2. Sicherheitshinweise
RKontakte des Dockinganschlusses nicht berühren.
RVersuchen Sie nicht DCU 220 mit der Dockingstation
zu verbinden, wenn sich Objekte zwischen DCU 220
und der Dockingstation befinden. Es besteht die
Gefahr der Beschädigung von DCU 220 oder der
Dockingstation.
RDockingstation nicht bewegen, wenn sie mit
DCU 220 verbunden ist.
RWenn DCU 220 nicht funktioniert, während es
mit der Dockingstation verbunden ist, DCU 220
ausschalten und von der Dockingstation trennen.
Netzteil an DCU 220 anschließen und überprüfen ob
DCU 220 normal funktioniert. Wenn DCU 220 normal
funktioniert, kann bei der Dockingstation eine Funk-
tionsstörung vorliegen.
RStellen Sie keine metallischen Objekte oder Behälter
mit Flüssigkeiten auf die Dockingstation. Wenn me-
tallische Objekte (z.B. Büroklammern oder Münzen)
oder Flüssigkeiten in die Dockingstation gelangen,
kann dies zu Feuer oder einem Stromschlag führen.
Netzleitung sofort ausstecken und DCU 220 von der
Dockingstation entfernen.
RNetzteil ausstecken und DCU 220 von der Do-
ckingstation entfernen, wenn:
$Dockingstation beschädigt ist
$Rauch austritt
$ungewöhnlicher Geruch ausströmt
$Dockingstation ungewöhnlich heiß ist.
Tritt einer der oben genannten Fälle auf, kann es zu
Feuer oder Stromschlag führen.
3. Produktbeschreibung
3.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Diese Dockingstation darf nur mit dem Convertible PC
DCU 220 verbunden werden und bietet verschiedene
Anschlüsse zum stationären Arbeiten.
Die Dockingstation ist ausschließlich für den Gebrauch
mit DCU 220 vorgesehen.

3.4 Gerätebeschreibung
Die Dockingstation dupliziert die meisten Anschlüsse
des DCU 220 und bietet extra Anschlüsse.
Wenn Peripheriegeräte wie Tastatur, Maus, Monitor
oder Drucker an die Dockingstation angeschlossen wer-
den, ergibt sie einen praktischen Arbeitsbereich für den
Schreibtisch.

4. Erstinbetriebnahme
4.1 Adapterplatte 1 681 038 396 (Sonder-
zubehör)
iDie Adapterplatte wird benötigt um die Dockingstati-
on auf einem Fahrwagen zu befestigen.
4.1.1 Montage Dockingstation
1. Vier Schrauben lösen.
2. Bohrlöcher aneinander ausrichten und Adapterplatte
mit den vier zuvor gelösten Schrauben an der Do-
ckingstation befestigten.
4.1.2 Montage Fahrwagen
1. Rechten und linken Schieber mit zwei Schrauben an
den oberen Löchern auf dem Wagen befestigen.
2. Die Schieber so ausrichten, dass sie in den Vertie-
fungen im Wagen fixiert sind.
iAuf der Unterseite der Adapterplatte ist eine Schiene
mit zwei Löchern für die Schieber.

5. Bedienung
!Nur das im Lieferumfang beiliegende Netzteil
1 687 023 776 benutzen!
1. Leitungen der Peripheriegeräte mit den entsprechen-
den Anschlüssen an der Dockingstation verbinden.
2. Netzteil an Dockingstation anschließen.
Spannungsversorgungs - LED leuchtet.
3. DCU 220 an den beiden Führungsstiften der Do-
ckingstation ausrichten (siehe Kreise in Abbildung).
4. Verriegelung nach rechts schieben, so dass die bei-
den hinteren Führungsstifte in die Aussparungen an
DCU 220 greifen.
5. Schlüssel in das Schloss zum Sperren der Verriege-
lung stecken. Schlüssel eindrücken und drehen, um
das Schloss zu verriegeln.
3. Adapterplatte mit Dockingstation auf den Wagen
aufsetzen, so dass die Schieber durch Löcher in der
Schiene passen.
Adapterplatte mit Dockingstation kann nach links
oder rechts geschoben werden.
4. Je nach gewählter Position mit ein oder zwei Schrau-
ben sichern.

6. Außerbetriebnahme
6.1 Ortswechsel
¶Bei Weitergabe von 1 687 023 744 die im Lieferumfang
vorhandene Dokumentation vollständig mit übergeben.
¶1 687 023 744 nur in Originalverpackung oder gleich-
wertiger Verpackung transportieren.
¶Hinweise zur Erstinbetriebnahme beachten.
¶Elektrischen Anschluss trennen.
6.2 Entsorgung und Verschrottung
1. 1 687 023 744 vom Stromnetz trennen und Netzan-
schlussleitung entfernen.
2. 1 687 023 744 zerlegen, nach Material sortieren und
gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften entsorgen.
1 687 023 744, Zubehör und Verpackungen
sollen einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwer-
tung zugeführt werden.
¶1 687 023 744 nicht in den Hausmüll
werfen.
Nur für EU-Länder:
1 687 023 744 unterliegt der europäischen
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU (WEEE).

