1. WARNINGS, PRECAUTIONS AND COUNTER INDICATIONS
1.1 Warnings
Do not allow children to play with this mechanized device nor to operate the mechanism,
since the movement of the mechanical parts of the relax armchairs may cause injury to
them.
1.2 Precautions and counter indications
Activate the relax armchair only from a sitting position, making sure that no persons, or
animals are injured, nor things are damaged by the moving parts under the armchair.
Attention must be paid, in the case the armchairs has casters, that while sitting or raising,
the armchair may move.
Check that the armchair is positioned at a considerable distance from the wall, away from
coffee tables or any other possible obstacles which may hinder its free movement, causing
eventual breaks.
Place the armchair on a horizontal plane.
Do not smoke, nor use flames or any objects which may cause dangerous sparks nearby the
armchair since they may cause it to catch fire.
Do not sit on the footrest since the armchair may overturn and damage the mechanisms.
2. MAINTENANCE
Check every six months that the screws which hold the metal components onto the wood
structure are fastened, as well as the screws of the mechanism, since the continuous
motion of the chair may cause them to loosen.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THE MANUAL
ARMCHAIRS WITH “EASY” MECHANISM
We kindly request you to follow these instructions for the use of the relax armchairs in
order to avoid unpleasant situations while using it.

up completely and easily, you must sit on it with your back resting on the backrest.
Push backward with your back using the armrests as a lever while you raise the
legs simultaneously. This movement will make the footrest to come up. To make the
backrest tilt even more, with the footrest raised, push further with your back using the
armrests as a lever; the backrest will reach a horizontal position naturally and without
much effort.
It is possible to reach any tilt position of the backrest according to the point at which
the user wishes to stop the movement.

4. WARRANTY
4.1 General warranty conditions
All the wood and steel parts, as well as all the electric components have a three-years
warranty after date of purchase the lifting armchairs. During the warranty period, our
enterprise will replace or repair without any charge any parts which may be faulty
by production but not by the wrong handling or misuse of the relax chair by the user.
The repairs are carried out in our site and therefore the client will eventually send us
the parts at his expense. As for the repairs at your site or home, the eventual cost will
include the transfer and time employed by the technician, calculated in reference to the
distance between the repair site and our site or the nearest sales dealer.
5. LIFTING ARMCHAIR DATA LABEL
Our lifting armchairs can be identified by means of a sticker firmly applied onto them.
The following data is on the label:
− type of mechanism used;
− date of manufacturing;
− lifting armchair model
− manufacturer
Original accessories and spare parts must be used when repairing our relax chairs.
The use of non-original spare parts will automatically invalidate the warranty
4.2 Warranty limits
Warranty does not include:
a) repairing any break-downs due to improper use of the lifting armchairs;
b) repairing of upholstery made of leather imitation, leather or fabric of the relax
chairs.
Any dispute will be dealt with solely by the Court of UDINE.

1.1 Avvertenze
Non permettere ai bambini di giocare su questo prodotto meccanizzato o di azionare il
meccanismo in quanto i leveraggi del movimento delle poltrone possono nella loro normale
movimentazione ferire i bambini stessi.
1.2 Precauzioni e controindicazioni
Azionare la poltrona manuale solamente da posizione seduta facendo attenzione che
persone, animali non rimangano feriti o cose non siano danneggiate dalle parti in
movimento del meccanismo sotto la poltrona.
Nelle poltrone dotate di ruote fare attenzione alla possibilità di spostamento delle stesse
durante la seduta o il sollevamento delle persone che le utilizzano.
Controllare che la poltrona sia posizionata ad una distanza adeguata dal muro, da tavolini o
da altri ostacoli che ne possano impedire il libero movimento causandone la rottura.
Posizionare la poltrona su un piano orizzontale.
Non fumare, non usare fiamme libere o oggetti che diano luogo a scintille pericolose nei
pressi della poltrona in quanto ne potrebbero causare l’incendio.
Non sedersi sull’appoggia piedi in quanto il fatto potrebbe causare il ribaltamento della
poltrona o la rottura della meccanica.
2. MANUTENZIONE
Verificare almeno una volta all’anno che le viti di fissaggio del movimento in ferro al fusto in
legno siano strette, in quanto la continua movimentazione delle poltrone può provocare un
allentamento delle stesse.
3. ISTRUZIONI PER L’ UTILIZZO DELLE POLTRONE
MANUALI CON MECCANISMO DENOMINATO “FACILE”
Si prega di seguire attentamente le presenti istruzioni d’uso allo scopo di evitare
spiacevoli inconvenienti relativi al funzionamento della poltrona.
Perché la poltrona si apra correttamente e facilmente, sedetevi nella stessa con la
schiena appoggiata allo schienale; spingete la vostra schiena verso dietro facendo leva
sui braccioli e contemporaneamente sollevate le gambe, questo movimento consentirà
l’apertura dell’appoggia gambe . Per fare scendere lo schienale ulteriormente, dalla
posizione con poggia gambe sollevato spingere la schiena verso dietro facendo leva
sui braccioli, la schiena scenderà con naturalezza e senza sforzi eccessivi in posizione
orizzontale.
E’ possibile assumere tutte le posizioni di inclinazione dello schienale a seconda del
punto nel quale l’utilizzatore decide di fermarsi.

