu Personen-, Tier-und Sachschäden führen

können. Die Nichtbeachtung der mit diesem Zeichen

verbundenen Vorschriften kann zu Gefahren führen.

Explosions-und/oder Brandgefahr

Dieses Zeichen weist auf Explosions-und/oder

Brandgefahr hin. Die Nichtbeachtung der mit diesem

Zeichen verbundenen Vorschriften kann Explosionen

und/oder Brände verursachen.

2.4 Verbotszeichen

Allgemeines Verbot. Dieses Zeichen weist auf das Verbot

zur Ausübung bestimmter Vorgänge und Tätigkeiten bzw.

bestimmter Verhaltensweisen hin. Die Nichtbeachtung der

mit diesem Zeichen verbundenen Vorschriften kann zu

Personen-, Sach-und Tierschäden führen.

2.4.1 Gebotszeichen

Allgemeines Gebot. Dieses Zeichen weist auf die Pflicht des

Bedieners zur Einhaltung der Vorschriften hin. Die

Nichtbeachtung der mit diesem Zeichen verbundenen

Vorschriften kann zu Personen-, Sach-und Tierschäden

führen.

Gebot zur Verwendung spezieller PSA. Dieses

Zeichen weist auf die Pflicht zur Verwendung

spezieller persönlicher Schutzausrüstungen bei der

Ausübung der Tätigkeit hin. Die Nichtbeachtung der

mit diesem Zeichen verbundenen Vorschriften kann

schwere Verletzungen oder den Tod des Bedieners

zur Folge haben.

Pflicht zum Tragen von Schutzausrüstungen in

der Reihenfolge: Schutzbrille, Schutzhandschuhe,

Atemschutz und Schutzkleidung.

ACHTUNG –Die Unkenntnis oder Nichtbeachtung

der Zeichen und Warnhinweise kann

Personenschäden, Tod und/oder Schäden an der

Maschine oder an den Ausrüstungen zur Folge

haben.

2.5 Körperliche und geistige Voraussetzungen

des Anwenders

Der Bediener benötigt zum Gebrauch der Maschine keine

besondere Befähigung: er muss nur dieses Handbuch lesen. Der

Bediener muss die geistigen Fähigkeiten besitzen, um die

Sicherheitsvorschriften und -richtlinien in diesem Handbuch und an

der Maschine in Form von Beschriftungen und Symbolen zu

verstehen und richtig anzuwenden; er muss auch körperlich in der

Lage sein, die Maschine richtig zu bedienen und die

Maschinensicherheit zu gewährleisten. Die Maschine darf nur von

Bedienern benutzt werden, die dazu befugt und durch Lesen dieses

Handbuchs mit ihrem Betrieb vertraut sind.

ACHTUNG! Der Bediener oder Anwender haftet für

Unfälle oder Gefahren, die Personen-und

Sachschäden verursachen können.

Der Anwender darf die Maschine nicht betreiben,

wenn er Substanzen (Alkohol oder Medikamente) zu

sich nimmt, die seine normale Aufmerksamkeit und

2.6 Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch

Jeder von den Angeben in diesem Handbuch abweichende

Gebrauch ist unsachgemäß und entgegen den Bestimmungen der

Sicherheitsrichtlinien.

ACHTUNG –Der unsachgemäße Gebrauch der

Maschine kann zu Personenschäden, Tod und/oder

Schäden an der Maschine oder an den Ausrüstungen

führen.

Im Folgenden sind einige Beispiele von unsachgemäßem Gebrauch

beschrieben, die zu Personenschäden oder Schäden an der

Maschine und den Ausrüstungen führen können:

Unbefugte Änderungen oder unbefugtes

Auswechseln von Maschinenteilen;

Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitsvorschriften;

Nichtbeachtung der Installations-, Gebrauchs-,

Betriebs-, Wartungs-und Reparaturanleitungen oder

Ausführung dieser Tätigkeiten durch unqualifiziertes

Personal;

Gebrauch auf ungeeigneten und unzulässigen

Flächen.

3Gebrauch und technische Daten

3.1 Gebrauch der Maschine

Der Unkrautvernichter ist eine professionelle Maschine für die

Unkrautbekämpfung mit Heißwasser. Er ist für die Beseitigung von

Wildwuchs und Unkraut mit einem Heißwasserstrahl bestimmt; jeder

sonstige hier nicht erwähnte Gebrauch gilt als unsachgemäß.