2. Safety Instructions
RDo not touch the contacts of the docking connection.
RNever attempt to connect the DCU 220 to the
docking station if there are any objects between the
DCU 220 and the docking station. This may cause
damage to the DCU 220 or the docking station.
RDo not move the docking station while it is connect-
ed to the DCU 220.
RIf the DCU 220 does not function while connected
to the docking station, switch off the DCU 220 and
disconnect it from the docking station. Connect the
power supply unit to the DCU 220 and check wheth-
er the DCU 220 functions properly. If the DCU 220
functions properly, a fault may be present in the
docking station.
RNever place any metal objects or containers with
liquids on the docking station. There is a risk of fire
or electric shock if metal objects (e.g. paper clip
or coin) or liquids enter the docking station. Imme-
diately disconnect the power cord and remove the
DCU 220 from the docking station.
RDisconnect the power supply unit and remove the
DCU 220 from the docking station if:
$the docking station is damaged
$smoke comes from the docking station
$a strange smell is noticed
$the docking station is unusually hot.
Using the docking station if any of the above conditions
apply may lead to fire or electric shock.
3. Product description
3.1 Intended use
This docking station must only be connected to the
Convertible PC DCU 220 and provides various ports to
facilitate stationary work.
The docking station is intended to be used with the
DCU 220 only.

3.4 Device description
The docking station replicates most ports of the
DCU 220 and provides additional ports.
By connecting peripheral devices such as keyboard,
mouse, monitor or printer, the docking station can
turned into a handy work station for the desktop.

4. Initial commissioning
4.1 Adapter plate (special accessory)
iThe adapter plate is required to secure the docking
station to a trolley.
4.1.1 Installing on docking station
1. Remove the four screws.
2. Align the holes and secure the adapter plate to the
docking station using the four screws previously
removed.
4.1.2 Installing on trolley
1. Secure the right-hand and left-hand slide to the top
bores of the trolley using two screws.
2. Align the slides so that they are fixed in the recesses
in the trolley.
iOn the underside of the adapter plate there is a rail
with two holes for the slides.

5. Operation
!Only use the power supply unit 1 687 023 776 included
in the scope of delivery.
1. Connect the cables of the peripheral devices to the
corresponding ports at the docking station.
2. Connect the power supply unit to the docking station.
The power LED lights up.
3. DCU 220 align at the two tabs of the docking station
(see encircled part in the figure).
4. Push the lock to the right so that the two rear guide
pins engage into the recesses on the DCU 220.
5. Put the key into the lock. Push key in and turn it to
engage the lock.
3. Place the adapter plate together with the docking
station on the trolley in such a way that the slides fit
through the holes in the rail.
Adapter plate and docking station can be pushed
to the left or right.
4. Secure the unit using one or two screws, depending
on position.

6. Decommissioning
6.1 Change of location
¶If the 1 687 023 744 is passed on, all the documenta-
tion included in the scope of delivery must be handed
over together with the unit.
¶The 1 687 023 744 is only ever to be transported in
the original or equivalent packaging.
¶Unplug the electrical connection.
¶Heed the notes on initial commissioning.
6.2 Disposal and scrapping
1. Disconnect the 1 687 023 744 from the mains and
detach the power cord.
2. Dismantle the 1 687 023 744 and sort out and dis-
pose of the different materials in accordance with
the applicable regulations.
1 687 023 744, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environmental-friendly
recycling.
¶Do not dispose 1 687 023 744 into house-
hold waste.
Only for EC countries:
The 1 687 023 744 is subject to the Europe-
an directive 2012/19/EC (WEEE).

2. Consignes de sécurité
RNe pas toucher les contacts de raccordement de la
station.
RNe pas essayer de connecter le DCU 220 avec la
station d'accueil, si des objets se trouvent entre
le DCU 220 et la station d'accueil. Cela risquerait
d'endommager le DCU 220 ou la station d'accueil.
RNe pas déplacer la station d'accueil, lorsqu'elle est
raccordée au DCU 220.
RSi le DCU 220 ne fonctionne pas, alors qu'il est
raccordé à la station d'accueil, éteindre le DCU 220
et le débrancher de la station d'accueil. Raccorder
le bloc secteur au DCU 220 et vérifier si le DCU 220
fonctionne normalement. Si le DCU 220 fonctionne
normalement, il peut y avoir un dysfonctionnement
au niveau de la station d'accueil.
RNe pas placer des objets métalliques ou des réser-
voirs contenant des liquides sur la station d'accueil.
Si des objets métalliques (par ex. des trombones ou
des pièces de monnaie) ou des liquides pénètrent
dans la station d'accueil, cela risque de provoquer

diatement le bloc secteur et retirer le DCU 220 de la

3. Description du produit
3.1 Utilisation conforme
Cette station d'accueil ne doit être connectée qu'avec
le PC convertible DCU 220 et dispose de différents
types de raccordement pour des travaux fixes.
La station d'accueil est conçue exclusivement pour être
utilisée avec le DCU 220.

