Thank you for purchasing your Chefmaster Fly Killer. To make full use of
the product please read this manual carefully before using the product
and keep it safe for future reference.
Safety Tips
If you find any damage when the product is unpacked, contact your
Chefmaster supplier within 24 hours of receipt of goods
Repairs should always be carried out by a qualified technician
Do not use this product outside
Install out of reach of Children
Install at least 1m away from food preparation areas
Do not use near flammable objects
Always switch off and unplug the unit before cleaning
If the power cord becomes damaged it must be replaced by a qualified
technician
This product is not designed to be used by persons with reduced
physical or mental capabilities, lack of experience or knowledge, unless
they are given suitable supervision, this includes children.

Before Use
Remove all packaging including all protective plastic, from your
Chefmaster Fly Killer
For best results install your fly killer in the darkest part of the room, 1m
way from any food preparation areas
Operation
Ensure the fly killer is plugged in and the power is on
The light will then come on and he grid will be electrically charged
Cleaning & Maintenance
Before cleaning disconnect the fly killer from the electricity supply.
Clean the collection tray with soapy warm water regularly
DO NOT submerge the fly killer in water or use water sprays to clean it

Changing the Bulb
Unscrew the 2 screws on the top of the outer metal grid
The grid will then open downwards
Remove bulb and replace
Replace the out metal grid into its original position

Fault
Possible Cause
Solution
Unit is not working
The unit is not switched
on
The plug or lead are
damaged
The fuse has blown
Bulb is not working
Check the unit is plugged in
and switched on
Contact your Chefmaster
distributor
Replace the fuse
Replace the bulb
Transportation and Storage
Please handle your fly killer with care to prevent any damage to the unit and
internal parts. The fly killer should be stored somewhere which is ventilation
and non-corrosive gas.
Do not store any flammable objects near the equipment.

fuse
