DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
The Water Sensor is a reliable lead detection sensor that can be used in a wide variety of applications such as: computer rooms,
basements, sumps, air conditioner condensate run over, water heaters, utility rooms, and many more applications.
The solid state circuitry is encapsulated in epoxy making the unit waterproof and tamper proof. The probes are stainless steel and
will not rust. It also works with distilled and condensate water.
When connected to the ALARM PANEL, a thin lm of water will activate the ALARM PANEL activating the buzzer and ashing alarm
light. Auxiliary contacts can be utilized to annunciate the alarm or wired into a control circuit that will shut the machine o to
prevent further water leakage. Connect multiple Boshart sensors for zone area protection.
