Safety Information
Read all warning notices and in$
struction enclosed with the saw
stand and the power tool to be
mounted. Neg igence in comp ying with
the warning notice and instructions can
ead to e ectrica shock, fire and/or seri&
ous injuries.
Save all warning notices and instruction for fu$
ture reference. The term "power too" used in the
warning notices refers to mains powered too s (with
mains cab e) as we as to battery powered too s (with&
out mains cab e).
Pull the plug from the mains receptacle and/or
remove the batter from the power tool before
making adjustments on the tool or changing tool
accessories. Unintentiona switching on of the power
too is the cause of many accidents.
Assemble the saw stand in the proper manner
before mounting the power tool. F aw ess assem&
b y is important to prevent the risk of a co apse of the
stand.
Attach the power tool securel to the saw stand
before using it. An unstab e power too on the saw
stand can ead to oss of contro .
Place the saw stand on a firm, level and horizon$
tal surface. If the saw stand is unstab e or wobb es,
the power too or the work piece cannot be uniform y
and secure y guided.
Do not overload the saw stand and do not use it
as a ladder or scaffolding. Over oading or standing
on the saw stand can ead to the upward shifting of the
centre of gravity of the stand and its tipping over.
When working or transporting, ensure that all
bolts and connecting elements are firml tight$
ened. The safet locks on the attachment set for
the power tool must alwa s be locked (see Fig$
ure ). Loose connections can ead to instabi ity
and inexact sawing.
Mount and demount the power tool onl when it
is in the transport position (see Figure ; for in$
structions on placing in the transport position,
also see the operating instructions of the respec$
tive power tool). Otherwise, the power too can have
such an unfavourab e centre of gravity that it cannot be
he d secure y.
Operate the power tool when the attachment set
is mounted exclusivel on the saw stand. Without
the saw stand, the power too does not stand secure y
on the attachment set and can tip over.
Ensure that long and heav work pieces do not
affect the equilibrium of the saw stand. Long
and/or heavy work pieces must be supported at the
free end.

ed for the cutting to ength of boards and profi es.
