Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures such as above 400C
and below -200C. The optimal operating environment for the product is
between 0°C and 25°C.
02.Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product. Doing so may damage
the product or cause injury or property damage.
03.Do not throw, hit, drop, or subject the product to any substantial impact.
04.Keep the product away from any sources of liquid, humidity, and damp
environment. Additionally, avoid operating the product with wet hands.
05.Avoid placing any sensitive items such as credit cards, passports, key fobs, or
security badges on the product or between the product and device;
otherwise, the magnetic strips or RFID in these items might be damaged. If
they are in the phone’s casing or magnetic wallet accessories, remove them
before charging.
06. While operating the product, remove metallic casings and do not place any
foreign objects on it, especially those with metallic bodies or components.
07. Disconnect the product from the power source immediately if it is damaged,
exposed to liquid, or the cable is frayed.
08. Operate the product in a well-ventilated environment. Avoid sleeping on the
product or operating it on or under the bed, pillow, blanket, and your body.
09. Keep the product out of reach of children to avoid improper use.
04 FOR USER WITH MEDICAL DEVICE
This product, as with most that contain magnets, will emit electromagnetic
fields, which might interfere with medical devices.
Examples of these devices include but are not limited to implanted pacemakers
and defibrillators. For safety purposes, please consult with your physician or
device manufacturer regarding the specific guidelines before using the product.

03 SAFETY GUIDELINES
Charby warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year starting from the date
of delivery in the event Charby determines. In its sole discretion, that the Product
suffers from material defects in manufacture and does not substantially conform
to the published specifications under normal use within the Warranty Period.
Charby will at its option (i) repair the Product at no charge with a new or
refurbished components or (ii) replace the Product with a new or refurbished
Product upon return of the defective Product. Any replacement product will be
warranted for the remainder of the returned unit’s original warranty period or 30
calendar days, whicever is longer.
The warranty stated herein shall not apply if (i) the Product was not used in
accordance with any accompanying instructions. (ii) the Product was not used for
its intended function and environment. (iii) the Product has been modified,
repaired, or opened intentionally by any party other than Charby. (iv) any defects or
damages caused by wear and tear, natural deterioration, accident, misuse, abuse,
abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture, dampness or
corrosive environments, improper installation, incorrect voltage application, flood
or liquid spillage, natural disaster or other external causes.
To the extent permitted by law, Charby does not assume any liability for the loss or
damage resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the
Product or from the breach of the express warranty, including incidental, special,
consequential or similar damages, or loss of anticipated profits or benefits.
Charby’s liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.
