SETUP AND INFLATION
STEP 1 : Congratulate yourself on purchasing one of the best stand up paddle boards on the planet. Get started by
registering your board with the manufacturer by visiting registermyboard.com
STEP 2 : Open the box. Unroll the board.
STEP 3 : To inate, unscrew the valve cap from
the valve, located on the tail of the board. The
valve has two positions. The valve must be
in ination position to inate, meaning that
air can only move through the valve in one
direction, into the board. When the valve stem
is in ination position, the valve stem will stick
up a little higher than in the deate / two-way
position. Push down on valve stem once to
switch between positions.

STEP 4 : Take the pump out and attach the hose to
the pump handle. Make sure the hose is threaded
onto the pump handle properly.
STEP 5 : Switch the pump from Single Action (1) to
Dual Action (2) for quicker ination of the board. In
this position the pump pushes air through the
hose during both the downward push and upward
pull.
STEP 6 : Connect the pump hose to the board. The
valve stem should be up in the ination position.
Always make sure there is no sand or dirt in the
end of your hose before connecting it to the valve
on the board. Sand and dirt can cause the valve to
stick / clog, causing the board to lose air.
STEP 7 : If the pump does not seem to be inating, check hose connection with pump handle or valve.
1 2
Single Action Dual Action

5
STEP 8 : Pump up the board with up and down
motion of the pump.
STEP 9 : Once the board has taken shape, and
you begin to feel resistance from the pump,
switch the lever from Dual Action to Single
Action. The switch is located at the top of the
pump cylinder.
IMPORTANT: The needle on the pressure gauge
will not move (register a pressure) until AFTER
the board has taken shape.
STEP 10 : Continue to pump the board to 15 PSI
(1 Bar), with 15 PSI being maximum pressure.
IMPORTANT: Note that on the pressure gauge
the yellow area indicates under ination, the
green area is target ination range, and red area
indicates over ination.

corresponding length options. Ensure that the
pins of the paddle clip are fully engaged before
using.
STEP 12 : Unfasten the three layers of hook and
loop at the end of the leash holding the string
and remove it from the leash. Tie a slipknot
around the D-ring on the tail of the board next
to the ination valve. Reattach the hook and

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q : When I pump up the board the hose leaks.
What should I do?
A : Check the threaded connection of the pump
hose where the hose connects to the pump
handle. Make sure the connection is screwed on
properly and is not cross-threaded. Inspect for any
holes in the pump hose. If holes or cracks are
found, contact our customer service.
Q : I cannot pull up on the pump to fully inate the
paddle board. What should I do?
A : The pump has the option to be a one-way pump
and inate the board on just the down stroke of
pumping. This method requires less effort. To
switch from Dual Action to Single Action, turn the
lever on the top of the pump cylinder to the left.
Note the molded marking at the top of the pump
cylinder showing the different pump modes.

11 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q : How does the valve work?
A : The valve has two positions. The rst is two-
way which is for deation only. The second is
one-way which is for ination only. To switch
between positions, push the center of the valve
stem down once. To switch again, push the
center of the valve stem once more.
Q : I just pumped my board and removed the
hose, but now air is owing out of my board.
What do I do?
A : Push the center of the valve stem once to
switch the valve from two-way to one-way
position. This makes it so that the air goes in and
stays in. Once the valve is in the one-way position,
you will need to repeat pumping to achieve
target pressure.
FAQ - Ination Valve
Q : Can I lubricate the gaskets in the pumps?
A : If needed, you can use 5 mL (1 tsp) of silicone grease to lubricate the pump gasket inside the pump cylinder.

13 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q : What is the height range for the person(s) using the adjustable paddle?
A : The paddle can be adjusted for people between 1.5 m (5 ft 2 in) and 1.9 m (6 ft 5 in).
Q : What should I do if the paddle clip comes off and how do I tell if it is broken?
A : If the paddle locking clip comes off, you can line up the holes with the prongs and reinsert. If the adjustment clip is
missing, then a replacement clip will be needed. Contact our customer service team for assistance.
Q : Do I need to take off the paddle clip in order to adjust the length?
A : When adjusting the paddle length, you do not have to completely remove the height adjustment clip from the
paddle. Adjusting the height on the paddle on shore is always best. The clip needs only to be pulled up about 0.64 cm
(0.25 in) to adjust. Completely removing the clip may cause damage to the clip and the paddle and can lead to the clip
falling in the water and sinking.
Q : I broke my paddle. What should I do?
A : Purchase a new paddle or contact customer service (see page 2 and / or page 17 for customer service information).
Q : How adjustable is the paddle?

FAQ - Board Repair & Maintenance
Q : What items are in the repair kit and how do I use them?
A : The enclosed repair kit has the following items: wrench and PVC material. The wrench is used to adjust and /
or replace the valve. Tightening and replacing the valve are not routine maintenance procedures. Please contact
customer service for detailed instructions. Should your paddle board develop a tear, we have included a piece of
matching material. For small tears (less than 5.1 cm / 2 in) you can use PVC adhesive glue to afx the PVC material
over the tear. For larger tears, you should get assistance from a local marine repair shop.
A detailed protocol for repairing small tears can be found in the repair kit. Please note, glue is not included in the
repair kit. Adhesive is not included due to the relatively short shelf life of this type of glue.
Q : When done using the paddle board, what should be done for both short-term and long-term storage?
A : After each use, inspect the paddle board, in particular the valve area, and make sure that it is clean and free of
any debris. Leaving the board inated will not hurt the life span of the paddle board. However, the board should
be stored in an area away from direct sunlight. Remember to check the pressure (15 PSI / 1 Bar) before using. It is
recommended for extended storage (several months) that you deate the board and store the paddle board in the
enclosed backpack.

FAQ - Transport
Q : Can I take my paddle board on airplanes?

large for carry-on luggage. Make sure to check the airline’s baggage policy before ying.
Q : Can I transport an inated board on top of my car?
A : Yes, as long as it is securely attached with strong enough rope or cam straps to approved vehicle car racks.
Make sure the pressure of the board is at least 12 PSI (0.83 Bar) for “on car” transport and that the board is secured
rmly.
IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with the PSI (Bar) or tie-down recommendations above may result in your board falling
