Measure accordingly:
Amount of laundry, soiling, water har dness (ask your water supply
company) and manufacture r's instructions.
Pour liquid detergent into the appropriate dispenser and place in the drum.

ʑReady in options button
When you select the programm e, the relevant programme duration is displayed. Y ou can
delay the start of the program me before it begins. The Re ady in- time can be set in
increments of one hour up to a maximum of 24 hours. Press the Ready in button
repeatedly until the required number of ho urs is displayed (h = ho ur). Choose $Start/
Reload. It is not possible to make adjustments once the programme has started.
ʑcSpin c/ without final spin
Before and while the selected pro gramme is running, you can set the s pin speed or Rinse
Hold (without final spin, laundry s oaks in the last rinsing water, display panel - - -). The effects
depend on the programme progress. The m aximum selectable spin speed depends on the
model and on which progr amme is currently selected.

You can lock the washing machine to prevent the function s you have
set from being change d inadvertently.
ON /OFF: Press and hold th e $Start/Reload button for approx. 5
seconds after the start/end of the p rogramme.
Note: The childproof lock can remain activate d until you wish to start
the next programme, even after switc hing off the machine.
Then you can deactivate the c hildproof lock before the start of the
programme and activate it again as necessary once the program me
has started.

Reload
If you want to add additional items of laundry after the program me has
started, choose $Start/Reload. The mac hine checks whether
reloading is possible.
YES is lit: Reloading is poss ible.
NO flashes: wait until YES lights u p.

Protecting the laundr y and the machine
– When dete rmining the dosage of all washing powders, add itives and cleaning agents, y ou
must follow the manufacturer's instructions.
– Empty pockets.
– Look out for metal ite ms (paperclips, etc.).
– Wash delica tes in a laundry bag (tig hts, curtains, underwired br as).
– Fasten zips, do up any buttons .
– Brush sand o ut of pockets and collars.
– Remove curtain fi ttings or place in the laundry bag.
Laundry with varying degrees of soiling
Wash new items of c lothing separately.
light Do not pre-wash. If required, choose the add itional function
ĈSpeedPerfect.
Pre-treat any stains as nece ssary.

Choose a programme with pre-wash.
Soaking Load laund ry of the same colour
Pour soaking agent/deterge nt into compartment II in accordance w ith the manufacturer's
instructions. Turn the pr ogramme selector to LFCottons 30 °C and press $Start/Reloa d.
After approx. 10 minutes, press $Start/Reload to pause the programme . Once the required
soaking time has elaps ed, press $Start/Reload again to c ontinue the programme, or select
a different programme .
Starching Laundry must not be treat ed with fabric softener
Starching is possible in all w ash programmes if liquid star ch is used. Pour the starch i n
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions into fabric softener compartment ~(rinse firs t
if necessary).
Dyeing/Bleaching
Dye should only be used in normal household quantities. Salt may damage stainless steel.
Always follow the dye ma nufacturer's instructions! Do no t use the washing machine for
bleaching clothes!