La station d'accueil reprend la plupart des raccords du
DCU 220 et propose des raccords supplémentaires.
En raccordant des périphériques comme un clavier,
une souris, un écran ou une imprimante à la station
d'accueil, on obtient un espace de travail pratique pour
le bureau.

4. Première mise en service
4.1 Plaque d'adaptateur 1 681 038 396
(accessoires spéciaux)
iLa plaque d'adaptateur est nécessaire pour fixer la
station d'accueil sur un chariot.
4.1.1 Montage de la station d'accueil
1. Desserrer quatre vis.
2. Aligner les alésages les uns par rapport aux autres
et fixer la plaque d'adaptateur avec les quatre vis
desserrées sur la station d'accueil.
4.1.2 Montage Chariot
1. Fixer le coulisseau de droite et le coulisseau de
gauche avec deux vis sur les trous supérieurs sur le
chariot.
2. Aligner les coulisseaux, de façon à ce qu'ils soient
fixés dans les renfoncements du chariot.

1. Connecter les câbles des périphériques avec les rac-
cords correspondants sur la station d'accueil.
2. Raccorder le bloc secteur à la station d'accueil.
La LED de l'alimentation électrique s'allume.
3. Disposer le DCU 220 sur les deux ergots de la sta-
tion de charge (voir les cercles sur la figure).
4. Décaler le verrouillage vers la droite, afin que les
deux tiges de guidage à l'arrière atteignent les évide-
ments sur le DCU 220.
5. Insérer la clé dans la serrure pour bloquer le ver-
rouillage. Enfoncer et tourner la clé, pour verrouiller
la serrure.
iLa partie inférieure de la plaque d'adaptateur com-
porte un rail avec deux trous pour les coulisseaux.
3. Placer la plaque d'adaptateur avec la station d'ac-
cueil sur le chariot, de façon à ce que les coulisseaux
soient ajustés par rapport aux trous dans le rail.
La plaque d'adaptateur avec la station d'ac-
cueil peut être déplacée vers la gauche ou vers la
droite.
4. Fixer l'équipement avec une ou deux vis en fonction
de la position souhaitée.

6. Mise hors service
6.1 Déplacement
¶En cas de cession du 1 687 023 744, joindre l’intégra-
lité de la documentation fournie.
¶Ne transporter le 1 687 023 744 que dans son
emballage d'origine ou un emballage équivalent.
¶Débrancher le raccordement électrique.
¶Observer les consignes de première mise en service.
6.2 Elimination et mise au rebut
1. Débrancher le 1 687 023 744 du réseau électrique et
retirer le cordon secteur.
2. Désassembler le 1 687 023 744, trier les matériaux
et les éliminer en application de la réglementation en
vigueur.
1 687 023 744, les accessoires et les embal-
lages doivent être intégrée dans un cycle de
récupération écologique.
¶Ne jetez pas 1 687 023 744 dans les
ordures ménagères.

Le 1 687 023 744 est soumis à la directive
européenne 2012/19/CE (DEEE).

2. Indicaciones de seguridad
RNo tocar los contactos de la conexión de acopla-
miento.
RNo intentar conectar el DCU 220 con la estación
de acoplamiento si se encuentran objetos entre
DCU 220 y la estación de acoplamiento. Se corre
peligro de causar un daño físico a la DCU 220 o a la
estación de acoplamiento.
RNo mover la estación de acoplamiento si está unida
a la DCU 220.
REn caso de no funcionar el DCU 220 mientras está
conectado con la estación de acoplamiento, des-
conectar DCU 220 y separarlo de la estación de
acoplamiento. Conectar la fuente de alimentación al
DCU 220 y controlar si el DCU 220 funciona normal-
mente. En caso de que DCU 220 funcione normal-
mente puede constar un fallo en el funcionamiento
de la estación de acoplamiento.
RNo colocar objetos metálicos o recipientes con
líquidos sobre la estación de acoplamiento. En caso
de que objetos metálicos (p.ej. sujetapapeles o
monedas) o líquidos caigan en la estación de aco-
plamiento esto puede conllevar a un incendio o a un
golpe eléctrico. Desconectar el cable de red inme-
diatamente y retirar el DCU 220 de la estación de
acoplamiento.
RDesconectar la fuente de alimentación y retirar la
DCU 220 en caso de que se cumpla lo siguiente:
$Esté dañada la estación de acoplamiento
$Si sale humo
$Si sale un olor desconocido
$Si la estación de acoplamiento se calienta mucho.
En caso de seguir utilizando la estación de acoplamien-
to a pesar de suceder lo arriba mencionado se corre el
riesgo de un fuego o de una descarga eléctrica.
3. Descripción del producto
3.1 Uso conforme a lo previsto
Sólo debe conectarse esta estación de acoplamiento
con el ordenador convertible DCU 220 y ofrece diferen-
tes conexiones para trabajos estacionarios.
La estación de acoplamiento ha sido desarrollada úni-
camente para usarse con DCU 220.
