Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des zu
beprobenden Mediums beachten.
Bei der Beprobung von Gefahrgut die technischen
Regeln für Gefahrstoffe (gemäß TRGS) beachten und
angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
Bei der Bedienung nie Gewalt anwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist im Temperaturbereich von 0 - 60 °C
verwendbar.
Während der Verwendung auf ausreichend Platz
nach oben achten (Mindesthöhe: Länge des Probe-
nehmers + 50 cm).
HINWEIS!
Vor Gebrauch muss der Artikel im Umfang ihres
(validierten) Reinigungsprozesses gereinigt
werden.
Maßnahmen der manuellen Reinigung müssen
im Reinigungs-/Desinfektionsbereich und unter
Beachtung des Arbeitsschutzes durchgeführt
werden.
Materialbeständigkeit beachten.
Aufbau und Funktion
Das Gerät besteht aus Edelstahl V4A (1.4404).
Das Gerät ist zur Entnahme von Schüttgut-Proben
aus Silos geeignet.
Mit Hilfe der Verlängerungsstangen (siehe Zubehör)
können Proben aus Tiefen bis max. 3,50 m entnom-
men werden.
Die Einstechtiefe ist abhängig von der Dichte des
Schüttgutes.
Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei und zur Dampfsterilisati-
on (bis 121°C) geeignet.

Lieferumfang
Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden
prüfen.
Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spedi-
teur/Lieferant anzeigen.
Montage
1. Handgriff an die Verlängerungsstange an-
schrauben.
2. Gegebenenfalls zusätzliche Verlängerungsstangen
anschrauben (siehe Zubehör). Maximal zulässige
Gesamtlänge: 3,50 m.
3. Probenbehälter an die Verlängerungsstange
anschrauben.
WARNUNG!
Schädigung der Atemwege und anderer Organe
durch austretende oder ausgasende Medien.
Bei Beprobung von Gefahrgut Sicherheitsdaten-
blatt des zu beprobenden Mediums beachten.
Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
HINWEIS!
Möglicher Verlust des Probenbehälters während
der Verwendung.
Probenbehälter fest an die Verlängerungsstange
anschrauben.
Sitz des Probenbehälters vor der Verwendung
überprüfen.
Gerät beim Einstechen in das zu beprobende
Medium nicht drehen.

im Silo.
Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn bewegliche Teile
im Silo in Betrieb sind.
VORSICHT!
Verletzungsgefahr durch unkontrolliertes Umher-
schwingen des Gerätes bzw. der Verlängerungs-
stangen.
Auf ausreichend Platz während der Verwendung
achten.
Gerät für den Transport demontieren. 1. Gerät bis zur gewünschten Tiefe in das zu bepro-
bende Medium einstechen. Hierbei verschließt die
Verschlusshülse die Einfüllöffnung .
2. In gewünschter Tiefe das Gerät ca. 10 cm zurück-
ziehen. Hierdurch öffnet die Verschlusshülse die
Einfüllöffnung.
3. Das Gerät leicht auf- und abbewegen. Hierdurch
wird der Probenbehälter mit dem zu beprobenden
Medium befüllt.
4. Das Gerät aus dem Medium herausziehen.
5. Probenbehälterunterteil abschrauben und Probe in
geeigneten Auffangbehälter entleeren.
6. Gerät reinigen.

Safety instructions before using
Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are sampling.
When sampling hazardous substances, follow
the technical rules on hazardous substances (in
accordance with TRGS – (German) Technical Rules
on Hazardous Substances) and wear appropriate
protective equipment.
The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
Do not use any force when operating the instru-
ment.
Safety instructions during and after use
The device can be used in the temperature range of
0 - 60 °C.
Pay attention to have sufficient space above during
the application (minimum height: height of the
sampler + 50 cm).
Layout and function
The instrument is made of stainless steel 1.4404/
AISI 316 L.
The instrument is suitable to take bulk goods
samples from silos.
Using the extension rods (see accessories), samples
can be taken from depths down to a maximum of
3.50 m.
The insertion depth depends on the density of the
bulk goods.
The instrument is maintenance-free and suitable for
steam sterilisation (up to 121°C).

Point out any damage in the packaging to the
freight forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Screw the handle onto the extension rod .
2. If necessary, screw on additional extension rods (see
accessories). Maximum permissible length: 3.50 m.
3. Screw the sample container onto the extension
rod.
WARNING!
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to escaping or outgasing media.
When sampling hazardous substances, follow
the safety data sheet of the medium to be
sampled.
Wear the appropriate protective clothing.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.
Pay attention to the material resistance.

