UNIQUE JAR
A heat-resistant borosilicate glass stylish jar. Easy connection
ofthejar and the base of the blender thanks to the patented
system. A trefoil shape of the jar ensures cyclone effect when
operated.

Thanks to the clever design this blender is a combination
ofa compact design and high performance, and all-metal casing
minimizes noise level and vibration. The blender base is also

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Before the first use remove and safely dispose the packaging
materials.
• Thoroughly wash all removable parts with flow water and dry.
CTRICAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Do not touch the power cord plug with wet hands.
• Plug the device only into a grounded socket outlet.
• Do not pull the cord when unplugging the device; always take the
power plug.
INSTALLATION OF THE BLADES SET
• Install the blades set into the jar from the bottom to align the
marks.
The blender’s blades are very sharp and require extremely careful
handling.
• Press the blades set against the jar and turn the bottom ring
clockwise until locking.
• To disassemble the blades set proceed in the reverse order.
The jar installation
• Install the jar with the blades set on the base.
The blender is equipped with a safety device which is activated
oncontact of the jar with the base, so install the jar in such a way
that quiet clicks of the microsensors appear (at that the safety
device is unlocked).
The jar can be installed in four positions (with 90° rotation
respectively).

ON/OFF
• Place the ingredients in order that the level does not exceed the
MAX mark.
• Close the lid tight.
• Make sure that the speed control is in OFF position.
• Plug the blender in.
• The ingredients of smaller size can be fed during the blender
operation at that remove the measuring cup from the feeding
opening by slightly turning it over.
The root crops (carrots, celery root etc.) are to be fed through
thefeeding opening in the lid only when the blender is operated
toavoid the blades blockage.
Never turn the empty blender ON.
• Set the required speed or PULSE mode.
Start blending at low speed then the speed can be gradually
increased.
• After use turn the speed control OFF and unplug the blender.
Switch the appliance off before taking the lid off. Press the lid
against the jar during operation to avoid accidental opening due
tooverpressure.
Clean the blender immediately after use.
• For easy cleaning fill the jar with water and mild detergent and
turn the blender on for a few seconds. Repeat with clean water.
• Switch the appliance off and unplug.
• Take the blender’s jar off the base.
• To take the blades set off turn the bottom ring counterclockwise
and carefully remove the blades set.
• First take the blades set off, then the lid.
The blender’s blades are very sharp and require extremely careful
handling.
• Thoroughly wash the blades, the jar and the lid with flow water
and some detergent. Dry them.
Do not use steel wool, chemicals, abrasive cleansers and agents
containing sulfanilamide or citric acid for blender cleaning.
Do not wash the blades set in dishwashers.
The jar, the lid and the measurement cup are suitable for washing
indishwashers.
• Wipe the exterior of the blender’s casing with a wet napkin
soaked with soapy solution and then with a soft dry napkin.
Prevent the base from contact with water or other liquids.
• Install the blades set into the jar base but put the silicone ring
onfirst.
• Turn the blades set clockwise until locking to securely fix the
blades set in the jar.

SAFETY SYSTEM
In order to prevent the motor’s wear the blender automatically stops
after 1–2 minutes of continuous operation. In case of anemergency
switch actuation unplug the blender and let it cool down for
30 minutes.
STORAGE
Store the appliance assembled in the vertical position
in a dry cool place away from acids and alkalis storage areas
attemperature from 5 to 30°С and relative humidity 65% max.
Failure Solution
The motor is not switched on, the blades do not rotate Make sure that the blender’s jar is properly installed

The product is blended unevenly Cut the ingredients in equal pieces of 2–3 cm
The blender is overloaded Remove some blend, cut the ingredient in smaller pieces or process
a smaller amount of ingredient at a time.
In case of an emergency switch actuation uplug the blender and let it cool
down for 30 minutes, until the motor gets entirely cold.

