••Carefully read all instructions before
operating and save for future reference.
••To protect against fire, electrical shock
and injury to persons do not immerse the
motor base, plug or cord in water or any
other liquid.
••Always use the appliance on a dry,
level surface.
••Always switch the appliance to ‘OFF’ and
then disconnect the plug from the power
outlet when the appliance is not in use
and before cleaning.
••Do not place your hands in the Wine
Chiller while the chiller is operating.
••Do not place hands in the Wine Chiller
unless the unit is switched off and
disconnected from the power outlet.
••Handle 'Chill Cells' with care as
prolonged contact could cause freezer
burn. Use a cloth or hold by the plastic
part of the 'Chill Cells' when holding.
••Regularly inspect the supply cord,
plug and actual appliance for any
damage. If found damaged in any way,
immediately cease use of the appliance
and call Breville Customer Service at
1-866-BREVILLE.
••Regularly inspect the ‘Chill Cells’ to
ensure the cells are in good condition.
If necessary, replace the cells; contact
1-866-BREVILLE for assistance.
••Do not leave the appliance unattended
when in use. Young children or infirm
persons should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with or misuse
the appliance.
••Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
a table or counter, touch hot surfaces or
become knotted.
••Do not place this appliance on or near a
hot gas or electric burner, or where it
could touch a heated oven.
••This appliance is for household use only.
Do not use this appliance for anything
other than its intended use.
••Do not start the timer until you have filled
the container with water.
••Use only the AC adaptor provided with
this appliance.
••Ensure that the water does not overflow
from the rim of the wine chiller.
••Do not allow the internal components of
the wine chiller to get wet at any time.
••Do not allow any objects to block the
pump outlets.
••Only use the appliance with the adaptor
provided. Do not attempt to use this
adaptor with any other products.
Likewise, do not attempt to plug any
other adaptor into this appliance.
••Do not use an extension cord. Plug
adaptor directly into an electric outlet.
••Do not incinerate this appliance even if it
is severely damaged. The batteries can
explode in a fire.
••Avoid contacting moving parts.
••Do not operate without the impeller cover
(agitating disc) in place.
••Do not use outdoors with the AC adaptor.

Stylish Stainless Steel Rim
Agitating Disk
Positioned in the base of the wine chiller,
the agitating disk is designed to circulate
water around the bottle and ‘Chill Cells’.
Manual Setting
For continuous chilling of beverages, turn
the dial to the manual setting and the wine
chiller will continue to chill the bottles.
15-minute timer with Automatic Off
Easy to operate 15-minute timer with auto
off enables you to chill beverages to the
correct temperature - bottle after bottle.
Removable Cord
The Wine Chiller is designed to be taken
to the table once your beverages are
chilled. Simply remove the cord and the
Wine Chiller can be used as an ice bucket.
Battery Operation
Designed for use outdoors,
simply insert 7 AA batteries.

Perfectly shaped to stack in the freezer
using minimal space, the 'Chill Cells'
ensure beverages are chilled quickly

THE UNIQUELY DESIGNED
‘CHILL CELLS’™
Your Breville Wine Chiller comes with three
specially designed ‘Chill Cells’ to enable you
to chill wine in minutes.
The ‘Chill Cells’ are filled with special gel
which is a safe, food grade material able to
freeze and hold temperature very efficiently.
If you damage or lose your ‘Chill Cells’,
please contact the Breville Customer Care
Centre at 1 (866) BREVILLE.
USING ICE
The Breville Wine Chiller has been designed
to be used with the ‘Chill Cells’ or ice cubes.
Simply place approximately thirty (30) ice
cubes into the Wine Chiller before adding
the water to chill then switch on.
USING THE TIMER
Your Wine Chiller features a 15-minute timer
designed for optimal chilling of beverages.
If you need to reduce the time selected on
the timer, simply turn the timer dial in a
counter-clockwise direction until the desired
time is reached.
USING THE MANUAL FEATURE
For chilling beverages without the timer,
simply turn the control dial to the left. To
stop chilling slowly turn the control dial to
the OFF position.
BATTERY OPERATION
Your Wine Chiller is designed to be battery
operated. This is perfect to be able to chill
bottles of wine while at a picnic or BBQ.
Simply insert seven (7) AA size batteries
into the base of the Wine Chiller. The
Wine Chiller will operate for approximately
3 hours using battery operation.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all promotional labels and place the
specially designed ‘Chill Cells’ into the
freezer for a minimum of 8 hours to freeze.
1. Place the Wine Chiller on a flat, dry
surface and ensure that the unit is
unplugged and the control dial is set to
the ‘OFF’ position.
2. Remove the ‘Chill Cells’ from the freezer
and place around the inside of the Wine
Chiller (see Fig 1).
3. Place the bottle to be chilled into the
Wine Chiller.
4. Using a pitcher, pour cold tap water into
the Wine Chiller until just covering the
‘Chill Cells’.
5. Plug the AC adaptor into a 120V
power outlet.
6. To chill a single bottle, set the Timer
by turning the control dial to the
desired setting. (Refer recommended
times on page 8)
7. Once the first bottle is chilled, the Breville
Wine Chiller is ready to chill the next
bottle to perfection. Simply remove the
first bottle, and replace with the next
room-temperature bottle ready for chilling.
8. When you have finished chilling, turn the
appliance to the ‘OFF’ position and then
remove the adaptor from the rear of the
motor base.
9. Your Breville Wine Chiller can now be
taken to the table to be used as an ice
bucket to keep the beverages chilled.
10.Once you have finished using the Wine
Chiller, pour out the water. Remove the
‘Chill Cells’, drain and dry thoroughly
then stack them back in the freezer for
next time.
11.Finally, allow the unit to dry thoroughly.
Tip:
Store the ‘Chill Cells’ in the freezer to keep
them ready for use at any time.