3.2 Vorgesehener Gebrauch

Der Unkrautvernichter darf ausschließlich zur Ausübung der im

entsprechenden Abschnitt des Handbuchs beschriebenen

Funktionen verwendet werden. Die Umgebungsbedingungen beim

Maschinenbetrieb müssen den Angaben zu den zulässigen

Umgebungswerten im entsprechenden Abschnitt entsprechen.

3.3 Geräuschpegel

Diese Angabe befindet sich auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes:

Die Werte wurden nach EN60335-2-79 ermittelt.

3.4 Schwingungen

Es werden nur sehr geringe Schwingungen erzeugt, die keine

Gefahrenquelle für den Bediener darstellen.

Es sind keine besonderen Maßnahmen erforderlich, um den

Bediener vor den Einwirkungen der erzeugten Schwingungen

zu schützen. Bei Auftreten unnormaler Schwingungen muss

der Bediener die Maschine unverzüglich stoppen und den

Vorfall dem zuständigen Wartungspersonal melden.

4Transport und Installation

4.1 Anheben und Beförderung

ACHTUNG –Die folgenden Vorschriften beachten.

Die Maschine kann vom Hersteller auf einer Palette und in einem Karton

verpackt geliefert werden. Vor dem Auspacken können der Transport und

die Beförderung mit einem Hubwagen erfolgen, dessen Tragkraft höher ist

als das Verpackungsgewicht.

Zum Auspacken der Maschine die Spannbänder durchschneiden, mit

denen der Karton an der Palette befestigt ist, und den Karton abladen.

Nach dem Auspacken die Maschine anheben, indem die Hebegurte durch

die dafür vorgesehenen Haken gezogen werden. Die folgenden

Sicherheitsvorschriften müssen beim Transport beachtet werden.

Das Anheben und die Beförderung bei der Installation müssen mit

geeigneten Transportmitteln erfolgen und von Fachpersonal

ausgeführt werden, das für diese Tätigkeiten ausgebildet ist und alle

erforderlichen und empfohlenen Schutzmaßnahmen ergreift, um

Personen-oder Sachschäden zu verhindern.

4.2 Installation

ACHTUNG -Vor der Installation die nachfolgenden

Warnhinweise aufmerksam lesen. Die Nichtbeachtung

dieser Warnhinweise kann Verletzungen, Tod oder

Schäden an der Ausrüstung zur Folge haben.

5Beschreibung des Lieferumfangs

Im Folgenden ist der beim Kunden angelieferte Kartoninhalt

aufgelistet. Bei unvollständigem Lieferumfang muss umgehend der

Händler benachrichtigt werden. Um zu vermeiden, dass der

Schlüssel während des Transports verloren geht, wird er in der

Tasche mit den technischen Unterlagen aufbewahrt.

6Anweisungen für den Bediener

6.1 Sicherheitsvorschriften

ACHTUNG –Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden

Sicherheitsvorschriften kann zu Verletzungen oder

Schäden an der Ausrüstung führen.

6.1.1 Prüfungen vor der Inbetriebnahme der

Maschine.

Vor dem Gebrauch der Maschine sicherstellen, dass

alle Schutzvorrichtungen vorschriftsmäßig

angebracht sind und sich in einwandfreiem Zustand

befinden.

6.2 Unerlaubte Tätigkeiten

Es ist verboten, Einstellungen, Wartungsarbeiten

und/oder Schmierungen bei laufender Maschine

auszuführen.