NOTE!
Possible loss of the sample container during use.
Screw the sample container tightly onto the
extension rod.
Verify that the sample container is attached
correctly before use.
Do not rotate the instrument while plunging
into the medium to be sampled.

Safe sampling
1. Pierce the instrument into the medium to be
sampled up to the desired depth. Thereby, the
sliding sleeve closes the filling opening .
2. At the desired depth, pull back the instrument
approx. 10 cm. Thereby, the sliding sleeve opens the
filling opening.
3. Move the instrument gently up and down. Thereby,
the sample container is filled with the medium to
be sampled.
4. Pull the instrument out of the medium to be
sampled.
5. Screw off the lower part of the sample container
and empty the sample into a suitable collecting
container.
6. Clean the instrument.
CAUTION!
Bodily injury due to uncontrolled swinging around
of the instrument and the extension rods.
Pay attention to have sufficient space during the
application.
Disassemble the instrument for transport.
WARNING!
Bodily injury due to accidental contact with electri-
cal power. Danger of electric shock.
Keep sufficient distance to any electrical power
sources and supply lines.
CAUTION!
Pointed parts on the instrument. Risk of injury.
Do not pierce the instrument completely
through the container.
Keep persons and body parts out of the danger
area.
CAUTION!
Deformation of the extension rod. Slipping danger.
Extend the rod only as long as necessary (maxi-
mum length 3.50 m).
Do not plunge the instrument into highly com-
pressed material.
Do not perform any lever movements.
CAUTION!
Entanglement of the sampler by moving parts in
the silo.
Do not use the instrument, if moving parts in
the silo are operating.

Indicaciones de seguridad previas al uso del
aparato
Respete las especificaciones y las indicaciones de
seguridad del fabricante de la sustancia de la que se
quiere tomar la muestra.
Al trabajar con sustancias explosivas respete la
reglamentacion técnica para líquidos inflamables
(según TRBF) y utilice el equipo de protección
adecuado.
El aparato únicamente se debe utilizar respetando
la resistencia de los materiales y el uso previsto.
Cualquier otro tipo de uso invalidará la garantía.
No utilice la fuerza durante el manejo del aparato.
Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de
utilizar el aparato
El equipo puede usarse en un rango de temperatura
de 0 - 60 °C.
Durante el trasvase, deje espacio suficiente hacia arri-
ba (altura mínima: altura del instrumento + 50 cm).
Diseño y funcionamiento
El instrumento está hecho de acero inoxidable
1.440./AISI 316 L.
El instrumento es adecuado para tomar muestras a
granel de silos.
Utilizando las barras de extensión ( ver accesorios),
se pueden recoger muestras a profundidades de
hasta 3,5 metros.
La profundidad de inserción depende del espesor
del material a granel.
El aparato no requiere mantenimiento y se puede
esterilizar por vapor (hasta 121 °C).

Volumen de suministro
Compruebe que no falte nada en el volumen de su-
ministro y que no se hayan producido daños durante
el transporte.
Cualquier daño en el embalaje debe notificarse
inmediatamente al transportista/proveedor.
Montaje
1. Enrosque el mango en la barra de extensión .
2. Si es necesario, enrosque la barra de extensión adicional
(ver accesorios). Longitud máxima permitida 3,50 metros.
3. Enrosque la cámara colectora en la barra de
extensión.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
Los vapores de las sustancias pueden provocar
daños en las vías respiratorias y en otros órganos.
Durante el manejo de substancias peligrosas,
siga las instrucciones de la ficha de seguridad
del producto.
Utilice el equipo de protección adecuado.

¡NOTA!
Posible pérdida de la cámara colectora durante la
aplicación.
Enrosque fíjamente la cámara colectora en la
barra de extensión.
Asegúrese de que la cámara colectora esté fija-
da correctamente, antes de usar el instrumento.
No gire el instrumento mientras que se intro-
duce en el medio.

