el producto. Guarde este manual para referencias futuras o
nuevos usuarios.
Este producto debe utilizarse conforme a lo indicado en este
manual de instrucciones. Cecotec no se hará responsable
de ningún daño o accidente que sea consecuencia del uso
inapropiado del producto.
Asegúrese de que el voltaje de red coincida con el voltaje
especicado en la etiqueta de clasicación del producto y de
que el enchufe tenga toma de tierra.

No toque el cable, la toma de corriente ni el cargador con las
manos mojadas.
Mantenga el robot alejado de prendas de ropa, cortinas y
materiales similares.
No se siente ni coloque objetos alados o pesados encima del
dispositivo.
No utilice el dispositivo cerca de fuentes de calor, sustancias
inamables, supercies mojadas donde pueda caer o ser
tirado al agua, ni permita que entre en contacto con agua u
otros líquidos. No lo utilice en el exterior.
No utilice la base descarga si tiene el cable o el enchufe roto o
si no funciona correctamente. En caso de avería, contacte con
el Servicio de Asistencia Técnica de Cecotec.
No utilice el dispositivo en mesas, sillas o supercies en altura
donde tenga riesgo de caerse.
No utilice la protección del láser como asa para mover el robot.
No ponga el producto en funcionamiento en lugares donde la

Utilice la banda magnética para congurar muros magnéticos y delimitar ciertas zonas a
las que no desea que acceda o no quiere que limpie el robot. Por ejemplo, coloque la banda
magnética de una parte del marco de la puerta a la otra para prohibirle la entrada al robot a
una habitación en concreto.

3. ANTES DE USAR
Saque el producto de la caja y retire todo el material de embalaje.
Asegúrese de que todas las piezas y componentes están incluidas y en buen estado. Si se
observara algún daño visible, contacte de forma inmediata con el Servicio de Asistencia
Técnica ocial de Cecotec.
Retire todos los objetos alrededor del robot, como prendas de ropa, papeles, cables, cortinas
u otros objetos frágiles.
Si la habitación a limpiar se encuentra cerca de un balcón o unas escaleras, coloque una barrera
física para prevenir que el producto se dañe y para asegurar un funcionamiento seguro.
4. INSTALACIÓN
Instalación del robot y de la base de carga
Conecte la base de carga a una toma de corriente y guarde el cable restante. Es importante

Añada unas gotas de producto de limpieza si fuera necesario, siempre y cuando este no sea
corrosivo.

Advertencia: el exceso de productos de limpieza puede bloquear las salidas de agua.
Para retirar el soporte de la mopa, pulse el botón de liberación y tire de él hacia afuera.
Advertencia: para llevar a cabo un fregado perfecto, se recomienda humedecer la mopa antes
de utilizarla.
Instalación del depósito de suciedad
Abra la tapa del robot.
Asegúrese de que el depósito de suciedad está vacío e introdúzcalo en su posición.
Cierre la tapa de nuevo.

5. FUNCIONAMIENTO
El indicador luminoso cambiará de naranja oscilante a azul jo cuando la batería esté
totalmente cargada y el robot listo para funcionar.
El robot no puede funcionar con batería baja.
Retire todos los cables y obstáculos del suelo antes de poner el robot en funcionamiento para
evitar accidentes y daños.

Modo de Limpieza automática
Desde el modo Standby, pulse el botón de encendido en el robot o en el mando a distancia para
que el robot comience a limpiar de forma automática. Es el modo de limpieza más frecuente
y se utiliza para limpiar el total de la supercie de la casa. El robot aspira la suciedad del
suelo de forma automática de una manera organizada y eciente gracias a la memoria y a la
navegación giroscópica. Lleva a cabo un ciclo de limpieza en zig zag, luego en modo Bordes y
modo Aleatorio y vuelve de forma directa a la base de carga mientras memoriza la ruta.
Además, cambia de dirección al encontrarse con obstáculos durante la ruta, y vuelve a la base
de carga de forma inteligente y directa una vez terminada la limpieza. Cuenta con la función
Total Surface, es decir, el robot limpia toda la supercie y una vez ha nalizado, agota la batería
limpiando en modo Aleatorio.
Modo de Vuelta a casa
El modo Vuelta a casa se puede activar en cualquier momento de cualquier ciclo de limpieza. Al
activarlo, el robot volverá a la base de carga de forma automática.
Recomendación: retire el depósito mixto durante la carga.
guardar el cable restante en la parte inferior de la base de carga para evitar desconectar o
arrastrar el cable.
Coloque la base de carga contra la pared dejando la distancia de seguridad indicada en el
siguiente dibujo.
Aviso: mantenga una distancia libre de al menos 1 m a cada lado de la base de carga y de 2 al
frente.

