Operating Instructions
1. Before use, securely station the Merchandiser on a dry, level surface that is away from any water. Be sure to clean
the glass surfaces and wipe down the interior with a clean, damp sponge.
2. This unit comes with 3 options for decals- Popcorn, Nacho Chips and Peanuts. If you decide to use the decals, it’s
recommended to use them on different sides of the merchandiser to give it versatility. You can then have whatever
you’re serving that day face the customers.
3. Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
4. Turn the power switch on which will activate the light and warming deck. The switch is located on the side of the
unit near where the power cord connects.
5. Allow the merchandiser to preheat for 3-4 minutes, or until you can feel the heat coming from the unit.
6. Open the top lid and add the contents you want to keep warm. If using Nacho chips, there is a guard that helps
the chips from breaking. Ensure that guard is installed properly.
7. When ready to serve, the door pulls out from the top latch and towards the user. You can now reach in and serve
the popcorn, nachos or peanuts using a scoop.
8. When finished, be sure to turn off and unplug the machine from its power supply.
Cleaning & Maintenance
** ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED, UNPLUG THE POWER SUPPLY AND ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR THE UNIT TO
COOL. IT MAY STILL BE HOT. **
Clean the cabinet after every 3 or 4 uses, or before it is going to be stored for an extended period of time.
1. With the switch off and the unit cooled, use a degreaser such as Noble Chemical’s Formula D Decarbonizer and
Degreaser (147FORMULAD) and a damp cloth to wipe the interior and exterior. Make sure the cabinet glass stays
clean and clear by wiping with a window cleaner, such as Noble Chemical’s Reflect Glass Cleaner (147REFLECT).