• When blending vegetables or fruits (boiled or crude) cut
them first into equal pieces of 2–3 cm — this will facilitate the
blending.
• Do not exceed 1.2 l of the lightweight liquids (stock, milkshake)
and 0.8l of creamy liquids (cream soup, sauce, batter).
• When blending the ingredients of different texture first blend the
liquids, than add the dry ingredients unless otherwise stated in
the recipe.
• To avoid the blades damage, remove the kernels from fruits and
the bones from meat before blending.
• Wash the blender immediately after use.
• The blender is not intended for dense dough or mashed potato.
• To avoid excess blending check the consistency.
• If necessary remove the lid from the unplugged blender from time
to time and clean the mixture from the side walls of the jar. Make
sure that the blades fully stopped before taking the lid off.
• When operating the blender on maximum speed hold the lid.
• Do not leave the operating blender unattended.
• Always unplug the appliance after use, as well as before
assembly, dismantling, cleaning, handling or storage.
• The blender’s blades are very sharp and require extremely careful
handling. Do not place your hands into the blender’s jar when it is
plugged in.
• Switch the blender on only when the lid is tightly closed. Make
sure that the blades fully stopped before taking the lid off.
• Avoid hanging off the power cord down the edge of the table, do
not lay in on heating surfaces avoid cord jam.
• Do not place any parts of the blender in a microwave oven.
• Do not use the jar for food storage.
• When blending hard ingredients the jar can become mat with
time.
• Do not switch the blender on without any food product or liquids.
• The jar, the blades set and the lid are subject to normal wear, the
useful life depends on careful handling.
• Carefully read this operational manual as it contains important

• Before the blender use make sure that the mains supply
specifications comply with the ones specified on the appliance
rating plate.
• The blender is intended only for home use.
• This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (children
included) with sensory system or mental disabilities as well as
unexperienced and unskilled individuals.
• Always plug the appliance into a grounded socket outlet (in
default of the grounding connection in accordance with the local
rules the manufacturer (a party authorized by the manufacturer)
disclaims any indemnity liability.
• Before use make sure that the blender is properly and entirely
assembled.
• Before use wash all removable parts.
• The blender is intended for blending liquids and food. Use the
blender for intended purposes.
• Place the appliance only on a dry even horizontal surface. Do not
place the blender on gas or electric oven or in close proximity
ofheat sources.
• Do not move the blender when operated. Do not remove the lid
and the jar from the base during operation.
• Do not overload the blender’s jar – do not fill it above the
maximum level mark. Excessive amount of product can result in
the motor stop.
• Do not blend hot food and liquids in the blender. Let them cool
down up to the temperature below burn hazards (below 50 °C),
before placing them into the jar.
• Make sure that the lid is securely fixed before switching the
blender on. Do not use the blender without lid. If you need to add
the ingredients in the jar during operation, remove the internal lid
and feed the product through the opening in the lid.

REMEDIAL MEASURES
• Upon detection of any damage immediately stop to use
theblender and bring it into the nearest BORK service center
fortesting, replacement or repair.
• For safety reasons all operations on repair and maintenance
of the appliance shall be performed only by representatives

• Never immerse the blender’s base with the motor, thepower cord
or the power plug in water or any other liquid. Avoid condensate
formation thereon; do not use the appliance in areas with high
humidity.
• Avoid foreign objects of liquids penetration in the appliance base
that it can result in damage.
• Check the power cord, the power plug and the blender for
damages on a timely basis. Upon detection of any damage
immediately stop to use
• the blender and bring it into the nearest service center fortesting,
replacement or repair.
• Do not remove or damage the nameplate containing information
of the appliance and its serial number. It isrequired for the
appliance identification in case of any failure.
• Do not use steel wool, abrasive sponges, chemicals, abrasive
cleansers, as well as any agents and tools that are able to
damage or scratch the blender.
• Do not use or store the appliance at temperature below 0°C
orhigh humidity.
• The appliance shall be transported only in original package fixed
upright.
• Dispose the appliance in accordance with the rules and
regulations in force in the country of distribution.