Advertencia: no exponga la base de carga a la luz solar directa.
Mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido durante 3 segundos; cuando el indicador luminoso
se encienda, coloque el robot en la base de carga.

Aviso:
Lleve el robot a la base de carga si la batería está baja. El robot puede no encenderse si la
batería está muy baja.
El robot se encenderá automáticamente al colocarlo en la base de carga.
El robot no se puede apagar durante la carga.
Instalación del depósito mixto
Aviso: no se recomienda utilizar la función de fregado durante el primer uso.
Abra la tapa de silicona azul del depósito, llénelo de agua y ciérrelo de nuevo. Asegúrese de
cerrar correctamente la tapa para evitar que se salga el agua.

Instale el depósito en el robot siguiendo la dirección indicada en el dibujo. Asegúrese de que
está bien cerrado.

Utilice el velcro de la mopa para pegarla a la parte inferior del soporte de la mopa.

Pulse manualmente las pestañas situadas a ambos lados del depósito mixto y empuja hasta
colocarlo en su posición correcta. Escuchará un clic indicando que está bien colocado.

Recomendaciones:
No utilice la función de fregado cuando el robot no esté siendo supervisado.
Retire el depósito mixto cuando el robot se esté cargando o no se vaya a utilizar.

Programación de la limpieza

Mantenga pulsado el botón de programación. Los primeros 2 dígitos, correspondientes a la
hora, parpadearán.

Utilice los botones de dirección de arriba y abajo para congurar la hora actual. Luego, utilice
los botones de dirección de derecha e izquierda para cambiar de horas a minutos y
repita el paso anterior.

Pulse el botón de programación de nuevo para guardar los ajustes.

Para cancelar la programación de la limpieza siga los pasos siguientes:
Congure la hora del mando a distancia en 00:00 am y guarde los ajustes.
Apague el robot del interruptor de encendido durante 1 minuto y accione el interruptor de
nuevo.
Aviso: el robot emitirá un pitido indicando que los ajustes se han guardado.
Advertencia: al cambiar las pilas del mando a distancia, la hora del reloj y de la programación
deben congurarse de nuevo.
6. APP MÓVIL Y CONEXIÓN WI-FI
Para acceder a todas las funciones de su robot desde cualquier lugar, se recomienda descargar
la App Conga 1690 1890. Podrá controlar el robot de la forma más ecaz y disfrutar de la
excelencia en la limpieza.
Ventajas de la App:
Controle a su robot de forma fácil e intuitiva.
Active la limpieza desde cualquier lugar.
Realice la conguración y la programación diaria.
Disfrute de diferentes modos de limpieza: Auto, Gyro, Bordes, aleatorio (random), Twice,
Espiral, Scrubbing, Área, Manual y Vuelta a casa.
Visualice cómo el robot crea un mapa interactivo a medida que va limpiando.
Compruebe la supercie limpiada y el tiempo tardado.
Acceda a su historial de limpieza.
Modo de Fregado intensivo
El robot también incluye la función de fregado. Al activar este modo, el robot realiza
movimientos de vaivén, simulando los movimientos reales de una fregona. Comienza
realizando un ciclo de limpieza ordenada en zigzag, luego lleva a cabo un ciclo de limpieza
en modo Bordes y nalmente vuelve a la base de carga de forma directa mientras memoriza
la ruta. Si se quedara sin batería antes de nalizar, volverá a la base de carga para cargarse y
retomar la limpieza hasta nalizar.

Ajustes de la hora y programación
Programación
Advertencia: el robot no se puede programar desde más de un dispositivo a la vez. Asegúrese
de programarlo desde la App móvil o desde el mando a distancia.
El robot cuenta con una función de programación para ofrecer una limpieza de máxima
eciencia. Los ajustes de hora y la programación de la limpieza deben llevarse a cabo desde el
mando a distancia. Cuando esté programado, el robot llevará a cabo automáticamente el ciclo
de limpieza correspondiente a cada día.
Aviso: asegúrese de que el robot está activado y de que el indicador luminoso está encendido
antes de programar la limpieza o de congurar la hora.

los botones de dirección de derecha e izquierda para cambiar de horas a minutos y repita el

