Adding more or removing laundry
The drying operation can be pau sed to add more laundry or remove la undry.
The programme must then be c ontinued until it has finished.
The drum and the door may be hot!
1. Open door, the drying process is interrupted.
2. Load or remove laundr y and close door.
3. If required, select a new prog ramme and additional functions.
4. Press the Inicio/Stop (Star t/Stop) button.
Emptying condensation
Empty the container after ev ery use.
1. Remove the condensation container and hold it
level.
2. Open the locking cap.
3. Pour out the condensation.
Check the valve in the condensation container for dirt:
If there are fluff de posits on the valvearinse the valve under r unning water.
Also pour some tap water into the empty condensation contai ner then pour it out
again through the valve.
To do this, press the valve in and allow all the water to d rain out.
4. Close the locking cap.
5. Always push the tank fully back in unti l it locks in place.

on after emptying the container asee page 10.
Cleaning the fluff filter
Clean the fluff filter after each dryin g operation.
1. Open the door, remove the fluff filter.
2. Remove the fluff (by wiping the filter with your hand).
If the fluff filter is heavily soiled or blocked, rinse it wi th warm water,
and dry it thoroughly.
3. Re-insert the fluff filter so that you hea r it click into place.
4. Remove fluff from door/door area.
Switching off the dryer
Turn the programme selector to Stop (Off).
Do not leave laundry in the dryer.
Removing the laundry
Your dryer is equipped with an automatic anti-crease functio n. The drum is moved at specific time intervals
for 30 minutes once the programme has ended. The laund ry remains loose and soft (for 90 minutes if the
Fácil c(Reduced Ironing) additional function is selected, depending on the model).

Dryer housing, control pa nel, air inlet
– Wipe off with a s oft, damp cloth.
– Do not use h arsh cleaning agents/solvents.
– Remove de tergent and cleaning agent residue imme diately.
Clean the air coo ler 5 or 6 times a ye ar
or if Depósito/Limp. o/p(Container/Clean) flashe s after cleaning the fluff filter.
Air cooler
Remove the air coole r before cleaning i t.
– Allow the dryer to cool.
– Residual water may leak out, s o place an absorbent towel underneath
the maintenance door.
1. Unlock the maintena nce door (1).
2. Open the maintenanc e door fully (2).
3. Turn both locking levers outwards (1).
4. Remove the front insert (2).
5. Remove the air cooler.
Do not damage the air cooler.
When cleaning, use warm water onl y. Do not use ha rd or sharp-edged objects.
6. Clean the air cooler com pletely. Let it drip compl etely dry.
Clean the seals.
7. Insert the air cooler firs t (handle facing down ), then the front insert.
8. Turn back both locki ng levers.
9. Lock the maintenanc e door.

Labelling of fabrics
Follow the manufacturer's care infor mation.

Do not tumble-dry the follow ing fabrics for example:
– Airtight fab rics (e.g. rubber-coated fa brics).
– Delicate materials (silk, curtains mad e from synthetic material) athey may crease.
– Laundry c ontaminated with oil.
Before using the dryer for the first time
– Do not put any laundry insid e the dryer. Turn the programme selector to Tim ed
Programmes (apage 7) and pre ss Inicio/Stop (Start/Stop). At the end of the pr ogramme,
turn the programme selector to Stop (Off).
Drying tips
– To ensure a con sistent result, sort the laundry by fabric type and drying programme .
– Alway s dry very small items (e.g. baby soc ks) together with larger items (e.g. ha nd towels).
– Close zips, hooks an d eyelets, and button up covers. Tie c loth belts, bands, etc. together.
– Do not ove r-dry easy-care laundry arisk of creasin g!
Allow laundry to finish drying in th e air.
– Do not iron laundry immediately after drying, fold items up and leave for a while a
the remaining moisture w ill then be distributed e venly.
– Knitted fa brics (e.g. T-shirts, jersey s) often shrink during their fir st drying.
aDo not use the Caliente/quente 120 min. (Warm 120 m in) programme.
– Starched laundry is not alw ays suitable for dr yers astarch leaves behind a coating that
adversely affects the drying operation.
– Use the correc t dosage of fabric softener as per the m anufacturer's instructions whe n
washing the laundry to b e dried.
– Use the tim er programme for small loads athis improves the drying result.
Environmental protection/energy-saving tips
– Before drying, sp in the laundry thoroughly in the washing machine athe hig her the spin
speed, the shorter the drying time w ill be (consumes less energy), also spin easy-care
laundry.
– Use the maximum reco mmended capacity, but do not exceed it
aProgramme overview, page 7.
– Make sure the room is well ventil ated during drying.
– Clean the flu ff filter after every drying opera tion apage 4.
– Do not obstruct or seal up the air inlet.
