Safety Tips
• Position on a flat, stable surface.
• A service agent/qualified technician should carry out installation and any repairs if required. Do not
remove any components on this product.
• Consult Local and National Standards to comply with the following:

• IEE Wiring Regulations
• Building Regulations
• DO NOT immerse the appliance in water.
• Some surfaces become hot during operation - take care when using the appliance.
• Always wear suitable protective clothing when using the oven.
• DO NOT allow anything to come in to contact with the heating elements during use.
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the appliance when not in use.
• Not suitable for outdoor use.
• DO NOT use jet/pressure washers to clean the appliance.
• This appliance must only be used in accordance with these instructions and by persons competent to
do so.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the apliance by a person reponsible for their safety.
• Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the packaging in accordance to the regulations of
local authorities.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a BUFFALO agent or a recommended qualified
technician in order to avoid a hazard.
• The total mass of the food for steaming should not exceed 5kg

Introduction
Please take a few moments to carefully read through this manual. Correct maintenance and operation of
this machine will provide the best possible performance from your BUFFALO product.

Before using for the first time, the appliance must be cleaned. To clean the appliance:
1. Wash the water box, racks and oven interior with warm soapy water and a damp cloth.
2. Place the rack inside the oven.
3. Close the door.
4. Set the Temperature knob to ‘MAX’, the function knob to Convection Oven (see table) and the Timer
knob to ‘5 minutes’.
5. When the minutes are over turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply.
6. Allow to cool. The appliance is now ready to use.
Note: See ‘Setting the Timer’ for setting times under 20 minutes.

Operating Instructions
Setting the Timer
The Timer knob also acts as the Power switch. When the Timer is set to
‘0’ the power is Off.
1. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
2. Set the Timer knob to the required time (0-120 minutes).
Alternatively select ‘Stay On’ for non-stop use
3. The appliance will begin to heat up to the set temperature (see ‘Setting the Temperature’) and the
Power Indicator light comes on.
4. When the Timer reaches ‘0’ an audible alarm sounds and the appliance turns Off.
Setting the Temperature
1. Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the required temperature
(50°C-200°C).
2. The Temperature Indicator light comes on
Note: Before use ensure that the Water Collection Tray is securley fitted underneath the
unit
Note:This product is classed as a steam-convection oven, an appliance intended for the
cooking of food either by means of direct steam contact or by heated air circulated by
mechanical means within the cooking compartment or by a combination of these two
methods. The pressure within the cooking compartment does not differ significantly from
atmospheric pressure
Note: If the required time is under 20 minutes, the Timer must be turned beyond 20 and
then turned back down to the required setting in order to work.
Note: The Time can be adjusted during cooking if required. Simply adjust the setting as
required using the Timer knob.
Note: When the Oven reaches the set temperature the Temperature Indicator light
turns off.

Setting the Function
The oven has four function settings. Rotate knob to select desired function
Convection Oven
1. Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position
2. Turn the function knob to the convection oven setting
3. Select the required temperature
4. To switch the oven ON turn the timer control to the required time. It is not necessary to preheat the
oven
Fan Only (Defrost)
1. Place the food to be defrosted on the rack in the middle shelf position. Place a baking tray at the
lowest level and close the oven door
2. Set the function knob to Fan Only setting
3. Set the timer according to the size and quantity of food to be defrosted - the fan will start

Steam Function
1. Fill the water tank to the maximum level
2. Preheat oven to 130C using the Convection Oven setting
3. Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position
4. Turn the function knob to the Steam Only setting
5. Select the required temperature
6. Set the timer to the required time - the oven will begin to work
Combination Oven (Steam and Convection)
1. Fill the water tank to the maximum level
2. Preheat oven to the desired temperature using the Convection Oven setting
3. Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position
4. Turn the function knob to the Combination Oven setting
5. Select the required temperature
6. Set the timer to the required time - the oven will begin to work
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
• Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
• Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the appliance.
•Drythoroughlyafter cleaning.
• A BUFFALO dealer or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed, using a dedicated earthing circuit.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency
disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

verpakkingen, tijdens de verpakkingsfase, op functionaliteit en schade.
Mocht u product door transport zijn beschadigd, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw BUFFALO dealer.
Werking
Voor het eerste gebruik dient u het apparaat te reinigen. Om het apparaat te reinigen:
1. Was de waterbak, rekken en de ovenbinnenkant met warm zeepwater en een vochtige doek.
2. Plaats het rek in de oven.
3. Sluit de deur.
4. Zet de temperatuurknop op de stand MAX, de functieknop op convectieoven (zie tabel) en de timer-
knop op 5 minuten.
5. Na het verlopen van de ingestelde tijd zet u het apparaat uit en haalt u de stekker uit het stopcontact.
6. Laat het apparaat afkoelen. Het apparaat is nu gebruiksklaar.