Modo Área
Seleccione este modo desde la App, el robot limpiará en zig zag en zonas de 2 x 2 m y volverá
al punto de inicio al nalizar. El robot no creará ningún mapa con este modo.
Modo Aleatorio
Seleccione este modo desde la App, el robot limpiará en modo Aleatorio y volverá la base de
carga o al punto de inicio con su tecnología inteligente al quedarse sin batería. El robot no
creará ningún mapa con este modo.
Modo Gyro
Seleccione este modo desde la App. Al activar este modo, el robot llevará a cabo un ciclo de
limpieza completo en zig zag y luego en modo Bordes. Una vez nalizada la limpieza, vuelve
automáticamente a la base de carga. En caso de que el robot no haya salido de la base de
carga, volverá al punto de inicio.
Modo Twice
Seleccione este modo desde la App, el robot realizará dos ciclos de limpieza completos en
modo Gyro. Al completar la limpieza, el robot volverá de forma inteligente a la base de carga.
Modo de Fregado intensivo (scrubbing)
Seleccione este modo desde los botones del robot o desde la App. Al activar este modo, el
robot realiza movimientos de vaivén, simulando los movimientos reales de una fregona.
Comienza limpiando en zig zag y luego en modo Bordes y nalmente vuelve a la base de
carga de forma directa mientras memoriza la ruta. Si se quedara sin batería antes de nalizar,
volverá a la base de carga para cargarse y retomar la limpieza hasta nalizar.
Desde la App, entre en el modo de intensidad del agua y seleccione la intensidad que desee: 1, 2
o 3. Con este modo, el robot lleva a cabo un ciclo de limpieza en modo Gyro y en modo Bordes,
avanzando 2 metros y retrocediendo 1 de forma consecutiva, simulando el movimiento real de
una fregona. Finalizará en modo Aleatorio, volviendo a la base de carga si fuera necesario para
acabar de limpiar, y volviendo nalmente a la base de carga al quedarse sin batería.
Advertencias:
No use la mopa en exteriores.
Retire las alfombras antes de poner el robot en funcionamiento bajo este modo.
Cuando esté en funcionamiento, controle la cantidad de agua del depósito. Si se vacía, rellénelo
para continuar con el fregado.
Retire el depósito mixto y la mopa antes de cargar el robot.
Aviso: para asegurar un fregado perfecto, moje la mopa antes de comenzar el fregado.
Conguración:
1. Descargue la App Conga 1690 1890 desde la App Store o Play Store.
2. Cree una cuenta con su e-mail y una contraseña.
3. Conrme su registro.
4. Añada su robot Conga.
5. Conecte el Wi-Fi.
Advertencias:
Este robot no es compatible con redes 5 GHz.
El nombre del Wi-Fi y la contraseña no pueden exceder de 32 bits.
Si la conexión a la red falla, siga estos pasos:
Pulse el botón On/O durante 5 segundos, el robot entrará en modo de suspensión y el
indicador luminoso Wi-Fi parpadeará rápidamente, indicando que ha habido un fallo en la
conexión. Intente reconectar el robot siguiendo los pasos del apartado anterior.
En caso de que la conexión falle de nuevo, compruebe lo siguiente:
El robot está demasiado lejos del router.
La contraseña Wi-Fi es incorrecta.
La red Wi-Fi no es de 2.4 GHz.
* Este modelo Conga es compatible con los asistentes virtuales por voz Google Assistant y
Alexa.
Modos de limpieza
El robot ofrece diferentes modos de limpieza que se adaptan a diferentes necesidades.
Modo Auto
Modo de limpieza automática: desde el modo Standby, pulse en el robot, en la App o en el
mando a distancia para que el robot comience la limpieza automática. Llevará a cabo un ciclo
de limpieza en zig zag, en modo Bordes y nalizará en modo aleatorio, volviendo a la base de
carga al nalizar. Es el modo de limpieza más frecuente y se utiliza para limpiar el total de la
supercie de la casa. El robot aspira la suciedad del suelo de forma automática de una manera
organizada y eciente gracias a la memoria y a la navegación giroscópica. Además, cambia
de dirección al encontrarse con obstáculos durante la ruta, y vuelve a la base de carga de
forma inteligente y directa una vez terminada la limpieza. Cuenta con función Total Surface,
que hace que el robot limpie toda la supercie y vuelva a la base de carga en caso de que fuera
necesario para nalizar la limpieza. Una vez ha completado la limpieza, el robot limpiará en
modo aleatorio hasta acabar su batería.
Modo Bordes
Seleccione este modo desde la App o desde el mando a distancia, el robot limpiará a lo largo de
los bordes de la vivienda y volverá a la base de carga de forma inteligente al nalizar. En caso
de no haber base de carga, el robot volverá al punto de inicio.

