Congratulations, you have just purchased a decorative fireplace design Chemin'Arte. We have taken great care to design
quality and workmanship of this product. There are however a number of points to observe and respect for the proper
operation of your fireplce and security depend on it.
DO NOT RAISE THE FIREPLACE IN THE FRONT PANEL AS THESE IS NOT SUPPORTIVE
OF THE FIREPLACE. RAISE THE BODY OF THE FIREPLACE.
General rules for personal safety:
- Although Chemin'Arte up your fireplace and land on a horizontal surface. Decorative fireplace design should be
attached before use.
- The use of fireplaces Chemin'Arte the premises open to the public (ERP) must be a regulated process. It is imperative to

- The electric fireplaces Chemin'Arte, must be used with AC 230V (+ / - 10 volts).
- This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with physical, sensory or mental disability, or persons

Prohibitions:

- Any intervention by the user on the security features
- Do not use the fireplace in the presence of gasoline or flammable liquid. Do not use outdoors. Do not use when your
hands are wet.
- Do not use in bathrooms, cellars, and generally in any pond or wetland.
- Do not cover the cord, or expose to sharp objects or hot surfaces.
- Do not move the fireplace in use.
- Do not block the air vents of the fireplace. Do not insert objects into the ventilation or air vents. This can cause electric
shock or damage to the fireplace.
- Do not let the fireplace started when no one in the room.
- Do not immerse in water or fire in another liquid.
- Do not lift the front of the fireplace, as this one being interchangeable, the fireplace may fall and cause injury or property
damage.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Installation in the case of a fireplace Chemin'Arte, set high on a wall:
- Open the box carefully, avoiding scratching the surface with a sharp object.
- Take your fireplace Chemin'Arte its packaging and remove the protective packaging: cartons, plastic contact,
packaging materials, plastic protection.
- The power cord must be connected to a junction box wall for this purpose.
- The connection must be made within the rules of art. If you have any doubts, consult an electrician. For information, the
brown wire must be connected to the phase, neutral and blue to green and yellow earth.
- The fireplace must not be below a socket.
- Most models Chemin'Arte can be fixed against a wall. A mounting bracket is supplied with your fireplace Chemin'Arte.
Because of the many types of walls and installation should be chosen in a specialty store setting appropriate (ankles,

plasterboard screws, etc.)..
- Determine the height you want to install your fireplace Chemin'Arte (usually over 40 cm above the ground) and then
attach the bracket using the appropriate tools.
- Once installed the fireplace wall, place the pebbles or decorative accessories on the central rail and then to the front
panel, making sure it is securely attached to the central body of the fireplace (2 persons are needed for this operation ).

installing the bracket.
- Using the remote control:
The remote has 5 buttons. The first from the top button is to turn on and off. The second mode enables the economical
heating . The third active normal heating mode . If you press this button 2 times, it turns off the heating. The fourth is
used to adjust the intensity of the flames or change the color of flame (red / green / blue / yellow) for color style models.
Must be pressed several times to vary the intensity of the flames or change colors. You can find all these features on top of
the body of the fireplace. The remote works with CR2025 batteries (not included). It is also possible to operate the colors
randomly by a long press on the button of the fireplace. Press the button for control the temperature (only on
model with LED screen).
Installation in the case of a fireplace Chemin'Arte, free standing position (sold separately):
Chemin'Arte Fireplaces color style can either be wall mounted or placed on a table or cabinet with the stand for fireplace
(sold separately). This one is screwed in your fireplace color style using accessories included with the stand for fireplace.
Warning: the foot is only available on the color style model, models with 4 color leds.
a) Take out the plastic Stand and 6 screws from the small box.
b) Put the heater on a flat table, back of heater against the table.
c) 6 screw holes on the Stand and the bottom of heater, first take the rubber out and keep it for when you want to use for
wall mounted, then use the provided screws to fix the Stand to heater.
d) Put the heater on flat table for using.

Using the fireplace
Standby status:
The fire displays standby symbol .
Switch on status
The fire displays date/time, room temperature and flame brightness level. Please set the actual date/time by the end user
when first use.

