measures for installing, using and servicing your lifting armchair with incorporated electric motorized lifting function.

1. SPECIAL WARNINGS AND RESTRICTIONS
1.1 Warning
The only one person allowed to operate the chair is its user. It is important to notice
that the footrest is not an extra seating plane, so do not sit on it since the chair may
overturn and damage the mechanism. It is important to know that the relax chair you
have purchased has been tested and therefore it is safe to be used by persons up
to 110 kg of weight. Some noises when moving are normal. They are caused by the
moving of levers and their normal functioning. Special attention must be paid when
using the remote control that no persons, animals or objects are within the range of
action of the chair, to avoid injuries or damage by the moving parts under the chair.
Pay great attention to pets that could be under the relax chair.
1.2 Restrictions
Do not allow children to play with this product or to activate the mechanisms since
they may be injured by the normally moving levers. Children can use the chairs only
if accompanied by an adult. Do not smoke, do not use flames or dangerous sparkling
objects near the chair since they could cause it catch fire. Do not use the chairs in wet
environments. Do not place flammable substances onto or near the chairs.
2. POSITIONING AND INSTALLING THE LIFTING ARMCHAIR
Place the lifting armchair on a horizontal surface. Do not place by walls or near other
objects since the chair needs space for its movements. Obstacles may eventually
ruin the padding, the mechanical parts and/or to the motors of the chairs. Special
attention must be paid for chairs with casters, since they could move when the user
is sitting or rising. In the case of electric chairs, make special attention that the power
supply cable and the cable of the remote control are placed as established by the
manufacturer to avoid cuts.

3. WAYS OF USE
For changing positions of the relax armchair, use
the hand control as described below: the upper
right and left buttons action the footrest for rising
or lowering as well as the motion to raise or lower
the person. The lower left and right buttons action
the backrest for folding upwards or downwards.
Warning: in models with wheels kit, its activation
disables the function of the upper buttons in order
to prevent the relax armchair from rising while
standing on the casters, with the risk of causing
its user to fall over. It is important to remember,
thus, to deactivate the wheels kit before giving
the input for any movement of the relax armchair
via the upper buttons.

4. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
4.1 General specifications
Our lifting armchairs are made up as follows:
− frame made of wood or wood-particle boards or plywood;
− mechanism made of iron;
− for electric versions, motoring, remote controls and transformers are designed in Italy
and comply with the safety measures regarding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
and the voltage limits established by the law. Input 100/240 V, 50/60 Hz transformed
into DC 29V.
− padding made of rigid PU foam with variable density. Foam density according to
models is the following:
• for the backrest from Kg/m321 to 30;
• for the seat from Kg/m330 to 50;
• for the armrests from Kg/m325 to 50;
− weight of empty chairs may vary from 30 to 70 Kg;

5. MAINTENANCE OF THE LIFTING ARMCHAIR
Our lifting armchairs are made with first-quality materials so that they can work for a
long period without creating problems of any kind to the clients. Still, we ask the clients
to check once in a while its functioning to ensure its perfect conditions.
− Keep electric motors clean and dust free.
− Check every six months that the screws which hold the metal components onto
the wood structure are fastened, as well as the screws of the mechanism, since the
continuous motion of the chair may cause them to loosen.
− Make sure the electro mechanic elements work properly, check them every six
months.
In case there are any noises or frictions in the mechanism you can use the WD 40
product or similar to oil the moving parts which you can purchase at any hardware
store or by ordering from us.
6. TROUBLE SHOOTING
In case the relax chair that you have purchased does not work, the following things
must be checked:
n.1 the outlet which the lifting armchairs is plugged into is powered;
n.2 the led on the transformer is on and that it is warm;
n.3 the power supply cable and the remote control cables are correctly connected;
n.4 in case of relax chairs with caster cart, make sure it is not activated.
Check the above before calling the sales dealer. If the relax chair still does not work,
before calling the service system, check the following:
n.1 that the power supply cable which runs from the transformer to the chair is not
cut off;
n.2 that the cables connected from the motors to the remote controls are not cut off;
n.3 that the remote control has not be hit and that it is in perfect conditions;
n.4 that the motors are in perfect conditions.
These information is important in order to solve the problems with the relax chair in the
briefest time possible.

7. WARRANTY
7.1 General warranty conditions
All the wood and steel parts, as well as all the electric components have a three-years
warranty after date of purchase the lifting armchairs. During the warranty period, our
enterprise will replace or repair without any charge any parts which may be faulty
by production but not by the wrong handling or misuse of the relax chair by the user.
The repairs are carried out in our site and therefore the client will eventually send us
the parts at his expense. As for the repairs at your site or home, the eventual cost will
include the transfer and time employed by the technician, calculated in reference to the
distance between the repair site and our site or the nearest sales dealer.
Original accessories and spare parts must be used when repairing our relax chairs.
The use of non-original spare parts will automatically invalidate the warranty
7.2 Warranty limits
Warranty does not include:
a) repairing any break-downs due to improper use of the lifting armchairs;
b) repairing of upholstery made of leather imitation, leather or fabric of the relax
chairs.
Any dispute will be dealt with solely by the Court of UDINE.