6.3 Einweisung

Alle Anwender sollten eine professionelle Ausbildung erhalten und

mit der Maschine praktische Erfahrung sammeln. Diese Ausbildung

sollte die folgenden Schwerpunkte haben:

Aufmerksames und konzentriertes Verhalten bei der Arbeit;

Die Maschine darf nicht von Kindern und von Personen, die

nicht mit ihrer Bedienung vertraut sind, benutzt werden

Die Pistole und die ganze Lanze fest in der Hand halten

Die Maschine nicht auf unebenen Böden verwenden

Den Wasserstrahl nicht auf Tiere oder Personen richten

Den Wasserstrahl nicht auf unter Spannung stehende Teile

richten

Den Netzstecker nicht am Kabel herausziehen

Keine Verlängerungskabel verwenden

Die Maschine nicht verwenden, wenn die Schutzvorrichtungen

defekt sind

7Gebrauch des Hochdruckreinigers

7.1 Wasseranschluss

Die Maschine mit einem Schlauch von mindestens 1/2" an

das Wassernetz anschließen (die mitgelieferte

Schnellkupplung verwenden). Den HD-Schlauch an die

Maschine und an die Lanze anschließen, indem die

Schraubkupplungen Durchmesser M22 gut festgezogen

werden. Die Flachstrahldüse am Ende montieren.

7.2 Elektroanschluss

Den Stecker an das Netz anschließen, nachdem sichergestellt

wurde, dass der Hauptschalter der Maschine und der

Netzschalter auf “OFF” stehen.

Achtung: kontrollieren Sie, dass die von der Maschine

benötigte Versorgungsspannung und -frequenz mit dem

Versorgungsnetz übereinstimmen (das Typenschild an der

Maschine prüfen).

Achtung: die Steckdose muss durch einen FI-Schutzschalter

abgesichert sein, der den geltenden Bestimmungen entspricht.

7.3 Schalttafeln

Die Maschine wird mit einer Schalttafel geliefert, deren

Bedien-und Anzeigefeld nachfolgend abgebildet ist und die

wie folgt ausgestattet ist:

Weiße Kontrolllampe

Grüne Kontrolllampe

Orangefarbene Kontrolllampe

Rote Kontrolllampe

7.4 Behälter

Die Behälter mit den jeweiligen Produkten befüllen: Diesel

(Haupteinfüllstutzen), Entkalkungsmittel (kleiner

Einfüllstutzen). Jeder Behälter ist in der Nähe des

Einfüllstutzens mit einem Etikett gekennzeichnet.

7.5 Einschalten

Den Leitungswasserhahn öffnen. Den Hauptschalter auf die

mittlere Stellung für Kaltwasser drehen, die Lanze fest halten

und den Hebel am Griff drücken (erforderlichenfalls auch

mehrfach), wodurch die Rohrleitungen entlüftet werden.

Sobald der Strahl konstant ist, den Hauptschalter auf die

zweite Stellung drehen, um den Kessel einzuschalten.

Beim ersten Einschalten des Kessels kann aufgrund der Luft

in den Rohrleitungen einen leichte Rauchbildung auftreten.

7.6 Gerätebetrieb

Warten, bis die optimale Betriebstemperatur für die

Unkrautbekämpfung erreicht ist, die durch das Einschalten der

grünen Kontrolllampe angezeigt wird.

Den Kessel der Maschine nicht eingeschaltet lassen,

ohne den Hebel am Griff zu bedienen

7.7 Ausschalten

Vor dem Ausschalten der Maschine den Hauptschalter auf die

mittlere Stellung für Kaltwasser stellen und ablaufen lassen.

Dieser Vorgang verhindert Kalkablagerungen.

7.8 Meldungen

Die vorhandenen Kontrolllampen liefern einige Informationen

zum Betrieb bzw. zu Betriebsstörungen des Geräts.

. Weiße Kontrolllampe: Netzspannung vorhanden.

. Grüne Kontrolllampe: zeigt an, dass die optimale

Betriebstemperatur für die Unkrautbekämpfung erreicht ist.

. Orangefarbene Kontrolllampe: zeigt an, dass

Entkalkungsmittel fehlt.

. Rote Kontrolllampe: zu hohe Temperatur, der Kessel

schaltet automatisch ab.

8Planmäßige Wartung

ACHTUNG –Bei den planmäßigen und

außerplanmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten, sowie bei der

Reinigung ist das Tragen der mitgelieferten

persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen vorgeschrieben.

ACHTUNG -Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden

Sicherheitsvorschriften kann zu Verletzungen, Tod

oder Schäden an der Ausrüstung führen.

ACHTUNG –Bei jedem Wartungseingriff und jeder

Reinigung müssen der Netzstecker gezogen und der

Kessel kalt sein, um Verbrennungs-und Brandgefahr

zu vermeiden. Außer dem Wartungspersonal darf

sich niemand im Maschinenbereich aufhalten.

