6 Planmeca Patrol™Filter head (Part No.: 428124201)
The filter head is assembled like shown below.
If a change or repositioning of the connectors are needed it can easily be done.
Rotate the clip to release the connection. The connector can now be changed out or repositioned in another
angel. The connectors can be rateted in 360°. Remount the clip after change or reposition af the connector.

8 Step by step installation guide.
Mount the inlet water hose (15) to the inlet on the BWT Multiblock (21)
Mount the other end of the inlet water hose (15) on the Water Inlet (C).

Insert the Concentrate Restrictor (12) in the Drain Outlet (B).
The Drain elbow (5) can now be mounted on the Concentrate Restrictor (12).

Cut the 8mm hose (6) in the needed length for connecting the unit to the Siphon (19). Push the 8mm hose (6) into
the drain elbow (5).
Push the 8mm push-in elbow
(24) into the top of the Siphon
(19).
Push the other end of the 8mm hose (6) into
the elbow (24) on the Siphon (19).

Use a pressure gauge to measure the pressure in the pressure tank (14)
The factory default pressure aprox. 4 bars. The tank must be deflated to 1 bar.

Use the 8 mm hose (7) and cut it in the needed length, for connecting the unit to the pressure tank. Push one end
of the 8mm hose (7) into the tank inlet (D). Remember to lock it with a locking clip (13).
Mount the Female adaptor 8mm (20) to the pressure tanks (14) inlet. Push the 8mm hose (7) into the adaptor (20)
and remember to lock it with a locking clip (13).

Mount the Straight terminal F3/8'' 8mm (9) on the Product Outlet (E).
Push the 8mm hose (16) into the adaptor (9).
Remember to lock it with a locking clip (13).

Mount the Reduction FM 3/4” (22) on the right side of the BWT Multiblock (21)
Push the 8mm hose (16) into the reduction (22)
Remember to lock it with a locking clip (13)

Plug in the power plug (4) into the units power inlet (A). Remember to set the power button in OFF position.
Insert the 230V plug (4) into a wall outlet.

9 Blindcap & Membrane installation
Install the Blindcap (23) (left side) as shown in the picture:
Install the membrane (3) (right side) by slightly tipping the unit back, insert the filtertop in the unit and rotate the
membrane. Ensure that the filter and membrane catch the screw thread in the unit.

10 Planmeca Patrol™Filter head installation
The filter for the autoclaves needs to be installed separately. After the BWT Multiblock, a tee is needed for
separating the treated water into water for the units and water to the Patrol™filter.
Mount a hose according to the installation. Remember the connection on the filter head is 1/2".
Here is an example:
On top of the filter head is a flow arrow that shows,
the flow direction of the water.

(1) Push down the bypass selector on top of the filter head to rotate it and set the bypass for 0. When the 0
appears in the slot the selector knob clicks back up.
(2) Mount the hose from the tee on the inlet as shown.
Mount a hose from the filter head outlet to the autoclaves.
