use of
BikeAround Screen

Introduction
BikeAround Screen is a product that is owned,
manufactured, sold and marketed by Camanio Care AB.
The product is intended to be used for activation and
stimulation in the following aspects:
Physical
Social
Cognitive
The hope of the tool is to find moments where the user
and their life story is in focus, and that this leads to a
joyous moment and enhances their self-esteem.
Each delivery of BikeAround selects and educates a
number of SuperUsers in the handling and installation of
the product to ensure that the implementation is as good
as possible.
With BikeAround, a support agreement is also included to
ensure that usage is continued after implementation.
The SuperUsers or decision makers can guide which
level of support agreement is signed.

Technical specifications:
Recommended bandwidth: 15 Mbps (a cable is
recommended, but Wi-Fi is available. Works with a lower
bandwidth but can provide noticeable waiting times when
loading)
Recommended TV size: 40” inch
The TV must be able to be connected to a computer.
Minimum resolution on the TV: HD Ready (1280 ×720)*
Recommended placement of the TV: 50-60 cm in front of
the handlebars. The height depends on the TV:s size, but
approximately 75-90 cm above the floor is recommended
for a TV that is 40” inch.
Connection to the TV: HDMI
Power supply: 19V 4,74A (90W), external power adapter
AC: 100-240V/50-60Hz 1.5A
For the network port 80 must be open incase of any
firewalls.
*Reservation for problems with connection to older TVs. Compatibility with
untested devices cannot be guaranteed.

Components
BikeAround Screen consists of 3 components that
are connected to the establishments own TV.
1. A steering unit, which consists of handlebars and
pedals. These handle the users input through a
USB cable which is connected to the computer
through a hub.
2. A computer, which is the hub of the product, is
preinstalled with the software StreetViz which
starts and updates automatically.
The computer also has TeamViewer preinstalled to
facilitate efficient support. The computer is plugged
in to the wall through a power adapter and in to the
TV using a HDMI cable.
3. A touch screen, through which you control all the
input into the computer (search, gear mode, field of
view), and where you can see a map of where you
are going. The touch screen is connected to the
computer using a USB cable.

Installation instructions
Computer:
1. Connect the computer and the TV using an
HDMI cable.
2. Connect the touch screen to the computer via
the mini-USB cord.
3. Insert the power to the computer.
4. Use a keyboard to connect the computer to the
internet.
Bicycle:
1. Make sure that the micro-USB cable is
connected to the circuit board under the
handlebars on the steering unit.
2. Pull that same cord through the cable cover that
is located on the frame of the steering unit, then
place it under the pedaling unit.
3. There are now two USB cables in front of the
bicycle unit. These should now be plugged into
the USB interface (hub).
4. From the USB interface a USB cable should be
connected to the computer.

How to use
BikeAround Screen
The computer is turned on and off via the on/off button on the back.
Enter where you would like to bike, please be
specific when entering the address.
At this stage you will sometimes be offered options, you shall choose the
address you would like to go to.
During the bike ride you can choose to increase or decrease gear depending
on your desired speed. We recommend the lowest gear for cycling alongside
buildings however on long straight stretches it may be nice to increase gear.
Stop often to take a look around and discuss your surroundings. Use these
buttons to look up at buildings and facades:
Use these buttons to navigate your surroundings
both in horizontal and vertical views.
To make a new search, just simply click in the box to return to the search
page.