8.1 Sicherheitsnormen für die planmäßige Wartung

Die planmäßige Wartung besteht aus einer Reihe von einfachen

Tätigkeiten, die in regelmäßigen Abständen unter Einhaltung der

Vorgaben des Herstellers auszuführen sind. Der Hersteller hat die

Anzahl und den Umfang der planmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten soweit

reduziert, dass sie auch von Personen ohne besondere technische

Fachkenntnisse und ohne aufwendige Ausrüstungen ausgeführt

werden können. Es handelt sich im Wesentlichen um:

Wasserfilter und Kraftstoff prüfen

Reinigung der Verbindungen und Einfetten der

Dichtungen an den Verbindungen

8.2 Sicherheitsnormen für die Reinigung der

Maschine

Bei jeder Reinigung muss die Maschine stehen und

ausgeschaltet sein.

Bei der Reinigung der Maschine und ihrer Bauteile müssen die

folgenden Vorschriften beachtet werden:

Elektrische Geräte nicht mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten

reinigen. Staubrückstände nur mit einem sauberen Pinsel oder

einem trockenen Tuch entfernen. Kunststoffflächen nicht mit

Alkohol, Reinigungs-oder Lösemitteln säubern. Die

verwendeten Reinigungsmaterialien unter Einhalt der

einschlägigen geltenden Normen vorschriftsmäßig entsorgen.

Für die Reinigung Wasser oder Druckluft und weiche Tücher

verwenden. ACHTUNG -Bei der Reinigung ist das Tragen von

persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen vorgeschrieben.

8.3 Sicherheitsnormen für die Reparatur und die

außerplanmäßige Wartung

Der Hersteller empfiehlt dringend, alle Tätigkeiten, die nicht unter

die normale planmäßige Wartung fallen, von einer autorisierten

Reparaturwerkstatt durchführen zu lassen.

Die Arbeiten müssen von qualifizierten Personen

ausgeführt werden, die alle technischen Kenntnisse

besitzen, um in absoluter Sicherheit und unter Einhalt

der einschlägigen geltenden gesetzlichen

Bestimmungen vorzugehen.

Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Garantieanspruch gegenüber

dem Hersteller in den folgenden Fällen erlischt:

Wenn die Angaben im "Bedienungs-und Wartungshandbuch"

nicht genauestens befolgt werden;

Wenn die vorgeschriebenen Inspektionen zur Wartung nicht

durchgeführt werden;

Wenn andere Schmiermittel als die hier angegebenen

Schmiermittel verwendet werden;

Wenn Reparatur-oder Wartungsarbeiten von unbefugtem

Personal durchgeführt werden;

Wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet werden;

Wenn ungeeignete Arbeitsausrüstungen verwendet werden.

ACHTUNG –Der Kunde ist dafür verantwortlich, dass

bei Reparaturen ausschließlich Originalersatzteile

verwendet werden, da andere Teile die Sicherheit der

Maschine beeinträchtigen.

Auf der Bestellung von Ersatzteilen beim Hersteller müssen das

Maschinenmodell, die Seriennummer, die Artikelnummer des

Ersatzteils im Ersatzteilverzeichnis und die Menge angegeben

werden.

9Lagerbedingungen der Maschine

9.1 Außerbetriebnahme der Maschine

Wenn die Maschine für einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt wird,

müssen nur die unbearbeiteten Teile (ohne Schutzlacke,

Oberflächenbehandlungen oder Kunststoffbeschichtungen) mit

Rostschutzöl behandelt werden. Bei voraussichtlich sehr langer

Außerbetriebnahme der Maschine wird empfohlen, die Maschine

sorgfältig zu reinigen. Anschließend die Maschine in einem

mehrschichtigen matten (schwarzen) Nylonbeutel verpacken, in den

zuvor Trocknungsmittel (Kieselgel) gegeben wurde.