1.1 Avvertenze
Solamente l’occupante dovrebbe operare sul meccanismo. Importante inoltre sapere che
l’appoggia piedi non è una seduta supplementare, quindi non sedersi sopra in quanto la
poltrona può ribaltarsi ed il meccanismo danneggiarsi. Importante sapere che la poltrona
da Voi acquistata è stata collaudata ed è quindi garantita per l’utilizzo da parte di persone
con peso fino a kg.110. Piccoli rumori causati dalla movimentazione delle poltrone sono da
considerarsi normali in quanto causati dai leveraggi dei meccanismi nel loro funzionamento.
Nell’azionare la poltrona con il telecomando, fare molta attenzione che persone animali e
oggetti non siano nel raggio d’azione del movimento, in modo che non rimangano feriti e/o
danneggiate a causa dalle parti in movimento del meccanismo sotto la poltrona: prestare
particolare attenzione agli animali domestici che potrebbero nascondersi sotto la poltrona.
1.2 Precauzioni e controindicazioni
Non permettere ai bambini di giocare su questo prodotto o di azionare il meccanismo in
quanto i leveraggi del movimento delle poltrone possono nella loro normale movimentazione
ferire i bambini stessi. I bambini possono utilizzare le poltrone ma solo in presenza di
persone adulte. Non fumare, non usare fiamme libere o oggetti che diano luogo a scintille
pericolose nei pressi della poltrona, in quanto ne potrebbero causare l’incendio. Non usare
le poltrone in ambienti umidi, non mettere nei pressi o sopra le poltrone stesse materiali
combustibili.
2. POSIZIONAMENTO E COLLEGAMENTO DELLA POLTRONA
Posizionare la poltrona su un piano orizzontale; Non posizionare a ridosso di pareti o
oggetti le poltrone relax in quanto nella loro movimentazione necessitano di spazio;
eventuali ostacoli possono causare danni gravi all’imbottitura, al meccanismo e/o ai
motori delle poltrone. Nelle poltrone dotate di ruote fare attenzione alla possibilità
di spostamento delle stesse, durante la seduta o il sollevamento delle persone che
le utilizzano. Specificatamente alle poltrone elettriche fare attenzione che il cavo di
alimentazione delle poltrone e il cavo del telecomando rimangano posizionati nelle
modalità stabilite dalla ditta costruttrice per evitare il taglio degli stessi.
3. MODALITA’ D’UTILIZZO
Per movimentare la poltrona utilizzare il
telecomando come descritto qui di seguito: I tasti
superiori destro e sinistro movimentano il poggia
piedi in apertura e chiusura e il movimento alza
persona in funzione sollevamento e discesa. I tasti
inferiori destro e sinistro movimentano lo schienale
in apertura e chiusura. Attenzione nei modelli con
carrellino ruote, l’attivazione dello stesso disabilita
la funzionalità dei tasti superiori, per evitare
che la poltrona possa essere sollevata quando
appoggia sulle ruote con rischi di caduta da parte
dell’utilizzatore. Ricordarsi quindi di disattivare il
carrellino ruote prima di movimentare con i tasti
superiore i movimenti della poltrona.

4. SPECIFICHE TECNICHE
4.1 Specifiche generali
Le nostre poltrone elevabili, sono così composte:
− telaio in legno o agglomerati dello stesso (multistrati, truciolare);
− meccanismo in ferro;
− per le versioni elettriche, i motori, telecomandi e trasformatori sono progettati
in Italia e rispettano le direttive di sicurezza per quanto riguarda la compatibilità
elettromagnetica (EMV) e i limiti di voltaggio stabiliti per legge. Alimentazione input
100/240 V, 50/60 Hz trasformata in DC 29V.
− imbottiture in poliuretano espanso indeformabile con densità variabile. Le densità
della gomma a seconda dei modelli sono le seguenti:
• per lo schienale da Kg/metro321 a 30;
• per il sedile da Kg/metro330 a 50;
• per i braccioli da Kg/metro325 a 50;
− il peso delle poltrone a vuoto può variare dai 30 ai 70 Kg;

