Observe all applicable national and international laying, installa-
tion, accident prevention and safety guidelines when installing
pipe systems as well as this technical information.. Also observe
the applicable laws, norms, guidelines and specifications
(e.g. DIN, EN, ISO, DVGW, TRGI, VDE and VDI).
■Before starting with the assembly, read the safety instructions
and operating instructions carefully and in full for your own
safety and that of other people.
■Keep the operating instructions available.
■In case you don’t understand the safety instructions or indi-
vidual assembly guidelines, or they are unclear, please contact
your BRUGG sales oice.
■Failure to comply with the safety instructions can result in ma
terial damage or personal injury.
■The assembly of our systems should only be performed by
authorised and trained personnel.
■Work on electrical systems or pipe sections should only be
performed by qualified and authorised personnel.
When working with tension straps to attach the pipe there is
the risk of squeezing. Do not reach into the danger areas!

EN Using the CALPEX unwinding device makes it possible to easily and quickly lay flexible composite pipe systems, which are
delivered in roll form to the construction site.

EN Position the centring poles into the relevant bores, depending
on the ring diameter.

z wykorzystaniem podnośnika.
EN The ring is carefully put onto the slewing ring using
a lifting device.

PL Przed rozpoczęciem odwijania rury, należy otworzyć mechanizm
blokujący pierścień obrotowy.
EN For unrolling, the locking mechanism on the slewing ring must
be opened.

PL Przy odwijaniu ostatnich metrów, rura może odprężyć się
i uderzyć w bok, albo do góry. Dlatego należy zabezpieczyć
koniec rury liną i zachować odpowiednio bezpieczny
dystans.
Podpory na pierścieniu obrotowym wystają ponad rury
i mogą uderzyć w nogi osoby stojącej w pobliżu, gdy
odetnie się opaskę mocującą.
EN When unrolling the last metres the pipe may relax and
strike to the side or upwards – secure the end of the pipe
with ropes and sufficient safety distance. The struts of
the slewing ring project above the pipe and could strike
people’s legs when the fixing tape is cut.

PL Pierścień obrotowy może się już kręcić, czyli można
odwijać rurę.
Pierwszą opaskę mocującą zwój należy odciąć gdy
odwijarka znajduje się w spoczynku. Uwolniony początek
rury może gwałtownie uderzyć na zewnątrz zwoju!
EN The upper slewing ring can now be turned and the pipe
can be unrolled.
Only cut through the fixing tape during standing
operation - the pipe may relax and strike outwards!