10 Entsorgung

10.1 Entsorgung der Maschine

Am In den Ländern der Europäischen Union ist vor der

Verschrottung das Typenschild des Gerätes zu kontrollieren. Wenn

es das nebenstehend abgebildete Symbol aufweist, dann unterliegt

die Entsorgung der EU-Richtlinie 2012/19/EU über Elektro-und

Elektronik-Altgeräte (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment,

WAEE) und den geltenden Landesgesetzen. Die Vorschriften des

örtlichen Abfallsammlungssystems für elektrische und elektronische

Abfälle sind daher genau zu beachten.

12 Fehler, Ursachen und Abhilfe

la machine. La notice du désherbeur est destinée au client

utilisateur; elle a pour but de décrire l'utilisation de la machine et ses

caractéristiques techniques. Cette notice contient des informations

importantes sur le fonctionnement de la machine et ses limites que

le client doit impérativement connaître afin de pouvoir utiliser la

machine en toute sécurité. Elle contient, en outre, des informations

pour le transport, la mise en marche, le réglage et l'entretien.

1.2 Conservation de la notice

Cette notice doit être conservée avec soin pendant toute la durée de

vie de la machine, y compris la mise au rebut. La notice doit être

conservée dans un endroit sec à proximité de la machine et doit,

dans tous les cas, toujours être à disposition du personnel de

maintenance et de l'utilisateur. La notice reflète l'état des

technologies au moment où la machine a été commercialisée et ne

peut être considérée comme inexacte en cas de mises à jour. Le

fabricant se réserve le droit d'apporter des modifications au produit

et à la notice, à tout moment, sans obligation de mettre à jour le

2Avertissements généraux

2.1 Travailler en toute sécurité

Les instructions de sécurité indiquées dans cette notice d'utilisation

et d'entretien se rapportent aux opérations qui peuvent être

effectuées sur la machine. Les pictogrammes de sécurité sont

2.3 Pictogrammes de danger

Danger général Ce pictogramme est utilisé pour signaler

des situations de danger qui peuvent créer des

dommages aux personnes, aux animaux et aux biens. Le

non-respect des prescriptions associées au pictogramme

peut entraîner des risques.

Danger d'explosion et/ou incendie

Ce pictogramme est utilisé pour signaler un risque

d'explosion et/ou incendie. Le non-respect des

prescriptions associées au pictogramme peut

provoquer une explosion et/ou un incendie.

2.4 Pictogrammes d'interdiction

Interdiction générale. Ce pictogramme est utilisé pour

signaler l'interdiction d'effectuer certaines manœuvres,

opérations ou les comportements interdits. Le non-respect

des interdictions associées au pictogramme peut causer

des dommages aux biens, aux animaux et aux personnes.

2.4.1 Pictogrammes d'obligation

Obligation générale. Ce pictogramme est utilisé pour signaler

l'obligation de la part de l'utilisateur de respecter les

prescriptions. Le non-respect des prescriptions associées au

pictogramme peut causer des dommages aux biens, aux

animaux et aux personnes.

Obligation d'utiliser des EPI particuliers. Ce

pictogramme est utilisé pour signaler l'obligation

d'utiliser des équipements de protection individuel

particuliers pendant les opérations. Le non-respect

des prescriptions associées au pictogramme peut

causer des lésions graves voire mortelles.

Obligation d'utiliser, dans l'ordre, des protections

pour les yeux, les mains, les voies respiratoires et

un habillement approprié.

ATTENTION –La méconnaissance ou le non-respect

des pictogrammes et des avertissements pourrait

provoquer des lésions corporelles graves, voire

mortelles, et/ou des dommages à la machine ou aux

autres appareils.

2.5 Capacités physiques et intellectuelles de

l'utilisateur

L'utilisateur n'a besoin d'aucun certificat d'aptitude spécifique pour

utiliser la machine: il doit seulement lire ce manuel. L'opérateur doit

posséder les capacités psychiques lui permettant de comprendre et

appliquer correctement les instructions et les normes de sécurité

indiquées dans ce manuel et sur la machine sous forme

d'inscriptions et de pictogrammes; il doit être en mesure,

intellectuellement et physiquement, d'effectuer les opérations

nécessaires sur la machine et être en mesure d'utiliser et

d'entretenir la machine afin de garantir sa sécurité. La machine

devra être utilisée par des opérateurs habilités et formés, après

avoir lu attentivement ce manuel.

