Rubber Air Hose Tube Replacement
EP1500
Parts Included:
A One rubber air hose tube
Required Tools:
NOT INCLUDED
B One zip e
C One Phillips head screwdriver
D One ulity knife
E One pair of diagonal cung
pliers
F One pair of spring clamp pliers
Steps to disassemble the pump and replace
rubber air hose set:
1. Use a ulity knife to cut the scker
along the gap in the main body.

2. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to
remove the four screws on the boom
of the pump. Place the four screws
safely to the side.

3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to
remove the two screws from the wire
buckle. Place the buckle piece and two
screws safely to the side.
4. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to
remove the six screws on the lower
body of the pump. Place the six
screws safely to the side.
5. With the diagonal cung pliers, cut
through the zip e. Discard the cut
zip e.

6. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to
remove the two screws holding the
pressure gauge plate. Place the plate
and two screws safely to the side.
7. Pull out the red wire from the switch
and then remove the motor unit.
8. Use the diagonal cung pliers to slide
the spring restraint down the tube,
away from the valve.

9. Use the diagonal cung pliers to nudge
the rubber air hose tube unl it starts
to loosen. Then, gently pull the tube o
the valve by hand.
10. Insert the replacement rubber air hose
tube through the spring restraint.
11. Use the diagonal cung pliers to
slide the air hose tube with the spring
restraint onto the valve. Tighten and
clamp the spring restraint onto the
valve.

12. Assemble the parts:
a Return the motor to its posion.
B Snap the three-way connector into
place.
C Plug the red wire back into the
switch.
D Place the fan blade in the centered in
the fan cover.
E Secure the wiring into the slots. a

13. Return the pressure gauge plate to its
original posion. Replace and ghten
the two screws with the Phillips head
screwdriver. Then, using the zip e,
secure the pressure gauge plate and
the air hose tube together.
14. The assembly should look like this when
complete. Check to ensure all of the
parts are securely in place. Clean out
any debris from the main body.

15. Replace the cover to the body. Using
the Phillips head screwdriver, replace
and ghten the six screws.
16. Pull the power cord through the slot to
hold it in place. Do not pull it too loose
or too ght. Replace the buckle over
the cord, aligning the holes together.
Using the Phillips head screwdriver,
replace and ghten the two screws.
17. Replace the base on the lower body.
Replace the four screws and ghten
with the Phillips head screwdriver.
Safely store the air hose tube in the
compartment when not in use.