Toma de muestras segura
1. Introduzca el instrumento en el medio a muestrear
hasta la profundidad deseada. De esta forma, la
funda cierra automáticamente la cámara colec-
tora .
2. A la profundidad deseada, retire el instrumento
aproximadamente 10 cm. De esta forma, la funda
abre automáticamente la cámara colectora.
3. Mueva el instrumento suavemente hacia arriba y
hacia abajo. De esta forma, la cámara colectora se
llena con la muestra.
4. Retire el instrumento del medio.
5. Desenrosque la parte inferior de la cámara colectora
y vacíe la muestra en un contenedor de muestras
apropiado.
6. Limpie el instrumento.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Lesiones corporales debido a la oscilación no cont-
rolada del instrumento y de las barras de extensión.
Asegúrese de tener el espacio suficiente durante
la aplicación.
Desmonte el instrumento para el transporte.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
Lesiones corporales debido al contacto accidental
con energia eléctrica. Peligro de descarga eléctrica.
Mantenga la distancia con cualquier fuente de
energía eléctrica y líneas de suministro.

Consignes de sécurité avant l‘utilisation
Respecter les indications du fabricant et les consig-
nes de sécurité du milieu à contrôler.
Lors du prélèvement de matières dangereuses,
respecter les règles techniques pour les substances
dangereuses (selon TRGS) et porter un équipement
de protection approprié.
Utiliser l‘appareil uniquement dans le cadre de
la résistance du matériau et conformément à la
destination. Tout autre type d‘utilisation affecte la
garantie légale/commerciale.
N‘employez pas la manière forte pendant la com-
mande de l‘appareil.
Consignes de sécurité pendant et après utilisation
L‘appareil peut être utilisé dans une plage de
température variant entre 0 et 60 °C.
Veuillez vous assurer qu‘il y a assez d‘espace vers le
haut pendant l‘utilisatiion (hauteur minimum: Hauteur
du préleveur + 50 cm).
Structure et fonction
L‘appareil est en acier inoxydable 1.4404/AISI 316 L.
L‘appareil est approprié pour le prélèvement des
produits en vrac depuis des citernes.
A l‘aide des rallonges (voir accessoires) il est pos-
sible de recueillir des échantillons à des profondeurs
pouvant atteindre 3,50 m.
La profonduer d‘introduction dépend de la densité
du produit en vrac.
L‘appareil ne requiert aucun entretien et est approp-
rié pour la stérilisation à la vapeur (jusqu‘à 121°C).
Pièces en contact avec le milieu

Fourniture
Contrôler l‘intégralité de la livraison et si elle pré-
sente des dommages imputables au transport.
Signaler immédiatement au transporteur/livreur les
dommages de l‘emballage.
Montage
1. Visser la poignée sur la rallonge .
2. Si nécessaire, visser des rallonges supplémentaires
(voir accessoires). Longueur admissible totale: 3,50 m.
3. Visser le récipient collecteur sur la rallonge.
AVERTISSEMENT!
Atteinte des voies respiratoires et d'autres organes
par des vapeurs ou des liquides qui s'échappent.
Lors du prélèvement de matières dangereuses,
respecter la fiche de données de sécurité du
milieu à échantillonner.
Porter un équipement de protection approprié.

REMARQUE!
Perte potentielle du récipient collecteur pendant
l‘utilisation.
Visser le récipient collecteur fermement sur la
rallonge.
Vérifier que le récipient collecteur est attaché
correctement avant l‘utilisation.
Ne pas tourner l‘appareil lors du perçage dans
le milieu à échantillonner.

Prélèvement d‘échantillons sûr 1. Piquer l‘appareil jusqu‘à la profondeur souhaitée
dans le milieu à échantillonner. Ce faisant, le clapet
d‘opturation ferme l‘ouverture de remplissage .
2. A la profondeur souhaitée, retirer le préleveur d‘en-
viron 10 cm. Ce faisant, le clapet d‘opturation ouvre
l‘aperture de remplissage.
3. Agiter l‘appareil vers le haut et vers le bas. Ce fai-
sant, le récipient collecteur se remplit avec le milieu
à échantillonner.
4. Retirer l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
5. Dévisser la partie inférieure du récipient collecteur
et vider l‘échantillon dans un collecteur approprié.
6. Nettoyer l‘appareil.
ATTENTION!
Danger de blessure corporelle par des balance-
ments incôntrolés de l‘appareil et des rallonges.
Assurer qu‘il y a assez d‘espace pendant l‘uti-
lisatiion.
Démonter l‘appareil pour le transport.
AVERTISSEMENT!
Blessure corporelle par contact involontaire avec
électricité. Risque de choq électrique.
Garder une distance suffisante des sources de
courant et des lignes de courant.
ATTENTION!
Pièces pointues à l‘appareil. Risque de blessure.
Ne perforer pas l‘emballage complètement.
Tenir à l‘écart les personnes et parties du corps
de la zone de danger.
ATTENTION!
Torsion de la rallonge. Risque de glissement.
Rallonger la barre seulement à la longueur
nécessaire (max. 3,50 m).
Ne pas percer l‘appareil dans des matériaux
fortement comprimés.
Ne pas faire des mouvements de levier.
ATTENTION!
Engagement du préleveur par des pièces mobiles
dans le silo.
Ne pas utiliser l‘appareil quand les pièces mobi-
les dans le silo sont en service.