Filtro de alta eciencia
Retire el ltro de alta eciencia y sacúdalo para eliminar toda la suciedad.
Recomendaciones:
Cambie el ltro de alta eciencia cada 3 meses (dependiendo de la frecuencia y el tipo de uso).
Limpie el ltro periódicamente con un cepillo para evitar obstrucciones.
Cepillos laterales

Retire y limpie los cepillos laterales regularmente.
Recomendación: para asegurar una limpieza perfecta, se recomienda cambiar los cepillos
laterales cada 3 meses (dependiendo de la frecuencia y tipo de uso).
Sensores anticaída

Limpie regularmente los sensores anticaída con un paño suave.
Advertencia: transporte o mueva siempre el producto apagado y en su caja original.
8. CAMBIO Y CARGA DE LA BATERÍA
No utilice baterías, cargadores o bases de carga diferentes a las proporcionadas ocialmente
por Cecotec.
No utilice baterías no recargables.
No retire, desmonte o trate de reparar la batería ni la base de carga.
No coloque la base de carga cerca de fuentes de calor.
No utilice un paño húmedo para limpiar ninguna de las partes de este producto.
Retire la batería y guárdela en un lugar seco y seguro si no va a utilizar el robot en un periodo
prolongado de tiempo. Se recomienda cargar la batería cada mes para evitar que se dañe.

Modo Manual
Utilice los botones de dirección del mando a distancia o de la App para dirigir el robot a puntos
especícos que desea limpiar.
Modo de Vuelta a casa
Este modo se puede activar desde el robot, desde el mando a distancia y desde la App en
cualquier momento y durante cualquier modo de limpieza. Al activarlo, el robot volverá a la
base de carga de forma automática.
Modo Espiral
Al seleccionar este modo, el robot limpiará de forma intensiva un punto especíco. Comenzará
a limpiar en un punto concreto, realizará movimientos en espiral hacia afuera y luego volverá
de nuevo al punto inicial realizando también movimientos en espiral. Una vez en el punto
inicial, volverá a la base de carga.
7. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Cepillo central y de silicona
1. Dé la vuelta al robot y pulse el botón de liberación del cepillo central para retirar la tapa.
2. Saque el cepillo central y limpie el compartimento.
3. Limpie el cepillo central con las herramientas proporcionadas y lávelo con agua y jabón si
fuera necesario.
4. Coloque el cepillo central en su posición y cierre la pestaña de la tapa.
Recomendación: para asegurar un funcionamiento eciente, cambie el cepillo central cada
6-12 meses (dependiendo de la frecuencia y el tipo de uso).

9. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Limpie los bornes de carga.

El robot está demasiado lejos de la base

Este producto tiene una garantía de 2 años desde la fecha de compra, siempre y cuando se
conserve y envíe la factura de compra, el producto esté en perfecto estado físico y se le dé un

La garantía no cubrirá:

Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated
on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is
grounded.
This product can only be disassembled by qualied personnel.
Do not touch wires, power supplies or power adapters with
wet hands.
Keep the robot away from clothing, curtains and any other
similar materials.
Do not sit or place heavy or sharp objects on top of the appliance.
Do not operate the appliance close to heat sources, ammable

Use the magnetic strip provided to set up a Magnetic wall to delimit a certain zone, to which
the robot will not be able to access and clean. For example, place the magnetic strip from one

3. BEFORE USE
Take the product out of the box and remove all packaging materials.
Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any sign of visible
damage is observed, contact immediately with the ocial Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
Remove all objects around the robot such as clothing, papers, cables, curtains or other fragile
objects.
If the area to be cleaned has a balcony or stairs, a physical barrier must be placed in order to
prevent product damage and ensure safe operation.
4. INSTALLATION
Robot and charging base installation
Connect the charging base to a power supply and store the remaining cable. It is important to
store the remaining cable at the bottom of the charging base to avoid it from being dragged
and disconnected.
Place the charging base against the wall, leaving the safety distance indicated in the below
picture.
Note: Ensure a space of at least 1 m on both the left and right side of the charging base, and a
space of at least 2 m in front of it.

