1. Place the packing box on the ground and open the outer box.

2. Take out the parts box, find the "manual" and read it carefully.
3. Using 2pcs 14mm wrenches, remove the bolts and nuts from the iron frame.
4. Take away the iron frame, cardboard, plasc bag etc. Push the dirt bike out and park it on the ground.
5. Take out the handle tube fastener, mounng bolts and nuts from the parts box.
6. Put the handle tube correctly, the throle is on the right hand side. Place the knurled part of the handle
and the upper connecng plate hole, and fix the nut by hand.

7. The other handle tube fastener shall be installed in the same way.
8. Using 1pc 6mm inner hexagon wrench and 1pc 13mm wrench, screw up the bolts and nuts of the handle
9. Check all oil tube to ensure correct connecon. Put oil switch in the "ON" posion. Une the e of gear shi
tube fastener successively. Make sure the knurling posion of the handle tube is aligned le and right, and
the handle bar angle is adjusted properly. Tighten the bolts and nuts with tools.

10. Correctly put gasoline to the oil tank and ghten the oil cap.
11. Put the engine in the "0" posion, start the engine with the foot pedal (electric start), gently twist
the throle, unl the engine works normally.