ловий в отношении изделия и может стать причиной
значительного травматизма и материального ущерба.
Этот прибор разрешается использовать только квали-
фицированному персоналу.
Указания по технике безопасности перед
началом эксплуатации
Принимайте во внимание данные производителя
и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
тестируемого материала.
При работе с опасными веществами необходимо со-
блюдать технические правила для горючих жидкостей
(согласно ТПГЖ) и пользоваться соответствующими
средствами защиты.
Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
При эксплуатации никогда не применяйте силу.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-

Эксплуатация прибора возможна в температурном
диапазоне 0 - 60 °C.
При использовании соблюдайте достаточное расстоя-
ние на верх (минимальная высота: длина пробоот-
борника + 50 см).
Конструкция и принцип действия
Устройство состоит из нержавеющей стали V4A
(1.4404).
Устройство предназначено для отбора проб насып-
ных материалов из зернохранилищ.
С помощью удлиняющих стержней (см. аксессуары),
возможен отбор проб с глубин до 3,5 м.
Глубина погружения зависит от плотности сыпучего
материала.
Прибор не требует технического обслуживания и при-
годен для стерилизации горячим паром (до 121°C).

Монтаж
1. Навинтите ручку на удлинительный шток .
2. При необходимости навинтите дополнительные
удлинительные штоки (см принадлежности). Общая
максимально допустимая длина: 3,50 м.
3. Навинтите контейнер для пробы на удлинительный
шток.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Повреждение дыхательных путей и др. внутренних
органов при воздействии газообразных субстанций.
При работе с опасными веществами, необходимо
принимать во внимание паспорт безопасности
среды из которой берётся проба.
Пользуйтесь соответствующими средствами
индивидуальной защиты.

Безопасный отбор проб
1. Воткните прибор на нужную глубину в объём мате-
риала, из которого должна быть взята проба. В этом
случае подвижная муфта закрывает отверстие для
заполнения .
2. На необходимой глубине потяните устройство
примерно на 10 см назад. Таким образом подвижная
муфта откроет отверстие для заполнения.
3. Двигайте устройство слегка вверх и вниз. Таким об-
разом ёмкость для образца заполнится отбираемым
материалом.
4. Извлеките устройство из отбираемого материала.
5. Отвинтите нижнюю часть ёмкости для образца и
опорожните образец в подходящую емкость.
6. Очистите прибор.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Возможная потеря контейнера для пробы во время
использования.
Крепко прикрутите контейнер для пробы к удли-
нительному штоку.
Проверьте позиционирование контейнера для
проб перед использованием.
Не прокручивайте устройство во время проникно-
вения в отбираемый материал.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Опасность травмирования вследствие неконтроли-
руемого раскачивания устройства или удлинитель-
ных штоков.
Обеспечьте достаточное пространство во время
использования.
Разберите устройство для транспортировки.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Телесное повреждение от непреднамеренного
контакта с электричеством. Опасность поражения
электрическим током.
Держите надлежащую дистанцию к источникам
электрической энергии и линиям электропередач.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Прибор имеет острые детали. Опасность получения
травм.
Не прокалывайте контейнер полностью.
Держитесь на безопасном расстоянии от опасной зоны.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Изгиб удлинительного штока. Опасность соскальзывания.
Увеличьте длину штока насколько это необходимо.
Не погружайте устройство в сильно спрессован-
ный материал.
При использовании не делайте движений под сгибом.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Затягиавние пробоотборника вследствие подвижных
частей в зернохранилище.
Не используйте устройство, если подвижные ча-
сти находятся в эксплуатации в зернохранилище.