ATTENTION! L'opérateur ou l'utilisateur est

responsable des accidents ou des risques encourus

par les autres personnes ou leurs biens.

L'utilisateur ne peut pas travailler sur la machine s'il

fait usage de substances (alcool ou médicaments)

qui diminuent sa vigilance, sa perception et ses

réflexes.

2.6 Utilisation inappropriée

Des utilisations autres que celles décrites dans ce manuel sont

considérées comme inappropriées et donc non conformes aux

normes de sécurité.

ATTENTION –Une utilisation non conforme de la

machine peut provoquer des lésions corporelles

graves voire mortelles et/ou des dommages à la

machine ou aux équipements.

Voici quelques exemples d'utilisation inappropriée pouvant

provoquer des lésions corporelles ou des dommages à la machine

ou aux équipements.

Modifications ou remplacements de pièces de la

machine non autorisées;

Non-respect des instructions de sécurité;

Non-respect des instructions relatives à l'installation,

à l'utilisation, au fonctionnement, à l'entretien, à la

réparation ou quand ces opérations sont effectuées

par du personnel non qualifié;

3Utilisation et caractéristiques

techniques

3.1 Utilisation de la machine

Le désherbeur est une machine professionnelle pour le désherbage

à l'eau chaude. Il est destiné à l'élimination des adventices et

mauvaises herbes à l'aide d'un jet d'eau chaude; toute autre

utilisation non mentionnée doit être considérée comme inappropriée.

3.2 Conditions d'utilisation prévues

Le désherbeur a été conçu pour les fonctions décrites dans le

paragraphe de la notice. La machine devra être utilisée dans les

conditions ambiantes admises indiquées dans le paragraphe

correspondant.

3.3 Bruit

Se reporter à l'étiquette des caractéristiques de la machine:

Valeurs selon la norme ISO EN 3744.

3.4 Vibrations

Les vibrations produites sont très faibles et n'entraînent pas de

risques pour l'opérateur.

Aucune mesure particulière n'est nécessaire pour protéger

l'opérateur contre les effets des vibrations produites. Si des

vibrations anormales se produisent, l'opérateur devra arrêter

immédiatement la machine et signaler le problème au

personnel chargé de la maintenance.

3.5 Indice de protection de la machine (IP)

La machine n'est pas destinée à fonctionner dans des

environnements où il existe un risque d'incendie ou d'explosion.

La machine ne peut pas être utilisée en atmosphère

explosive.

4Transport et installation

4.1 Levage et manutention

ATTENTION -Respecter les prescriptions qui suivent.

La machine est livrée par le fabricant sur une palette et emballée

dans une boîte en carton. Avant de la déballer, la machine doit être

transportée et manutentionnée à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur

homologué pour une capacité supérieure au poids de l'emballage.

Pour déballer la machine couper les feuillards qui fixent le carton à

la palette et retirer la boîte. Une fois déballée lever la machine en

faisant passer les sangles de levage dans les crochets prévus à cet

effet. Voir ci-dessous les consignes de sécurité relatives aux

opérations de transport.

Les opérations de levage et de manutention doivent être

effectuées à l'aide d'engins adaptés et par du personnel

spécialisé et formé à ce type de manœuvres, en adoptant

toutes les mesures de sécurité nécessaires afin d'éviter les

accidents corporels ou les dommages matériels.

4.2 Installation

ATTENTION –Avant de procéder à l'installation lire

attentivement les avertissements indiqués ci-

dessous. Le non-respect des recommandations

suivantes peut provoquer des lésions graves voire

mortelles ou des dommages aux équipements.

5Description de la fourniture

Voici la liste du contenu de l'emballage livré au client. Si vous

constatez qu'il manque une ou plusieurs des pièces indiquées ci-

dessous contactez immédiatement votre revendeur. La clé est

placée dans le sachet contenant les documents techniques pour

éviter qu'elle ne soit perdue durant le transport.

6Instructions pour l'opérateur

6.1 Consignes de sécurité

ATTENTION -Le non-respect des recommandations

suivantes peut provoquer des lésions ou des

dommages.

6.1.1 Vérifications à effectuer avant de mettre la

machine en marche.

S'assurer, avant d'utiliser la machine, que tous les

dispositifs de protection sont en place et en bon état.