Instructions for Use
The fire can be operate either by the switches located on the top right hand sides of the fire or by supplied remote control.
Manual operation
The power switch located on the top right hand side of the product must be first switch on.
Press once the button to turn the fire and flame effect on. An orange indicator light will appear to indicate the function
is ON.
Press once the button for the low heat settings; press twice to switch the heat setting off.
Press once the button for the high heat settings; press twice to switch the heat setting off.
Remote Operation
The power switch located on the top right side of the fire must be first switch on.
It takes some time for the receiver to respond to the transmitter. Do not PRESS the buttons more than once within two
seconds for correct operation.
Press once the button on the remote control this turns the fire and flame effect. The same display show room
temperature, date and clock lighten, flame show forth level.
The display will be unshow in 15s if no operation. Press any button to awaken display.
Press once the button on the remote control to switch it.
Press once the button on the remote control to set the desired flame brightness and there will be 4 levels flame
brightness available.
Press once the button on the remote control (if your fireplace has this function) to set the desired flame color and
there will be 10 flame colors available. They are orange, red, green, blue and a mix between colors. Ten colors one cycle.
Press the button 5 seconds, ten colors automatic cycle by ten seconds.
Press once the button on the remote control (if your fireplace has this function) to set the desired backlight and
there will be 6 color available. They are white, blue, orange, white and a mix and then turn off .
Press once the button for the low heat settings; lighten on the display. Press twice to switch the heat setting off.
Press once the button for the high heat settings; lighten on the display. Press twice to switch the heat setting off.
Automatic heating operations (Intelligent Control)
Press once the button to open automatic, according to your timer setting.
1.If this day have no timer setting, the fire will be turn off
2.If room temperature is more than setting ,heat will be turn off
3.If room temperature is 5 degree less than setting ,heat will be turn on low setting
4.If room temperature is 5 degree more than setting ,heat will be turn on high setting
Date and time settings operations
It’s operated by supplied remote control.
Press once the button and continue to press the + button or the –button to set the hour (from 00-23).
Press again the button and Continue to + button or the –button to set the minute (from 00-59).
Press the button to select the date (Sunday to Saturday from left to right), wait 5s till no twinkle for finish
setting.
Additional function
Press once the button to open blue tooth (if your fireplace has this function). Press twice to switch the blue tooth off.
Temperature settings operations
Press the + button to increase the temperature: press the - button to decrease the temperature
Note: The set temperature must be higher than the room temperature for the heat working.
Timing settings procedures
Press the button 3s, the starts to twinkle.
Press the OK button to choose the week first (date from Sunday to Saturday).
Continue to press the + button or the –button to set the hour (Timer ON) and press the button to transfer to the next
setting.
Continue to press the + button or the –button to set the minute (Timer ON) and press the button to transfer to the next
setting. The ON symbol extinguishes and the OFF symbol illuminates.
Continue to press the + button or the –button to set the hour (Timer OFF) and press the button to transfer to the next
setting.
Continue to press the + button or the –button to set the minute (Timer OFF) and press the button to transfer to the next
setting. The OFF symbol extinguishes.

Press the button, continue to press the + button or the –button to set the temperature.
Press the OK button to finish one day setting, continue to repeat before till finish one week and turn off.
Mention: 1.if have not lighten, so this date timer setting void.
2.if you not press ok button ,it will just Set the cycle on that day
3.Press button 5s when the fire is turn off will reset all timer and temperature setting.
4.If there is no any operation after 15 seconds, display Light will off
- Protection against overheating:
Warning: To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
This protection allows the heating to stop before overheating. This system is activated when it gets too hot in the room or
when the air vents are blocked. For security reasons, heat does not put on automatically. To restart it, unplug the cord from
the electrical outlet, wait 15 minutes then reconnect the power cord into the outlet.
Interchangeable front panel:
By purchasing a fireplace Chemin'Arte you have opted for modular fireplace. If you want to buy a new front panel for your

Ceramic logs and stones and other decorative accessories:
The ceramic logs and stones and other accessories sold under the brand Chemin'Arte are objects of decoration. They
should be installed along the track bright and must be handled carefully to avoid damage.
Maintenance and change light bulbs leds:
- Repairs, replacement parts and work on important security features of your fireplace Chemin'Arte, should be performed
only by licensed specialists.
- Only LED bulbs can be changed by the user, after disconnecting the fire completely and after waiting 15 minutes at least
until it is fully cooled. However, the LED bulbs have a lifetime average of about 100,000 hours, you should not have to make
replacements.
- Once the fireplace and the bulbs have cooled, lift the fireplace and the floor-flat.
- Remove the front panel of the fireplace and then unscrew the panel located below the light rail. Once the panel is
unscrewed, you can access the bulbs LEDs.
- Once the LED light bulb changed, tighten the center panel, then hang the body of the fireplace wall. Finally, hang the
body in front of the fireplace.
Cleaning the body of fireplaces:
Always remove the fireplace and let it cool before cleaning or servicing.
The bodies of Chemin'Arte fireplaces are cleaned using a soft cloth to dust, damp cloth. Never use alcohol, detergent,
paint thinner or other chemicals.
Warranty:
Chemin'Arte fireplaces are guaranteed 2 years parts and labor.

RETURN PROCEDURE DECORATIVE FIREPLACES
DESIGN
All our fireplaces are guaranteed for 2 years parts and labor. If
during this period there were a malfunction of your product, please
follow the return procedure below (if baught in France) or contact your dealer if baught in
any other European countries :
- Above all else, call customer service at 0951 634 467
to determine the cause of the problem and the solution to.
- Package the defective chimney in its original packaging.
Make sure it is properly protected (especially at the
corners).
- Attach to the original parcel receipt by circling the date
purchase (no photocopies will be accepted) and the name and
the return address of the recipient.
- Send it to: EFYDIS, 4 allée de l’olivet, 07300 St Jean de Muzols, FRANCE.
- We will repair or replace your defective fireplace
and return it to you at our expense at the adress
mentioned with the package (address in France).
- We will also return the receipt, dated and
buffered to revalidate the warranty.
