Electrical Safety
6. Grounded tools must be plugged into an outlet properly installed and grounded
in accordance with all codes and ordinances.
7. Double insulated tools are equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician to install a polarized outlet. Do not change the plug in any
way.
8. Guard against electric shock.

9. Do not expose to rain or use in damp locations.
10. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord to carry the tools or pull the plug
from an outlet. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
Replace damaged cords immediately.

Read, understand, and follow the instructions packaged with the router table and
router lift.
Always wear safety goggles and dust mask.
Some woods contain preservatives that can be toxic.
Always make sure the workpiece is free from nails, screws, and other foreign
objects. Keep the working edge away from the clamping surface.
Never place hands near cutting surface.
Never use dull or damaged bits. Sharp bits must be handled with care.

without inserting a bit shank of the proper
size. This may damage the collet.

Operation
To reduce the risk of injury, wear safety goggles or
glasses with side shields. Always wait for the bit to
stop completely and unplug the tool before changing
accessories or making adjustments. Never make
adjustments while the router is running. Do not modify or
remove the guards.
Do not use this router unless it is securely installed into
a recommended router lift and table.

Feedback Control
To reduce the risk of injury, always use feather boards,
push sticks or push blocks with proper guarding. Keep
hands away from moving bit. Refer to the Router Table
manual for proper table setup and use.

Climb cutting can cause the workpiece to be thrown
violently out of your control. Even small router bits can
cause damage or injury if climb cutting.

6. Les outils mis à la terre doivent être branchés dans une prise correctement
installée et mise à la terre conformément à tous les codes et règlements.Ne
7. Les outils à double isolation sont équipés d’une fiche polarisée (une lame est
plus large que l’autre). Cette fiche ne peut être insérée dans une prise polarisée
que d’une seule façon. Si la fiche ne rentre pas complètement dans la prise,
inverser la fiche. Si cela ne convient toujours pas, contacter un électricien
qualifié pour installer une prise polarisée. Ne rien changer à la fiche.

8. Prendre garde aux chocs électriques.
9. Ne pas exposer à la pluie ou utiliser dans des endroits humides.
10. Ne pas abuser le cordon. Ne jamais utiliser le cordon pour transporter les outils
ou pour retirer la fiche d’une prise de courant. Garder le cordon à l’écart de
la chaleur, de l’huile, des arêtes vives ou des pièces mobiles. Remplacer les
cordons endommagés immédiatement.

Entretien
32. Lors de l’entretien d’un outil, n’utilisez que des pièces de rechange identiques.

ou d’autres problèmes de reproduction.
Lire, comprendre et suivre les instructions fournies avec la table de toupie et
l’élévateur de toupie
Toujours porter des lunettes de sécurité et un masque anti-poussière.
Certains bois contiennent des agents de conservation qui peuvent être toxiques.
Toujours s’assurer que la pièce à usiner est exempte de clous, vis et autres corps
étrangers. Garder le bord de travail éloigné de la surface de serrage.
Ne jamais placer les mains près de la surface de coupe.

Ne jamais utiliser de mèches émoussées ou endommagées. Les mèches
tranchantes doivent être manipulées avec soin.
Pour réduire le risque de blessure, portez des lunettes
de sécurité ou des lunettes à écrans latéraux.
Pour réduire le risque de blessure, toujours débrancher
l’outil avant de fixer ou de retirer les accessoires ou
d’effectuer des réglages. Utiliser uniquement des
accessoires spécifiquement recommandés. D’autres
peuvent être dangereux.
Après avoir changé la mèche ou effectué des ajustements, vous assurer que l’écrou
de serrage et tout autre dispositif de réglage sont bien serrés.
Toujours garder le cordon d’alimentation à distance des pièces mobiles de l’outil.
Ne jamais démarrer l’outil lorsque la mèche est en contact avec le matériau.
Ne jamais toucher la mèche pendant ou immédiatement après son utilisation.
Pour réduire le risque de blessure, éviter de « couper en montée ».