6.2 Opérations interdites

Les opérations de réglage, entretien et/ou graissage

sont interdites lorsque la machine est en marche.

6.3 Formation

Tous les utilisateurs devraient recevoir une formation théorique et se

familiariser avec la machine. Cette formation devrait mettre l'accent

sur:

La nécessité de faire attention et de rester vigilant quand on

travaille;

Interdire l'utilisation aux enfants et personnes handicapées.

Tenir fermement le pistolet et toute la lance.

Ne pas utiliser la machine sur des surfaces irrégulières.

Ne pas diriger le jet vers des animaux ou des personnes.

Ne pas diriger le jet vers des pièces sous tension.

Ne pas débrancher la machine en tirant sur le câble.

Ne pas utiliser de prolongateurs électriques.

Ne jamais utiliser la machine lorsque les dispositifs de sécurité

sont défectueux.

7Utilisation du désherbeur

7.1 Raccordement hydraulique

Raccorder la machine au réseau d'eau à l'aide d'un tuyau de

1/2" minimum (utiliser le raccord rapide fourni avec la

machine). Raccorder le tuyau haute pression à la machine et

à la lance en vissant solidement les raccords à vis diamètre

M22. Monter la buse plate sur l'embout.

7.2 Branchement électrique

Brancher la fiche sur la prise en s'assurant auparavant que

l'interrupteur principal de la machine et celui du réseau sont

sur "OFF".

Attention: contrôler que la tension et la fréquence

d'alimentation de la machine corresponde à celle fournie par

le réseau (vérifier la plaque des caractéristiques apposée sur

la machine).

Attention: la prise d'alimentation doit être protégée par un interrupteur

différentiel conforme aux normes en vigueur.

7.3 Tableau électriques

La machine est fournie avec un tableau électrique (voir figure

suivante) muni de:

Interrupteur général à trois positions

(éteint/froid/chaud)

Voyant blanc

Voyant vert

Voyant orange

Voyant rouge

7.4 Réservoirs

Remplir les réservoirs respectivement de gazole (orifice

principal) et d'anticalcaire (orifice plus petit). Une étiquette

d'identification est apposée sur chaque réservoir près de

l'orifice correspondant.

7.5 Mise en marche

Ouvrir le robinet d’eau d’alimentation. Mettre l'interrupteur

général en position centrale (eau froide), saisir solidement la

lance et appuyer sur la manette de la poignée, plusieurs fois

si nécessaire, pour faire sortir l'air qui se trouve dans le tuyau.

Quand le jet est constant, mettre l'interrupteur sur la

deuxième position pour actionner la chaudière.

Lors de la première mise en marche la chaudière pourrait

dégager une légère fumée due à la présence d'air dans les

tuyaux.

7.6 Travail

Attendre que la température optimale de travail pour le

traitement de l'herbe soit atteinte (voyant vert allumé).

Éviter de laisser la machine avec la chaudière

allumée, sans actionner la manette sur la poignée

7.7 Arrêt

Avant d'éteindre la machine placer l'interrupteur général en

position centrale (eau froide) et laisser couler l'eau. Cela

permet d'éviter le tartre.

7.8 Voyants

Les voyants permettent d'obtenir des informations sur le

fonctionnement ou les anomalies de la machine.

. Voyant blanc: présence tension

. Voyant vert: signale que la température optimale de travail

pour le traitement de l'herbe est atteinte.

. Voyant orange: signale le manque d'anticalcaire.

. Voyant rouge: température excessive, arrêt automatique de

la chaudière.

8Entretien courant

ATTENTION –Pendant les opérations d'entretien

courant, nettoyage ou entretien exceptionnel, il est

obligatoire de porter les équipements de protection

individuelle (EPI) fournis.

ATTENTION -Le non-respect des consignes de

sécurité suivantes peut provoquer des lésions

graves, voire mortelles, ou des dommages aux

équipements.

ATTENTION –Toutes les opérations d'entretien ou

nettoyage doivent être effectuées fiche débranchée

de la prise et chaudière refroidie pour éviter tous

risques de brûlures ou d'incendie. Interdire aux

personnes qui ne sont pas chargées de l'entretien de

s'approcher de la machine.