Dust tank installation
Open the robot cover.
Make sure the dust tank is empty and insert it in its position.
Close the cover again.

5. OPERATION
Once the robot’s light indicator changes from oscillating orange to steady blue, the battery is
fully charged and the robot is ready to operate.
The robot cannot operate with low battery.
Remove all cables and obstacles from the oor before operating the robot in order to avoid
accidents and damage.

Auto cleaning mode
From the Standby mode, press the power button on the robot, the remote control or on the
App and the robot will automatically start operating. It is the most commonly used cleaning
mode and it is used to clean the the whole house’s surface. The robot automatically vacuums
the oor’s dust, in and organized and ecient way, as it features memory and gyroscopic
navigation. It carries out a cleaning cycle in zigzag, then in Edge mode and Random mode, and
nally returns directly to the charging base memorizing the route.
Moreover, it changes direction when it nds obstacles throughout its route and it returns to
the charging base in a smart and direct way once the cleaning is over. It features Total Surface
function, with which the robot cleans the whole surface and then nishes its battery cleaning
in Random mode.
Back home mode
The Back home mode can be activated at any point of any cleaning cycle. Once it is activated,
the robot will automatically return to the charging base.
Recommendation: Remove the Wet & dry tank during charging.
Scrubbing mode
This robot also features Scrubbing function. When this mode is activated, the robot moves
in a swaying motion, simulating real scrubbing moves. It starts o carrying out a cleaning
cycle in zig zag motion, then in Edge mode, and nally returns to the charging base taking
the straightest way and memorizing the route. If it runs out of battery before nishing, it will
recharge and the resume cleaning until nished.
Warning: Do not expose the charging base to direct sun light.
Long press the power button for 3 seconds; when the light indicator turns on, place the robot
on the charging base.
Steady blue light: ON/operating

Note:
Take the robot to the charging base if the battery is low. The robot might not turn on if the
battery is very low.
The robot will automatically turn on when placed on the charging base.
The robot cannot be turned o during charging.
Wet & dry tank installation
Note: It is not suggested to use the scrubbing function for the rst-time use.
Open the tank’s blue silicone lid, ll the tank with water and close it again. Make sure the cover
is properly closed to avoid water from spilling.

Install the tank in the robot following the indicated direction. Make sure the clip is properly
fastened.

Attach the mop to the bottom part of the mop bracket with the Velcro.

Manually press the tabs on both sides of the Wet & dry tank and push it into its correct position.

Do not use the scrubbing function while the robot is unattended.
Remove the Wet & dry tank when the robot is charging or not in use.
Add some drops of cleaning agent (not corrosive) if considered necessary.

Set the clock on the remote control to 00:00 am and save it.
Switch the robot o for 1 minute and switch it on again.
Note: The robot will beep to indicate all settings have been saved.
Warning: When the remote control’s batteries are replaced, the clock and schedule times must
be set again.
6. MOBILE APP AND WI-FI CONNECTION
In order to access all the robot’s functions from wherever you are, it is suggested to download
the Conga 1690 1890 App. You will be able to control the robot in the most ecient way,
enjoying the excellence of cleaning.
App advantages:
Control your robot in an easy and intuitive way.
Activate the cleaning process from any point.
Carry out settings and daily scheduling.
Choose between its dierent cleaning modes: Auto, Gyro, Edge, Random, Twice, Spiral,
Scrubbing, Area, Manual and Back home.
View how the robot creates an interactive map as it is cleaning.
Check the cleaned surface and the time taken.
Check the cleaning history.
Conguration:
1. Download the Conga 1690 1890 App from App Store or Play Store.
2. Create an account with your e-mail and a password.
3. Conrm login.
4. Add your Conga robot.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi.
Warnings:
This robot does not support 5G networks.
The Wi-Fi name and password cannot exceed 32 bits.
If the network conguration fails to connect, follow the below steps:
Press the power button for 5 seconds, the robot will enter sleeping mode and the Wi-Fi light
indicator will blink fast indicating connection error. Retry connecting the robot again following
the steps in the before section.

Warning: The robot cannot be scheduled from more than one device at a time. Make sure to
schedule it either from the mobile phone App or from the remote control.
The robot is provided with a schedule function in order to provide a maximum-eciency
cleaning. The time settings and the cleaning scheduling must be carried out from the remote
control. Once the robot has been scheduled, it will automatically carry out the cleaning cycles
every scheduled day.
Note: Make sure the robot is activated and that the light indicator is lighted before scheduling
any cleaning or setting time.

