1. Product Overview
1.1. Product features
1. BIT-Ex-GS has two working modes, support CAT5E/6 expander and HDMI l
oop-out.Support 4K * 2K @ 60Hz resolution transmission, downward com
patible with low resolution.
2. BIT-Ex-GS-4k60 in expander mode, the internal video compression codec c
an support 4K60HZ 444 format transmitted through CAT6 cable, the trans
mission distance can reach 70 meters, BIT-Ex-GS-4k30 uses CAT6 cable tra
nsmission 4K30HZ 444 format, the transmission distance can reach 100 me
ters.
3. Video and audio can be transmitted through CAT cable. Support almost all
4K formats and color spaces.
4. Can work independently to support CAT extender, so that 4K long-distanc
e transmission can be realized in HDMI working mode. It is HDMI1.4/2.0 c
ompatible, and each port supports HDCP 1.4, 2.2.
5. BIT-Ex-GS can use HDMI to cascade at least 5 levels.
6. Support IR signal extension control.
7. There are HDCP 1.4/2.2 for HDM transmission and receiver encryption and
decryption respectively.

3.Operation instructions
3.1. Product connection diagram
1) The signal source (computer, camcorder, DVD / DVE, hard disk player, etc.) HDMI
output is connected to the HDMI input interface of the extender transmitting end
(TX).
2) TX (Transmit) is the transmitting end.
3) The network cable connects the transmitting end (TX) and the receiving end
(RX).

4) RX (Receive) is the receiving end.
5) The receiving end (RX) is connected to a display device (LCD TV, projector, digital
signage, advertising machine, etc.).
6) The extender device is connected to 12V power supply.
7) If the display device has an image output, the connection is successful.
4. Common problem
4.1. Power supply and connecting wire problems
(1) Check whether the power supply is normal. Please use the 12V power cord

provided by this product.
(2) check whether the network cable is inserted stably (the network cable shall be
clamped well.
4.2. problem of signal source
1) check whether the output of the signal source is normal, and connect the signal
source directly to the display equipment that can be used normally.
2) If the output of the computer graphics card is directly connected to the device,
check whether the computer recognizes it.
4.3. Display device problems
Check whether the display can display images normally, and connect the normal
output computer graphics card directly to the display device.
Note: The customer's own cabinet must be grounded to avoid electrostatic
breakdown and burning.