Azionare la poltrona manuale solamente da posizione seduta facendo attenzione che

MANUALI CON MECCANISMO DENOMINATO “FACILE”
Si prega di seguire attentamente le presenti istruzioni d’uso allo scopo di evitare
spiacevoli inconvenienti relativi al funzionamento della poltrona.
Perché la poltrona si apra correttamente e facilmente, sedetevi nella stessa con la
schiena appoggiata allo schienale; spingete la vostra schiena verso dietro facendo leva
sui braccioli e contemporaneamente sollevate le gambe, questo movimento consentirà
l’apertura dell’appoggia gambe . Per fare scendere lo schienale ulteriormente, dalla
posizione con poggia gambe sollevato spingere la schiena verso dietro facendo leva
sui braccioli, la schiena scenderà con naturalezza e senza sforzi eccessivi in posizione
orizzontale.
E’ possibile assumere tutte le posizioni di inclinazione dello schienale a seconda del
punto nel quale l’utilizzatore decide di fermarsi.
Per riportare lo schienale della poltrona in posizione verticale, sollevate la propria
schiena in avanti facendo presa con le mani sui braccioli. Raggiunta la posizione
schiena verticale per chiudere il poggia piedi spingete lo stesso verso il basso con le
gambe e contemporaneamente spostate il busto in avanti, la poltrona ritornerà senza
alcuno sforzo nella posizione normale.
4. GARANZIA
4.1 Generalità
Tutte le parti della struttura in legno ed in acciaio sono garantite per il periodo di mesi
36 dalla data di acquisto delle poltrone. Durante tale periodo la nostra ditta si impegna
alla sostituzione o alla riparazione gratuita di quelle parti che dovessero risultare
difettose per errata fabbricazione e non per errato utilizzo delle poltrone da parte
dell’utente. Le riparazioni vengono effettuate nella nostra sede alla quale pertanto,
dovranno essere recapitati gli eventuali resi con spese di spedizione a carico del
cliente. A riguardo della richiesta di riparazioni presso il domicilio del cliente, dovranno
essere sommati in aggiunta ad eventuali costi per la riparazione anche i costi del
viaggio e i costi orari del tecnico calcolati a seconda della distanza del cliente dalla
sede della Ditta o dal più vicino rivenditore.
5. TARGHETTA IDENTIFICATIVA DELLA POLTRONA
Le nostre poltrone elevabili sono identificabili attraverso un adesivo fissato saldamente
sulle stesse; sulla targhetta sono riportati i seguenti dati:
− tipo di meccanismo utilizzato;
− data di fabbricazione;
− modello della poltrona
− azienda di produzione
Per la riparazione delle nostre poltrone, usare accessori e componentistica originale.
L’utilizzo di componenti non originali fa decadere la garanzia sul prodotto.
4.2 Limitazioni della garanzia
La garanzia non include:
a) la riparazione per rotture dovute ad un uso non corretto delle poltrone;
b) la riparazione dei rivestimenti in tessuto, pelle o similpelle delle poltrone.
Per ogni controversia l’unico Foro competente è quello di Udine.
