FIXATION OF THE WALL BRACKETS
−The wall brackets are positioned just left or right of the arm brackets (If a back plate type K provided this must be marked
in conjunction with the correct bracket positioning.See Fig 3b).

−Height of the brackets is ±5mm less of the height of the awning.
−Fix the brackets in a straight horizontal line on the right place (fig. 2).
−In order to guarantee a smooth operation, make sure that the awning is
hung horizontally.
−Slide the awning into the brackets.If awning in 2 parts install the side with motor on allow the other part of the awning to
slide onto the joiner system. Fig 7.
−Secure the awning rectangular bar with the bolts that drop in vertically and slide the bracket plate on (fig. 3) and tighten
the bolts
−For awnings with back profile: copy the marked position of the
Wall brackets on the the back profile onto the wall. Make fixation holes and
fix together with the brackets.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE FRONT HEIGHT (fig. 4)
−Check the front height and the complete horizontal position of the
Front lead rail profile.
−To adjust the arm pitch:
* loosen the 2 side nuts of the arm support (fig. 4A).
* adjust the height by turning the lower adjusting bolt (fig. 4B).
* tighten the 2 side nuts securely (fig. 4C).
−Check if the front profile is parallel level to the box on all arms. Use the leg to check this and leave 100mm from leg to
floor.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE LEADRAIL AND FITTING THE COVER (fig. 5)
−Lead rail adjustment must be done after the fabric cover is fitted. Slide in the plastic insert profile through the top and
bottom open ended pockets in the roof sheet. Slide the fabric onto the roller tube at the top end and into the top open
channel slot in the lead rail. Tip, File smooth the opening on the roller tube and the lead rail to avoid chaffing of the fabric
when sliding. This may take several people and be careful not to snag the fabric as you slide. The top and the front should
slide in equally and the fabric direction is over the top of the roller tube as it rolls away.
Roll out the awning completely until the fabric is hanging loose.
−Adjust the lead rail by turning it until the lead rail is in a vertical position.
−Tighten the screws as shown on fig. 5B.
−The height of the hinge of the arm in closed position, can be adjusted as
shown on fig. 5A.to achieve the correct pitch angle. If the front height needs to match optional legs and room system set at
the correct angle to suit the legs.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The electrical connection is done in accordance to the connection scheme according to the motor specification. If Wireless
RTS motor supplied see separate instructions for connecting the power supply and programming the handset or switch in
the correct inward and outward limit positions.
ADJUSTMENT ENDSTROKE OF THE MOTOR:
The adjustment of the motor limits is set by the programme on the remote wall switch or handset (see separate
instructions on programming the motor limits required once the fabric is installed onto the awning.

INSTALLATION OF A COUPLED AWNING (fig. 7)
−Place the wall supports as indicated on fig. 1 ( 4 or 6 arms ).

Please read the instruction and Fig 7 prior to starting
installation. Please be aware the awning arms are spring
loaded and caution must be taken for safety purposes.

−Make sure that the part without the motor still can be moved ±10cm in his
bracket towards the other part, this in order to couple both parts.
−Hang the part of the awning containing the gear box or motor into its
brackets and secure it with the bolts.
−Roll out the awning for half a meter.
−Hang the second part of the awning into its brackets, but first, keep the
box closed by means of a rope or securing strap around the overall cassette
−Release the rope until the fabric of both parts is hanging at the same level.
−Make sure that the channel in both roller tubes are in the same line and
join both parts together.
−Fasten the second part with the bolts.
−Join the lead rails with the coupling profile as shown on fig. 10A.
Slide the supplied legs into the lead rail and adjust the feet height according with the adjustment screw on the lower part
of the leg.
There are caravan rails provided to attach to the body of the vehicle. Set these 30mm out from the edge of the awning roof
sheet centre to centre allowing 100mm down from the cassette box to enable the panels to be fed vertically downwards.

ATTACHING THE SIDES AND FRONT SHEET TO THE ROOM SYSTEM
Slide the plastic profiles into the end of the roof sheet cover.
There are 2 side rafter bars that splice together with a joiner. These connect to the awning to enable the side sheets to
attach.
Slide the open channel of the side rafter onto the cover with the double pin at the top which connects into the 2 drilled
holes at the end of the awning cassette. Once slid in the front threaded pin passes through the drilled hole in the lead rail
and secures with a female hand wheel. Tighten all hand wheels.
Please note the first time of use the rafter bars may need the length trimming once the angle is set as this length can vary
according to the pitch required. Tip. spray with silicone spray to ensure smooth sliding in of the panels.
Slide the panel into the rafter and unzip the vertical zips in the side sheets. Slide the back edge into the rail attached to the
vehicle. Slide the front sheets into the lead rail. Unzip the vertical zips and slide the roped keder edge into the legs from the
top down and refasten the zips.