da Voi acquistata è stata collaudata ed è quindi garantita per l’utilizzo da parte di persone
con peso fino a kg.110. Piccoli rumori causati dalla movimentazione delle poltrone sono da
considerarsi normali in quanto causati dai leveraggi dei meccanismi nel loro funzionamento.
Nell’azionare la poltrona con il telecomando, fare molta attenzione che persone animali e
oggetti non siano nel raggio d’azione del movimento, in modo che non rimangano feriti e/o
danneggiate a causa dalle parti in movimento del meccanismo sotto la poltrona: prestare
particolare attenzione agli animali domestici che potrebbero nascondersi sotto la poltrona.
1.2 Precauzioni e controindicazioni
Non permettere ai bambini di giocare su questo prodotto o di azionare il meccanismo in
quanto i leveraggi del movimento delle poltrone possono nella loro normale movimentazione
ferire i bambini stessi. I bambini possono utilizzare le poltrone ma solo in presenza di
persone adulte. Non fumare, non usare fiamme libere o oggetti che diano luogo a scintille
pericolose nei pressi della poltrona, in quanto ne potrebbero causare l’incendio. Non usare
le poltrone in ambienti umidi, non mettere nei pressi o sopra le poltrone stesse materiali
combustibili.
2. POSIZIONAMENTO E COLLEGAMENTO DELLA POLTRONA
Posizionare la poltrona su un piano orizzontale; Non posizionare a ridosso di pareti o
oggetti le poltrone relax in quanto nella loro movimentazione necessitano di spazio;
eventuali ostacoli possono causare danni gravi all’imbottitura, al meccanismo e/o ai
motori delle poltrone. Nelle poltrone dotate di ruote fare attenzione alla possibilità
di spostamento delle stesse, durante la seduta o il sollevamento delle persone che
le utilizzano. Specificatamente alle poltrone elettriche fare attenzione che il cavo di
alimentazione delle poltrone e il cavo del telecomando rimangano posizionati nelle
modalità stabilite dalla ditta costruttrice per evitare il taglio degli stessi.

5. MANUTENZIONE DELLE POLTRONE
Le nostre poltrone elevabili sono costruite con materiali di prima qualità così da poter
funzionare nel tempo senza creare problematiche di alcun genere al cliente.
Malgrado ciò chiediamo al cliente di effettuare saltuariamente alcune operazioni di
controllo sulle poltrone per garantirne il perfetto funzionamento.
− Mantenere i motori elettrici puliti da polvere o altro.
− Verificare semestralmente che le viti di fissaggio del movimento in ferro al fusto in
legno siano strette, che le viti di assemblaggio del meccanismo siano strette, in quanto
la continua movimentazione delle poltrone può causare un allentamento delle stesse.
− Accertarsi semestralmente dell’integrità dei dispositivi elettromeccanici.
In presenza di rumori o attriti nel meccanismo usare il prodotto WD 40 o prodotti
similari per lubrificarne le parti in movimento; tali prodotti sono acquistabili in
ferramenta o sono richiedibili presso la nostra azienda.
6. COSA FARE IN CASO DI MALFUNZIONAMENTO
In caso la poltrona da Voi acquistata si fermi, verificare quanto segue:
n.1 che la presa di corrente alla quale la poltrone è collegata sia alimentata;
n.2 che la spia del trasformatore sia accesa e che il trasformatore sia caldo;
n.3 che i cavi di alimentazione e i cavi dei telecomandi siano correttamente collegati;
n.4 nelle poltrone con il carrello ruote verificare che il carrellino sia disattivato.
Fatte le verifiche sopra citate se la poltrona continua a non funzionare prima di
chiamare il Vostro rivenditore per l’assistenza controllare:
n.1 che il cavo dell’alimentazione che va dal trasformatore alla poltrona non sia tagliato;
n.2 che i cavi dei motori collegati al telecomando non siano tagliati;
n.3 che il telecomando non abbia subito urti e sia ancora integro;
n.4 che i motori siano integri nelle loro parti.
Questi dati servono al centro assistenza per sveltire le tempistiche di risoluzione dei
problemi della poltrona.

7. GARANZIA
7.1 Generalità
Tutte le parti della struttura in legno ed in acciaio e tutte le parti elettriche sono
garantite per il periodo di mesi 36 dalla data di acquisto delle poltrone.
Durante tale periodo la nostra ditta si impegna alla sostituzione o alla riparazione
gratuita di quelle parti che dovessero risultare difettose per errata fabbricazione e non
per errato utilizzo delle poltrone da parte dell’utente. Le riparazioni vengono effettuate
nella nostra sede alla quale pertanto, dovranno essere recapitati gli eventuali resi con
spese di spedizione a carico del cliente. A riguardo della richiesta di riparazioni presso
il domicilio del cliente, dovranno essere sommati in aggiunta ad eventuali costi per la
riparazione anche i costi del viaggio e i costi orari del tecnico calcolati a seconda della
distanza del cliente dalla sede della Ditta o dal più vicino rivenditore.
ATTENZIONE: Non aprire

8. TARGHETTA IDENTIFICATIVA DELLA POLTRONA
Le nostre poltrone elevabili sono identificabili attraverso un adesivo fissato saldamente
sulle stesse; sulla targhetta sono riportati i seguenti dati:
− tipo di meccanismo utilizzato;
− data di fabbricazione;
− modello della poltrona
− azienda di produzione
Per la riparazione delle nostre poltrone, usare accessori e componentistica originale.
L’utilizzo di componenti non originali fa decadere la garanzia sul prodotto.
7.2 Limitazioni della garanzia
La garanzia non include:
a) la riparazione per rotture dovute ad un uso non corretto delle poltrone;
b) la riparazione dei rivestimenti in tessuto, pelle o similpelle delle poltrone.
Per ogni controversia l’unico Foro competente è quello di Udine.
