conditions,it will workwellin difficult terrainincluding up ordown hill slopes.Mobarrow
makesloadmanipulation mucheasierthanstandardwheelbarrow's,its 12 volt leadbatteryis
safeto usewith no dangerofelectricalspillage.

Beforeuse,readtheoperatingand safetyinstructionscarefullyand saveforfuture
reference. OnlyuseMobarrowforitsdeterminedpurpose.
Likeallwheelbarrowsifoverloadedornot beinghandledcarefullyMobarrow cantip
over,alwaysfollowsafetyproceduresandneveruseMobarrowwithout being sureof
safetyinrespectoftheequipment,itsloadingandtheenvironment in whichitisbeing
used.
Thisequipment isnot intendedforusebypersons(including children)with reduced
physical,sensoryormentalcapabilitiesorthosewithout experience andknowledge
of similarequipment.Donot useMobarrowwithoutcheckingifthefuseisworking
properly.
WhenleavingMobarrowunattendedalwaysswitchoffthefuse!

the frameandwheel,ALWAYSSWITCHOFFTHEFUSE!Otherwisethereis
a considerablethreatofinjury.
Neverplace limbsorhandsamongmovableparts,e.g.travellingwheel,enginecase,

Carryingpersonsoroverloadingthebarrow is strictly prohibited!
Tryit firstand familiarizeyourselfhowit handlesand drives,particularlyin rough
terrain.
Iftravellingup ordown hill neveroverestimateyourphysicalability,alwaysconsiderthe
riskofslippingand consequentinjury.UseMobarrowonlyon slopesyou can safely
handle,overloadingMobarrow candamagetheequipment orcauseseriousinjuryto the
operator.
Intheunlikelyhoodoftechnical failurewherebyduetoafaultyelectrical contact
yourMobarrow willnotstop,immediately lay theequipmentonitssideandremove
thefuse.
UseMobarrow onlyforthepurposeforwhichit isdesigned.Alwaysstoreinadryplace.

Ifworking with corrosivematerials(manure,liquid manure,etc.)CleanMobarrow
properly.

CAUTION!Drivinguphillwith acargo heavierthantherecommendedmaximum120 kg
may causefuseinterruption,thiscanresultinreturndriveanda possibilitytheequipment
willroll backwardtowardstheoperator.AlwaysadheretoMobarrow's120 kgmax lifting
capacity.Ifencounteringfuseinteruptionalwaysimmediately tipMobarrow ontoitsside.

Mobarrow - variantwithoutbrake

Generaluse -
Whengoingdownhill use yourphysicalstrength to control rateoftravel.
Makesurethecontrol blockingoffreewheelisin 'OFF'mode - Thecontrol freewheel
OFFposition (pic.n.1).

assistancethisindicates thefree-wheelhasengagedand is working properly.
Itispossibleto recharge thebatteryviathetravelling wheelwhengoingdownhill.

Control freewheelswitchto ON modesothatyou grasppullrod,liftthe2mmand turned
90 degreestotheONposition (Picturen.3).Theposition ofpullrodshowsthecontrol
and theinscription on thebodyofcontrol freewheel(pull rod sitsin adeepergrooveon
thebodyofcontrol freewheel).

Switchfree-wheelintotheon position asillustrated,liftthecapabout2mm(1)
turn
bodyand keepitin thisposition.
Grip handlesofMobarrow,liftfrom standingposition and pushforward.Whenthe
freewheelmodelocatesitallowsbrakingthroughmotor,chargingshould startafterone
turnoftravellingwheel (circa 1,2mlinear).
Retroactiveunblocking,movebackfree-
(pic. n.3).Thenthemotorwillputup resistance.
ENFORCEMENT:
Free-whe
stillwithoutneedingtobeheld.
Thecontrol offreewheelisavulnerablepointextendingfromthecircuitinthegearbox.
Avoiddrivinginthevicinityofstonesoralongthecurbbecauseitmay causedamageor
releasethecontrol.
Mobarrow - variantwithbrake
Electronicbrakeisdesignedforroughterrainand whereverbraking through
recuperation is not enough.
Electronicbrake(pic.n.4)isastandardaccessoryMobarrow.
Forvariant POWER,the brake is in thebasicconfiguration.

Instruction
1.Beforestartingworkchecktheelectricalwiringisn'tdamagedin anyway.
2. Insertthe40Afuse.
3.GrasphandlesofMobarrow and lift.
Turnthehandletotheleftand Mobarrow willmoveahead,picturen.2
4.Whenyou rotatethehandleto theright itconnectstheelectronicbrake.
5. Afterfinishingworkdon'tforgettoremovethe40amp fuse.
Repairingtravelling wheel
Duringatyreortreadchange, proceedasfollows:
TurnMobarrow onto itsside.
Loosen2screws(10 pieces)holding thewheelto theframe.
Pull out cablesleadingfrom motorto framethenterminalboard(pic.n.5).

Removeprotectiveinsulation from terminalboard.Inscribed terminalboard+.
Disconnectcablessothewheelbecomesuncharged.
Loosenthe5screwsholdingthewheelposition13 simplychangethebox (middle
of threeneighbouringscrews).
Movetravellingwheelfrom position 12 coverofmotor.
Removetheremaining10 screwsholdingthediscwhichshould breakinto two and come
awaynearthetube.

Changingthetube,especiallythecoating;reassemblefollowingreverseprocess
includingreassembling thetravellingwheel. Be carefultocorrectlyclamppolarity
clipsthenreinsulate.
Importantwarnings
Neverexceedthemaximumpermittedtyrepressure - 1.5BARMAX!! Neverremovethe
splitrimbeforereleasingthetube, itcandamagetherim!! Neverinflatethetubeifthesplit
rimisnotsecurely joinedtogether! Neveroverinflatethetubebecausetherimisfitted
with fuseprotection,over-inflationwill puncturethetubeorseriously seriousdamagethe
rim!!!
Protectiveaids
WhileusingMobarrow usesafeworkingpracticesatall times.
Itisalwaysadvisedtheoperatorwearsreinforcedsafetyshoes.
Cleaning
WashMobarrow usingtapwaterbut avoid completeimmersion.
Toremovestubborndirtusewarmwaterwith detergent.
Do not cleanwith pressurewasher's.
Do not usestiffbrushes orheavyimplementsto chip offdirt,usespecialcarearound the
speedchange-boxand motor.
Afterworkingin amuddyordustyenvironment,removedirtfrom bearingsusingadry
cloth,alwayssealareasbetweentherotatingand fixedparts(pic.n.6),lubricatewith
thinoil.
Bearingsareprotectedwith feltsealswhichmustbemaintainedand sufficiently
lubricated.

Ifbatterypowerislow connectto batterycharger(redlightsignifiesthebatteryneeds
charging,greenlightshows thebatteryisfullycharged)
Batterychargingcapacitywill diminishifyou frequentlypostponecharging.

Whenthegreenlight comeson,thebatteryisfullycharged.
Disconnectthechargerfrom mainsandremovecrocodileclipsfrom battery. Range
thebattery. Theapproximatechargingtimeis 4hours.
