INSTALLATION
For th install d light fixtur that will b controll d by th lighting control,
disconnect the AC electrical power at the fuse or breaker box.
1. Locat a 1/2” knockout, on th lighting fixtur or junction box, wh r
th lighting control will b mount d. Install th lighting control in th
1/2” knockout, along with th suppli d gask t and tight n th locknut.
2. Mak th wir conn ctions b tw n th lighting control and light fixtur .
Black (hot lin ) pow r sourc wir is conn ct d only to th black wir on th
lighting control.
Whit (n utral or common) pow r sourc wir is conn ct d to both th whit
wir on th lighting control and th whit wir on th light fixtur .
Rd wir on th lighting control is conn ct d to th black wir on th light
fixtur .
3. R install th light fixtur .
4. R stor AC l ctrical pow r to th light fixtur .
Make sure that the photocell window on the lighting control is not pointed
towards any artificial or reflected light sources. This will caus fals op ration
of th light fixtur .
Note: Th lighting control has a tim d lay and will tak s v ral minut s to turn
off wh n first install d. To t st op ration, cov r th photoc ll “ y ” with black
tap . Th lighting control will tak up to two minut s to op rat .

or shi ld th lighting control.
