Instructions foruse
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance hasa polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). The plug will fitin outlets only one way. If
the plug does notfit properly, reverse the plug andtry again. Ifit still does
not fit, youmaynot have a polarized outlet. Check another outlet nearby or
contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. DONOT change
or modify the plug inany way.
Massage:
1. To t u r n the unit on, simply press the switch tothe desired setting. The switch
is located onthetopofthe unit onthe side ofthe housing. Itis best to
start with thelow setting for several minutes and switch tothe high setting,
if desired.
2. Apply massager head lightly tothe area you wish to treat
3. Move the unit slowly around the desired area. Treat the area fora short
period of time and move to another area. Never treat the same area for
longer than 3 minutes atone time.
4. When treatment is completed, turn unit off, allow itto cool, and unplug
the unit