8.1 Normes de sécurité pour l'entretien courant

L'entretien courant comprend une série d'opérations simples à

effectuer, à intervalles réguliers et en suivant les indications fournies

par le fabricant. Le fabricant a réduit le nombre et la complexité des

opérations d'entretien courant afin que quiconque puisse les

effectuer, sans compétences techniques particulières ou

équipements complexes. Il s'agit surtout de:

Vérifier les filtres eau et carburant

Nettoyage des raccords et graissage des joints des

raccords.

8.2 Normes de sécurité pour le nettoyage de la

machine

Toutes les opérations de nettoyage doivent être effectuées

machine arrêtée et éteinte.

Pour le nettoyage de la machine ou de certaines de ses pièces il est

impératif de respecter les consignes suivantes:

Ne pas nettoyer des appareils électriques avec de l'eau ou

autres liquides. Éliminer les dépôts de poussière uniquement à

l'aide d'un pinceau propre ou un chiffon sec. Ne pas nettoyer

les surfaces plastiques avec de l'alcool, des détergents ou des

solvants. Éliminer les produits de nettoyage conformément à la

règlementation en vigueur en la matière. Ne pas jeter dans

l'environnement les produits utilisés ou les résidus de

nettoyage. Pour le nettoyage utiliser de l'eau ou de l'air

comprimé et des chiffons doux. ATTENTION –Pendant les

opérations de nettoyage il est obligatoire de porter des

équipements de protection individuelle.

8.3 Normes de sécurité pour la réparation et

l'entretien exceptionnel

Le fabricant conseille de s'adresser aux ateliers de réparation

agréés pour toute intervention autre que l'entretien courant.

Les opérations doivent être effectuées par du

personnel qualifié, ayant les compétences techniques

nécessaires pour réaliser ces opérations en toute

sécurité et conformément à la règlementation en

vigueur en la matière.

Il est important de souligner que la garantie fournie par le fabricant

est annulée si:

Les indications mentionnées dans le livret d'utilisation et

d'entretien ne sont pas scrupuleusement respectées.

Les interventions d'entretien prescrites ne sont pas réalisées;

Des lubrifiants autres que ceux indiqués sont utilisés;

Les réparations ou l'entretien sont effectués par du personnel

non habilité;

En cas d'utilisation de pièces détachées non originales.

En cas d'utilisation d'outils non adaptés.

ATTENTION –Le client devra vérifier que seules des

pièces détachées originales ont été utilisées, les

seules en mesure de garantir la sécurité de la

machine.

En cas de commande de pièces détachées spécifier au fabricant le

modèle de la machine, le matricule, le numéro de référence de la

pièce indiqué dans le livret des pièces détachées et la quantité.

9Stockage de la machine

9.1 Mise hors service de la machine

Si la machine n'est pas utilisée pendant une période prolongée il

sera suffisant de protéger les parties exposées (non protégées par

des peintures, traitements de surface ou plastiques) avec des huiles

antirouille. Si on prévoit que la mise hors service sera

particulièrement longue il est en outre conseillé de nettoyer

soigneusement la machine. Après avoir terminé ces opérations

mettre la machine dans un sac en nylon multicouches opaque (noir)

avec un dessicant (gel de silice).

10 Miseau rebut

10.1 Miseau rebut de la machine

ÀPour les pays de l'Union européenne, avant la mise au rebut,

contrôler l'étiquette portant le numéro de série de l'appareil: si le

symbole montré ci-contre y figure, cela signifie que la mise au rebut

est réglementée par la directive européenne 2012/19/UE sur les

déchets des appareillages électriques et électroniques (Waste

Electrical and Electronic Equipment, WAEE) et par les normes

nationales en vigueur. Suivre scrupuleusement les prescriptions du

système local de collecte des appareils électriques et électroniques.

12 Pannes, causes et remèdes

Le tableau qui suit indique les problèmes les plus courants au cours

de l'utilisation normale du désherbeur. Les causes de ces mauvais

fonctionnements sont faciles à résoudre avec de simples opérations

d'entretien courant. Si le problème n'apparaît pas dans le tableau

suivant ou ne peut être résolue en suivant les conseil indiqués ici il

est conseillé de s'adresser à un centre SAV agréé.
