B. Base Assembly 1 pc E. Wing Nuts 4 pcs
F. Lock Washers 4 pcs
1. Attach Back Assembly (A) Align the pre-drilled holes at the sides of Back Assembly (A) with pre-
drilled holes in Base Assembly (B). Secure with Pan Head Bolts (D), Lock Washers (F), and Wing
Nuts (E) by turning in a clockwise direction. See Illustration #1.

Attach Cushion
Parts required
B. Base Assembly 1 pc G. Wood Screws 4 pcs
C. Cushion 1 pc H. Phillips Head Screwdriver 1 pc
2. Attach Cushion(C) Place the Cushion (C) into position on the Base Assembly (B). Insert Wood Screws (G)
through pre-drilled holes of the metal corner plates of the Base Assembly (B) and secure by using Phillips Head
Screwdriver (H). See Illustration #2.
