Installation Instructions
1.Product Introduction
This wireless photoelectric fire alarm smoke detector adopts
unique structure design and MCU processing to photoelectric
signal in order to increase the functions of anti dust, insects
and white light interference to guarantee the stability. At the
same time, this detector is with wireless net linkage function
and suitable for different environments installation, which
has greatly increased users' sense for smoke alarm signal.
It is with better response to visible smoke caused by smoldering
and burning so it is suitable for fire alarm protection in
residential area, supermarket, factory, office, school, bank,
library, hotels, warehouse etc. Its functions and stability is
much better than those smoke detectors with similar prices
in the market

4.Installation Guide And Operation Principle
1.When installation height is less than 6m, and
detector is installed on diaphragm, the distance
from lower surface of detector to ceiling can't
be over 0.3m
2.Distance from detector to ventilation hole must
be more than 1.5m when there is air-conditioner
in the room
3.Detector must be installed at 0.6m over the wall
or girder.

Press down TEST button for 0.5 second, buzzer will
send out one “Di” sound and then send out wireless
smoke alarm signal
Keep pressing down the TEST button, buzzer will
send out three “Di, Di, Di” sounds and repeat this
each 1.5 seconds, then red alarm LED keeps on, that
means detector is working well, detector will return
to normal working status after release of TEST button
Optical maze
Fit for installation in:
Residential area, cafe, KTV, hotel, restaurant,
apartment, trattoria etc.
Not suitable for:
place full of dust, powder and plenty vapour;
place that might be with corrosive gas;
kitchen and other place that might with smoke remain;
place with oversized temperature and humidity;
place with ventilation speed over 15m/sec
Detector's detection to smoke can be fulfilled by
optical maze, there are a pair of infrared transmitter
and receiver, their ejection angle is around 120°,
when there is no smoke, receiver can't receive the
infrared light from transmitter, so there will be no
voltage output from following circuit. When there
is smoke, smoke enters the maze and scatters the
infrared light from transmitter. Receiver receives
the scattered infrared light and makes voltage output
at the following circuit, the thicker the smoke is,
the stronger scattering is, and the higher voltage is.
When the voltage reaches preset value, detector
sends out alarm signal and alarm is triggered.

6.Settings And Operations

1.LED status:
After connecting of power, red LED will flash for
10 times as self check, then detector enters into
working status
During normal working, green LED flashes for one
time each 60 seconds
When voltage is low, green LED and red LED will
flash at the same time each 30 seconds
During alarm status or test status, red LED keeps on
2.Buzzer hooting status:
Fire alarm warning tone: hasty 3 “Di Di Di” sounds
and repeats each 1.5 seconds
Trouble warning tone: 1 short “Di” sound and repeats
each 25 seconds
Detector trouble warning tone: buzzer sends out
sound each 4 seconds
3.Alarm test function:
Detector enters into normal operation status after
connection with power, green LED flashes for 1 time
each 60 seconds. Press down TEST button, buzzer
sends out alarm sound and red LED keeps on, release
the TEST button and detector resume to normal
working status. ( Strongly suggestion with 1 check
each month)
9.Notes
Suggestions
1.Please change a new battery after real fire alarm
2.Suggest to send detector back to factory for check and maintenance after 1-year operation
3.Suggest to change new detector after 10 years operation
Warning
1.Please don't install detector to space with high temperature or heavy soot and keep surrounding air clean
2.Avoid mass usage of paint or thinners which will produce colloid suspended substance to guarantee detector
normal operation
3.This product is home-use photoelectric smoke detector for fire alarm detection, it can send out sound and
light alert but cannot put out a fire!
4.Fire alarm resume:
When fire alarm is triggered, press down TEST button
for 3 seconds then detector resume to normal operation
status. Or re-connect the power to let detector resume
to normal working.
5.Fire alarm function:
When surrounding smoke thickness reaches preset
value, detector will send out fire alarm signal within
3 seconds and red LED keeps on, buzzer sends out
alarm sound, when keep pressing down TEST button
for 3 seconds, detector resumes to normal detection
status.
6.Low power warning function:
Detector is with low power check function, when
battery voltage is lower than 2.8V, detector sends
out trouble warning sound (short DI sound) and green
and red LED flash at the same time and repeats each
30 seconds.
7.Setting of data jumper:
Proper data codes can be obtained by jumper setting
on “DATA SET”,then control panel can recognize

8.Preservation And Maintenance
1.After installation and actual operation, please press down TEST button for normal test weekly, if there is
troubles, please check on time or return back to factory for repairing.
2.Usually battery life can be more than 3 years, but severe environment such as high temperature and humidity
might shorten its operation life time
3.Please change same type battery when detector sends out low power signal as following steps:
1)Push open the battery cover
2)Take down the old battery from battery box
3)Put new battery into the battery box, pay attention to polarity
4)Push back the battery cover
5)When battery change finished, press down TEST button, if there is sound and light alarm, then battery
change is successful
6)Detector should be well protected before actual installation to avoid dust, humidity and corrosion
4.Please don't dismantle detector for self repairing when there is trouble. Contact factory or local commercial
center for fast service.
