
POWER
To power the Manual Control Box (MCB):
1. Plug a 2-Pin LEMO cable from 12V to the 2-Pin PWR IN port on the MCB.
2. Connect the filter tray to the MCB DATA OUT port through 3-Pin LEMO cable.
3. Press POWER button. The CAMTEC logo should appear for about 3 secs before the
color controls are displayed.
QUICK START
Once unit is on there will be a digital readout on the display.
● The filter tray being used will be listed at the top-left of the display: 4x5 or 6x6
● Above the filter tray read-out, there will be a horizontal white line also at the top-left of
the display. This line represents the pixel strip lengths on the filter tray. This allows you
to only light up a portion(s) of the filter tray at a time. To extend or reduce the lengths of
the pixel strip being used, use the knob labeled “LENGTH.”
● You can also change the position in which the pixels are located by using the
“POSITION” knob located below the length knob.
● To adjust the color of the lights, use the knobs labeled “RED,” “GREEN,” and “BLUE.”
You will see both numerical values as well as a simulated color-box on the screen.
BASIC LED CONTROLS
1. RED - Controls red color.
2. GREEN - Controls green color.
3. BLUE - Controls blue color.
4. INTENSITY - Controls the brightness.
5. LENGTH - Controls length of LED strip.
6. POSITION - Controls the starting position of LED strip.
SAVE
If there is a particular color setting/pixel strip setting you’d like to return to you can save your
current readout using the buttons labeled FN-1, FN-2, and FN-3 at the top of the MCB. Press
and hold the button until a pop-up appears noting your settings have been saved. You can also
go into the MAIN MENU to manually save your current screen to FN-1, FN-2, or FN-3.
LOCK
To lock all buttons on the MCB press and hold the MENU button for two seconds. This will keep
all buttons and knobs from affecting your current setting until you unlock the unit by pressing
and holding the MENU button for another two seconds.