be used to keep food or
beverages cool in a cooler
or an insulated lunch bag.
Simply place the frozen
‘Chill Cells’ into the cooler
or an insulated lunch bag
instead of ice.
When not in use, remove all
batteries to prevent
possible damage; stored
batteries may leak.

Before cleaning, ensure the Wine Chiller
adapter is unplugged from both the unit and
the power outlet.
To clean, simply wipe the inside and
outside of the Wine Chiller with a clean
damp cloth. Once clean, ensure the
appliance is thoroughly dry.
REMOVING AND CLEANING THE
AGITATING DISK
Price tags and labels may peel off from
bottles and may become lodged in the
agitating disk.
To remove, simply invert the Wine Chiller
to remove the agitating disk, remove any
debris and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Please ensure that once any debris has
been removed that the agitating disk is replaced.

The Wine Chiller has also been designed to chill other beverages,
such as beer and soft drink (the diameter of the bottles should not
be more than 3.75 inches (9.5cm).

Simplemente coloque siete (7) pilas AA en
la base del Wine Chiller. El enfriador de vino
funcionara por lo menos 3 horas usando las pilas.

Sus Celdas Enfriadoras
‘Chill Cells’ pueden usarse
para mantener comida o
bebidas frías en una hielera
o una bolsa para
emparedados con aislante.
Solo coloque las Celdas
Enfriadoras ‘Chill Cells’
congeladas en la hielera o
bolsa en vez del hielo.
Cuando no este usando el
enfriador, quite las pilas
para prevenir un posible
daño; guarde las pilas por
que pueden soltar ácido.

ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
Quite todas las etiquetas promocionales y
coloque las Celdas Enfriadoras ‘Chill Cells’
especialmente diseñadas en el congelador
por un mínimo de 8 horas hasta congelar.
1. Coloque el Wine Chiller en una superficie
plana, seca y asegure que la unidad este
desconectada y el control este en
posición de apagado ‘OFF’.
2. Remueva las Celdas Enfriadoras ‘Chill
Cells’ del congelador y coloque dentro del
Enfriador de Vino (ver Fig. 1).
3. Ponga la botella a enfriar en el enfriador
de vino.
4. Use una jarra para agregar agua fría de
la llave, hasta que cubra las Celdas
Enfriadoras ‘Chill Cells’.
5. Conecte el adaptador AC en una conexión
de 120 voltios.
6. Para enfriar una sola botella, solo gire el
control de tiempo a la temperatura
deseada (referirse a los tiempos
recomendados en la página 8).
7. Ya que la primera botella se enfríe, el
Wine Chiller estará listo para enfriar la
siguiente botella a la perfección.
Simplemente remueva la primera botella,
y reemplace con la siguiente botella que
esta a temperatura ambiente lista
para enfriarse.
8. Cuando acabe de enfriar quite el
adaptador de atrás de la base del motor.
9. Su Breville Wine Chiller ahora puede ser
llevado hasta la mesa y puede usarse
como una cubeta de hielo para mantener
las bebidas frías.
10.Al terminar de usar el Enfriador de Vino,
saque el agua. Remueva las Celdas
Enfriadoras ‘Chill Cells’, escurra y seque
completamente y guárdelas nuevamente
en el congelador para el siguiente uso.
11.Finalmente, permita que la unidad
seque completamente.
Sugerencia:
Guarde las Celdas Enfriadoras ‘Chill Cells’
en el congelador para mantenerlas listas
para utilizarlas en cualquier momento.

No sumerja ninguna parte
del Breville Wine Chiller en
agua o en ningun otro liquido.
Antes de limpiar su Breville Wine Chiller,

Las etiquetas de precio deben quitarse de
las botellas durante el enfriamiento ya que
pueden depositarse en el disco agitador.
Para remover, simplemente invierta el
enfriador de vino para quitar el disco
agitador, remueva cualquier basura y limpie
con una toalla húmeda.
Por favor asegúrese de que al remover
cualquier basura el disco agitador vuelva
a reemplazarse.
