
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electrical shock, DISCONNECT POWER CORDS before repairing
or replacing any internal components of the unit. Before any attempt to replace a component be sure to
check all electrical connections for proper connection.
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
ADispensingunitunplugged. Reconnect dispensing unit.
BNo power from Terminal Block. Check the TerminalBlock for loose wire.
CDefective Bulb. Replace Bulb.
DDefective Ballast. Replace Ballast.

Light display
not lit.
ELooseBulbinsocket. Make sure bulb is seated properly in socket.
AWater supply OFF. Turn water ON.
BClogged inlet screen (Water Inlet Valve). Disconnect water line andclean inlet screen.
CInoperative Water Inlet Valve. Check connection, if needed replace Valve.

No water when
Rinse Switch is
ON. DLoose electrical connection. Check all electrical connections.
ANo product in Canister. Add product.
BAugernotworking. Engage Hopper/Nut to Motor Gear.
CDamaged, loose, or missing Agitator Gear. Replace Agitator Gear.
DInoperative Auger Motor or Relay. Check connections of Motor, Relay and/or Switch, if
needed replace components.
ECanister outlet clogged. Clean Hopper.

FFaulty Coupling. Replace damaged Coupling components.
