REQUIRED COMPONENTS
• 2 People Minimum
• 5mm Drill Bit
• 9mm Drill
• Thread Locker
• Silicone (Recommended: Sikaflex 227)
• 13mm Spanner/Socket
• 6mm Allen Key
STEP 1
Mark out on your awning where your mounts will go, placing them as far apart as possi-
ble. Then punch the required holes in the canvas bag.

STEP 2
Mount the supplied brackets to your awning.

STEP 3
Hold the awning in place on the tent and mark the location of the front and rear mounts.
Remove the tent section of the brackets and line it up with your markings, use this as a
template to mark where you will drill your holes.
The strongest point of the RT1 is in the corners, if you have a 270 awning, place the
rear mount as far back as possible.

Use masking tape to prevent drawing on
the tent and to minimise swarf entering
the tent when drilling
