Remove the rear transport brackets from the skids
on both sides of the tank.

In place of the transport bracket, attach the skid
extension to the right of the tank.

Repeat for the skid extension to the left of the tank.

Additional drill holes must be made through both
the skid extension and the wooden skid itself and
fastened together with M8 x 75 bolts.

Remove the protective paper from the outlet gasket.
GB
Stick on the gasket around the outlet.

Am Fass die Befestigungswinkel entfernen
(beidseitig am Fassauslauf).

Die Kufenverlängerung rechts an die Befestigungs-
punkte des entfernten Befestigungswinkels
anschrauben.

Die Kufenverlängerung links an die Befestigungs-
punkte des entfernten Befestigungswinkels
anschrauben.

Zusätzliche Bohrungen durch Kufenverlängerungen
und Holzkufen anbringen und mit Flachrund-
schrauben M8 x 75 miteinander befestigen.

An der Auslaufdichtung das Schutzpapier abziehen.

Die Auslaufdichtung an den Auslauf ankleben.

For small tank outlet sizes (tanks up to 1500 litres):
remove the hexagonal nut from flange plate.

Bolt on the pre-assembled flange plate
with its hose onto the tank outlet.
GB
Slide the C-profile under the clamp plate on the skid
extension and fasten securely.
GB
Secure the hose reel underneath using a hexagonal
nut. (Do not completely tighten the nut, as the hose
reel assembly should still be allowed to turn.)

Mount the pre-assembled hose reel onto the
right-hand skid extension.

Die Sechskantschraube bei kleinem Ausauflochbild
(Fässer bis 1500 l) entfernen.

Die vormontierte Flanschplatte mit Schlauch
an den Fassauslauf anschrauben.

Das C-Profil unter die Gewindeplatte der Kufen-
verlängerung schieben und festklemmen.
D
Die Schlauchhaspel von unten mit einer Sechskant-
mutter sichern (Sechskantmutter nicht fest anziehen,
denn die Haspel soll noch drehbar sein).

Die vormontierte Schlauchhaspel in die rechte
Kufenverlängerung stecken.

Unpack the motorised pump and remove the stand.

Fasten the pump mounting brackets onto the
C-profile. Place spacers over the bolt holes on the
mounting brackets, bring the motorised pump into
place and bolt down.

Connect the suction hose from the tank onto the
pump (bottom connection).
GB
Secure the pressure hose to the right-hand skid
extension using a cable tie.
GB
Connect the pressure hose from the
pump to the hose reel onto the pump
(top connection).

refer to separate operating
instructions.

Die Motorpumpe auspacken und das Fußgestell
entfernen.

Die Motorpumpe an den am C-Profil angebrachten
Befestigungsplatten mit Distanzhülsen anschrauben.

Den Saugschlauch vom Fass zur Pumpe an der
Pumpe anschließen (Anschluss unten).

Den Druckschlauch mit einem Kabelband an der
rechten Kufenverlängerung sichern.

Den Druckschlauch von der Pumpe
zur Schlauchhaspel an der Pumpe
anschließen (Anschluss oben).