Twice mode
Select this mode from the App, the robot will carry out 2 whole cleaning cycles with Gyro mode.
When the cycle is completed, it will return to the charging base with its smart technology.
Scrubbing mode
Select this mode from the robot buttons or from the App. When this mode is activated, the
robot moves in a swaying motion, simulating real scrubbing moves.
It starts o cleaning in zig zag motion, then in Edge mode, and nally returns to the charging
base taking the straightest way and memorizing the route. If it runs out of battery before
nishing, it will recharge and the resume cleaning until nished.
Use the App to enter the water intensity mode and select the desired intensity: 1, 2 or 3. When
this mode is activated, the robot will carry out a cleaning cycle in Gyro mode and then in Edge
mode, moving 2 m to the front and the 1 to the back consecutively, simulating human scrubbing
moves. It will nish o in Random mode. If it runs out of battery before nishing, it will recharge
and then resume cleaning until nished. Then, it will nally return to the charging base.
Warnings:
Do not use the mop outdoors.
Remove the carpets before operating the robot under this mode.
During operation, control the water level on the Wet & dry tank. If it empties, ll it up again
before continuing scrubbing.
Take the Wet & dry tank and the mop out before charging the robot.
Note: In order to ensure perfect scrubbing, moisten the mop before starting scrubbing.
Manual mode
Use the direction buttons on the remote control or on the App to take the robot to the specic
points where you want it to clean.
Back home mode
This mode can be activated from the robot, the App or the remote control at any point of any
cleaning cycle. Once it is activated, the robot will automatically return to the charging base.
Spiral mode
Select this mode for the robot to carry out an intensive cleaning of a specic spot. It will start
cleaning at a specic point and will move outwards in a spiral motion. Then, it will return to
the starting point in a spiral motion again. Once it nishes at the starting point, it will return to
the charging base.
If the connection fails again, check if:
The robot is too far away from the router.
The Wi-Fi password is incorrect.
The Wi-Fi network is not 2.4 GHz.
* This Conga model is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant virtual assistants.
Cleaning modes
The robot has dierent cleaning modes that adapt to dierent cleaning requirements.
Auto mode
Automatic cleaning mode: From the Standby mode, press the power button on the robot, the

starting point. The robot will not create any map under this mode.
Random mode
Select this mode from the App, the robot will start cleaning randomly and then will return to
the charging base with its smart technology once it runs out of battery. The robot will not
create any map under this mode.
Gyro mode
Select this mode from the App. When this mode is activated, the robot will carry out a whole
cleaning cycle in zig zag and then in Edge mode. Once it has nished, it will automatically
return to the charging base. If the robot has not started cleaning from the charging base, it will
return to the starting point.

8. BATTERY REPLACEMENT AND CHARGING
Do not use any other battery, power adapter or charging base than the one ocially provided
by Cecotec.
Do not use non-rechargeable batteries.
Do not remove, dismantle or attempt to repair the battery or the charging base.
Do not place the charging base near heat sources.
Do not use a wet cloth to wipe any of the parts of this product.
If the robot is not going to be used for a long time, remove the battery from the product and
store it in a dry and safe place. It is suggested to charge the battery every month in order to
avoid damage to the battery.
Do not dispose of waste batteries at will. It is suggested to hand them over to professional
organizations for correct treatment.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
The robot does not start up or does not
clean.
The robot cannot operate when the battery is
low. Allow it to charge before operating it.
The room temperature is below 0 ºC or above
50 ºC. Operate the robot in a room where
the temperature is between the stated
temperature range.
The robot cannot charge or return to the
charging base.
There are too many obstacles near the
charging base, relocate the charging base to
an area free of obstacles.
Clean the charging terminals.
Make sure the power switch is turned on.
The robot is too far away from the charging
base, place it closer and try again.
There is very little free space around the
charging base. Make sure the charging
terminals are clean.
7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Main brush and silicone brush
1. Turn the robot around and press the main brush’s release button to take the cover out.
2. Take the main brush out and clean the compartment.
3. Clean the main brush with the provided tools and use water and soap if necessary.
4. Place the main brush in its position and fasten the cover’s clip.
Recommendation: Replace the main brush every 6-12 months to ensure ecient operating
(depending on the frequency and type of use).

Open the dust tank, take the high-eciency lter out and empty the dust.
Clean high-eciency lter with the cleaning brush.

Recommendations:
Replace the high-eciency lter every 3 months depending on the frequency and type of use.
