General safety information
• Keep the product and all its parts out of reach of small children.
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Do not attempt to open the product. This product does not contain any user
serviceable parts. Unauthorised handling of the device may damage it and will void
your warranty.
• Do not use your Party Speaker emergency/intensive care medical equipment; or
during an electrical storm.
• Do not expose your Party Speaker to sudden temperature changes from cold to hot,
and do not locate this product in an environment with high humidity (i.e. a room with
a humidifier) to prevent condensation inside this unit, which may cause an electrical
shock, fire, damage to this product, and/or personal injury.
CAUTION: To avoid possible hearing damage, do not listen to this Party Speaker
at high volume levels for long periods of time. Always keep the volume within
reasonable limits.
CAUTION: Tipping hazard. Improper handling or transportation may cause this
product to fall, resulting in damage or personal injury.
• Do not put the product on a table or any elevated surface
• Do not allow children to climb on the product.
• Be careful when babies or children are near the product.
Power source
CAUTION: Risk of electric shock. Only use the power cable that came with the
product. Using an unauthorised power cable will invalidate your guarantee and
may irrecoverably damage the product.

Disconnect your Party Speaker from the mains power supply during thunderstorms.
Always check that you have completely switched off your Party Speaker, before you
change or disconnect the power supply.
Where the mains power plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device,
the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
If the Party Speaker will not be used for a long period of time, make sure that the mains
power is unplugged.
Moisture and water
• Do not leave it in low temperatures as moisture can form inside the product, which
may damage the circuit board.
• Do not place containers with liquid in them on top of this product; they may fall and
the liquid may cause an electric shock to the user and/or damage to this product.
Ventilation
• Do not block or cover slots, holes or openings on the product by placing on soft
furnishings such as carpets, rugs or beds as these are provided for functionality and/or
ventilation to ensure safe operation of the product.
• Do not cover this product with a newspaper, tablecloth, curtain, etc. in order not to
obstruct heat radiation. If the temperature inside this unit rises, it may cause a fire,
damage to this unit, and/or personal injury.
Heat sources and ames
• Do not leave it in high temperatures as electronic devices and plastic parts may warp
in heat.
• Keep it away from bright sunlight or heat sources, such as a radiator.
• No naked flame sources, such as candles which are alight, should be placed on or
near the product.

Positioning the Party Speaker
It is important that you consider carefully in advance where your Party Speaker will be
situated and make sure that it is:
• on a flat and stable surface.
• in a well ventilated, cool, dry, clean place - away from direct sunlight, heat sources,
vibration, dust, moisture and/or cold. For proper ventilation, allow the following
minimum clearances around the product of:
Top: 10 cm (4 in)
Rear: 10 cm (4 in)
Sides: 10 cm (4 in)
• at least 1 metre away from other electrical appliances to avoid interference.
• where it will be in range of the connected or ‘paired’ bluetooth device (e.g. iPod/
iPhone/iPad/Android/other phone/computer, which is about 10 metres or less (33 feet
or less) in line of sight.
• where the mains power socket and power plug can be reached easily and the power
cable is not a trip hazard
• Never place your Party Speaker directly onto antique or polished surfaces.
Power connection
1. Connect the mains power lead into the socket on the back, near the bottom of the
Party Speaker and plug the power adaptor into the mains power wall socket and
switch on.
2. Press the power switch on the back of the Party speaker to On.
3. The product will switch on, ‘Hi’ will be displayed followed by ‘-bt-’. A bluetooth icon
will flash to indicate that your Party speaker is searching for Bluetooth devices.

Changing the mode
Your party speaker has 3 modes, Bluetooth, Aux in and USB play.
1. Short press the Power/Mode button to change between Bluetooth, and Aux in
modes. To use USB Play mode, just plug a USB stick into the USB MP3 socket.
USB MP3 socket
With your Party speaker you can play MP3, WAV and WMA music files directly from a USB
stick.
Note: When you plug a USB stick into the USB MP3 socket, it will directly override the
product mode selection.
With your Party speaker in any mode:
1. Plug the USB stick with the music files into the USB MP3 socket. After a short delay the
files on the USB stick will begin to play.
Note: Remember to remove the USB stick from the USB MP3 socket after use.
USB 5V/1A Charge socket
You can charge mobile devices that have a USB charging cable (not supplied), using the
USB 5V/1A charge socket.
With the Party speaker powered on and in any mode:
1. Connect the mobile device charging cable (not supplied) to your mobile device and
plug the standard USB plug end into the USB 5V/1A charge socket on your Party
speaker
2. Your Party speaker will now begin to charge your mobile device. Please check your
mobile device display for the charging status.

Microphone sockets
Your Party speaker has two microphone sockets . When you
connect a microphone, the MIC FIRST feature becomes active and the music sound is
lowered so that the microphone can be heard. You can short press the MIC FIRST button
to turn this feature on or off.
You can adjust the volume and effect of the microphone by using the MIC VOL and MIC
ECHO rotary controls on the top of the Party speaker.
Adjusting the volume
Turn the large central volume control clockwise to increase the volume and anti-
clockwise to decrease the volume. There are a maximum of 30 volume levels on your
Party speaker, please check the display when you adjust the volume.
Equaliser (EQ) function
The sound on your Party speaker can be adjusted to suit the type of music that you are
listending to using the EQ function. The 10 options available are: Classic, Rock, Pop, Jazz,
Live, Club, Dance, Hall, Soft and Flat.
1. Repeatedly short press the EQ button to cycle through the EQ options available. Stop
when the EQ setting you would like is displayed.
Mega Bass
Short press the MEGA BASS button to turn the Mega Bass on or off.
Tone
1. Short press the TONE button to access the Party speaker bass and treble settings.
2. When a ‘b’ for Bass or a ‘t’ for Treble is displayed, use the large central volume control
on the party speaker or the Vol- and Vol+ on the remote control to adjust the settings.
There are 10 levels available for Bass and Treble.

3. Short press the TONE button again to switch between the Bass (b), Treble (t) and
Volume settings.
Mute
1. Short press the MUTE button on the Party speaker or on the Remote control to turn
the volume off.. U-00 will be displayed and then the product will revert to the current
Mode display, e.g. -bt-.
2. Short press the MUTE button to turn the volume on again.
Front face lights
Your Party speaker has 8 different light settings for the two front facing light panels. .
Repeatedly short press the FACE button on the Party speaker or the FACE LIGHT
button on the remote control to cycle through the light options available. Stop when you
can see your preferred light effect.
Press and hold the FACE button on the Party speaker or the FACE LIGHT button on the
remote control to turn the front face lights OFF.
Main speaker lights
Your Party speaker has 9 different light settings for the two speakers.
Repeatedly short press the SPEAKER button on the Party speaker or the SPK LIGHT
button on the remote control to cycle through the light options available. Stop when you
can see your preferred light effect.
Press and hold the SPEAKER button on the Party speaker or the SPK LIGHT button on
the remote control to turn the front face lights OFF.
