What's Included
After you have unpacked the speaker system, check all
the contents of package so it contains al l of the items
below. If something is missing, please call our technical
department.

• (4) M6 x15 mm Bolts (Pre-Installed)
• (3) Rubber ClampAdapters (1/8" thickness)
• (1) Wireless RF Remote Control
• (1) Keychain Tag
• (1) PowerCable
A Safety Considerations
While we have designed the mounting system to provide
a safe and stable installation, it is important to
remember these are objects that will be used in an
environment that is extremely bumpy and turbulent.
Please consider all possible scenarios whe re these will
be placed and secured.

Installation
1) Unpack and disassemble the clamps from the speakers. Make sure you account for all
hardware when removing it from the clamps. There are lock washers that must be re -
installed on the clamps.
2) Determine the location of the speakers.
3) Determine the correct rubber clamp adapters that are needed for your application.
4) The rubber adapters will need to be cut to length, so they fit the enclosure and clamp.
5) After the rubber clamps have been cut, remove the white protective layer and stick
them to the clamp and enclosure.
6) Place the speaker on the tower and have the top clamp ready to place on top.
7) Screw the two bolts evenly, until snug. Once the position is verified, tighten the bolts
another half-turn. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!
8) The speakers accept up to 16 ga. wire, it is recommended you use a high-quality marine
grade speaker cable for your installation.

Wiring
1) When wiring the speakersystem, use only high quality marine speaker wire.
2) Also take into account the length of wire when terminating at speakers. There needs to
be some extra wire left around the speakerso in the event of extreme conditions the
wire doesn't pull or disconnect anything vital to the vehicle.
3) Keep the wire away from sharp objects, always use a rubber grommetwhen running
wire through metal tubes.
4) Plan the entire system and note the amplifier impedance stability prior to wiring.
5) If wiring morethan a pair of wake towers, make sure thestereo image is retained from
front to rear with respect to left and right.

The speakers are 4 0, you can connect the each speaker to the output of a
head-unit. For optimum performance, it is recommended they are
connected to aseparate amplifier with a high-pass filter set to 120 Hz.

For a 4- ch system, it is important the Front and Rear are connected to their
respective sides (left and right) to retain correct stereo imaging.
If using an amplifier, for best performance, set the high- pass filter to 120 Hz .

WARRANTY
This product has a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one
year from the date-of-purchase (DOP). This manufacturer warranty is non-transferable. The warranty is for repair or replacement at the
sole discr etion of BOSS AUDIO SYSTEMS (BAS) . For service under this warranty you need to return the product to BAS . If replaced, BAS
reserves the right to replace it with anew or reconditioned product of the same or similar design.
Your product may qualify for a free extended warranty. Please see www.bossaudio.com for the qualificationsand details of this program.
Obtain Warranty Service
Within the first 30days from the original DOP. BAS will provide areturn shipping label for any defective product shipped from wi thin the
50 US States. After the first 30 days you are responsible for the freight charges incurred to send the product back to BAS . To send a
product in for warranty service you will need the following:
• A Return Authorization number (RA#). Please contact our Customer Service to receive a RA#.
• A legible copy of the proof-of-purchase with your name, the name of the authorized dealer, the DOP and the mode l number
of the product requiring service.
• Enclose a note stating the problem or issues with the product, your daytime phone number, email and return shipping address
(within the USA, no P.O. Box please).
This warranty does not cover any product subjected to abuse, neglect, incorrect wiring, water or physical damage or any at t empt to
repair or modify the product by anyone other than an BAS Repair Technician. Any damages, resulting from legal action for breach of
exprPssed or implied warranty shall be limited to the cost of the original purchase price of the product. All liability for coincidental
dam2ges are excluded under this warranty. The Customer agrees to retain the original proof of-purchase for establishing the effect ive
date c.,f this warranty. If BAS or an Authorized Dealer replace your product under warranty, the replacement product shall be considered
a trans<1ction under the original warranty, and does not extend the original warranty period.
