requerimientos antes de comenzar la instalación de su caseta metálica. Repase este
manual de instrucciones antes de comenzar la instalación ya que contiene información
y consejos para un montaje más sencillo y agradable.
Prior to installation, it is important that you contact your local government
authority to determine if building approval is required. Study and understand
this owner’s manual. Important information and helpful tips will make your
construction easier and more enjoyable

Revise las instrucciones antes de comenzar con la instalación. Asegúrese de que está
siguiendo los pasos en la secuencia correcta para obtener un resultado satisfactorio.
Instructions are supplied in this manual and contain all appropriate information for your
building model. Review all instructions before you begin. During assembly, follow
the step sequence carefully for correct results .

1- Recomendamos la instalación sobre una zona nivelada con buen drenaje. La caseta
metálica debe anclarse para evitar percances derivados de la acción del viento.
2- El kit no incluye la base por lo que deberá adquirirla por separado o, por el contrario,
construir la cimentación o el sistema de anclaje por sus propios medios. Para la
cimentación es necesario construir una base cuadrada y nivelada.
3- No recomendamos usar la caseta en sitios de costa.
1- The site must be prepared so that the base of the shed is level all round and checking
with a spirit level is required
2- The base can be constructed by treated timber or concrete,in order to stop the
moisture getting into the shed.The shed is not designed to be built onto lawn directly.
Also the ground will get muddy during rainy days
3- If a concrete pad is made,it is important that this slopes towards the edges to
prevent water ingress.Time must be allowed for any concrete or cement to dry before
building the shed on top.

1- Seleccione un día seco y tranquilo para la instalación. Se requiere dos o más personas
para el proceso de montaje.
2- Use guantes de seguridad, protección ocular y ropa de manga larga con el n de
evitar daños. Tenga en cuenta que algunas partes pueden ser cortantes.
3- Se prohibe la entrada de los niños y mascotas en el sitio de construcción.
4- No apoye todo el peso corporal sobre el techo. Cuando haga uso de la escalera
asegúrese de que es segura.
1- Please be sure the day you select for installation is dry and calm.
2- Do not attempt to assemble your shed in windy weather because of risk of
damage to panels, or personal injury. Be careful of wet or muddy ground.
3- Whenever possible, two or more people should work together to assemble the
building. One person can position parts or panels while the other is able to handle
the fasteners and the tools.

1- Mantenga limpia la caseta con un trapo suave, use agua si es necesario.
2- Mantenga limpio el carril de la puerta para conseguir una apertura suave.
3- En caso de nieve. Límpiela con las herramientas necesarias y cerciórese que es
seguro entrar en el interior. En caso de fuerte nevada existe riesgo de derrumbre, por
favor, cerciórese que es seguro antes de entrar.
4- Esta caseta está destinada al almacenaje de utillaje, no es apta para ser habitada.

2- El marco del piso debe tiene que ser cuadrado y nivelado o los agujeros no
se alinearán correctamente.

Los paneles de pared SIEMPRE se adhieren a los marcos del piso con
tornillos de la manera que se muestra arriba. Apoye el panel en el marco
del piso y los oricios en el panel deben alinearse con los oricios del
marco.

Wall panels ALWAYS attach to the Floor Frames with Screws in the
manner shown above. Rest the Panel on the Floor Frame and the holes in
the Panel Should line up with the holes in the Frame.
