ograniczoną gwarancję na oprawy oświetleniowe marki Chors. • EN • Fabryka Artystyczna sp. z
o.o., the manufacturer of the Chors luminaires, establishes a limited warranty for the Chors
luminaires.
PL • Gwarancja obejmuje wady wynikające z przyczyn tkwiących w sprzedanym urządzeniu i
ujawnione w trakcie jego użytkowania, (tzn. wady fabryczne) powstałe z winy producenta
oprawy. • EN • The warranty shall cover all defects arising due to reasons inherent in the
product and revealed during use (i.e. manufacturing defects), which are caused by the fault of
the manufacturer.
PL • Gwarancja rozpoczyna się od daty nabycia oprawy oświetleniowej i trwa przez okres 24
miesięcy licząc od dnia zakupu, nie dłużej jednak niż 30 miesięcy od daty produkcji. Ten okres
nie dotyczy zintegrowanych z oprawami marki Chors modułów LED. • EN • The warranty period
starts from the date of the purchase and lasts for 24 months, however, not longer than 30
months from the manufacture date. This period does not apply to the LED modules integrated
with the Chors luminaires.
PL • Gwarancja na zintegrowane moduły LED rozpoczyna się od daty nabycia oprawy
oświetleniowej i trwa przez okres 60 miesięcy licząc od dnia zakupu, nie dłużej jednak niż 66
miesięcy od daty produkcji. • EN • The warranty period for integrated LED modules starts from
the date of the luminaire purchase and lasts for 60 months, however, not longer than 66 months
from the manufacture date.
PL • Wady ujawnione w wyrobie będą naprawiane bezpłatnie w siedzibie Producenta w 51-168
Wrocław przy ul. Sołtysowickiej 19c, w ciągu 14 dni od daty przyjęcia wyrobu do naprawy. W
wyjątkowych okolicznościach, wymagających np. sprowadzenia nietypowej części zamiennej,
termin ten może ulec wydłużeniu do 30 dni.
EN • The revealed defects shall be repaired free of charge at the Manufacturer seat at
Sołtysowicka 19c street in Wrocław 51-168 within 14 days from the date of accepting the
product for repair. In exceptional circumstances, e.g. if a non-standard part is required, the
period may be extended to 30 days.
PL • W razie niemożności dokonania naprawy, Producent wymieni towar na nowy identyczny lub
najbardziej podobny, jeżeli produkcja danego typu oprawy została zaniechana. • EN • In case the
repair is impossible, the Manufacturer shall replace the product for a new one of the same
model or a comparable one if the manufacture of the original product has been discontinued.
PL • Reklamowana oprawa, musi zostać dostarczona do producenta, staraniem klienta wraz z
niniejsza gwarancją, oryginałem faktury lub rachunku lub paragonu jednoznacznie
dokumentującym datę zakupu oprawy, z pisemnym opisem rodzaju usterki i miejsca zabudowy.
• EN • The luminaire under complaint shall be delivered at the customer responsibility to the
manufacturer along with this warranty card, the original invoice, payment slip or receipt that
unequivocally confirms the date of the luminaire purchase and the written description of the
defect and of the place of the luminaire installation.
PL • Trzecia reklamacja oprawy oświetleniowej powoduje jej wymianę na nową. • EN • The third
complaint on the same luminaire shall result in its replace for a new one.
Klientowi nie przysługują uprawnienia z gwarancji jeżeli:

The warranty is voided if:

Data zakupu lub produkcji oprawy nie zostanie należycie udokumentowana,
• Oprawa została kupiona pod marką inną niż Chors lub pod zmieniona nazwą oprawy.
EN •
Either the purchase date or the luminaire manufacture date is not properly documented,
•
The luminaire was purchased under a dierent brand than Chors or under a modified
luminaire name.
PL •
Niniejsza ograniczona gwarancja wyłącza odpowiedzialność m. stalację opraw,
zapewnienie dostępu do opraw (rusztowanie, windy itp.), szkody szczególne, uboczne i wtórne
(w tym utratę zysków, szkody na mieniu lub inne koszty).

This limited warranty
excludes from liability for inter alia: the luminaires installation, ensuring the access to the
luminaires (scaolding, lifts, etc.). special, incidental and consequential damages (including
loss of profits, loss in property or other costs).
Gwarancją nie są objęte: • The warranty does not cover:

Elementy szklane, sznury przyłączeniowe, wtyczki, oraz elementy eksploatacyjne,
np. świetlówki, żarówki,
• Uszkodzenie mechaniczne, termiczne oraz chemiczne, prądowe,
• Uszkodzenia powstałe na wskutek przeróbek lub ingerencji w konstrukcje oprawy,
• Uszkodzenie sprzętu przez użytkownika lub osobę trzecią, lub powstałe wskutek
użytkowania i konserwacji niezgodnej z zaleceniami Producenta, ew. instrukcji montaż
i obsługi. Uszkodzenia produktu powstałe w skutek wykorzystywania oprawy niezgodnie
z przeznaczeniem stosownie do nadanego IP lub zabudowy w niestabilnej sieci
elektrycznej o wahaniach napięcia przekraczających 10V.

Glass elements, patch cords, plugs and consumables, e.g. fluorescent tubes or light
bulbs,
• Mechanical, thermal, chemical or electrical damages,
• Damages caused by any structural modifications to the luminaire,
• Damages to the equipment caused by the user or a third person, or caused by use
or maintenance contrary to the Manufacturer recommendations or to the installation
and handling instructions, damages to the product caused by an improper exploitation
of the luminaire contrary to its purpose in accordance with stated IP or by the installation
in an unstable electricity network where the power fluctuation exceeds 10V.

W przypadku dostarczenia do naprawy wyrobu nie objętego gwarancją lub reklamacji
niezasadnej:

If a product not covered by the warranty is delivered to the Manufacturer
or the complaint is unjustified:

Koszty z tym związane poniesie Klient a wyrób może zostać naprawiony odpłatnie po
wcześniejszej pisemnej zgodzie klienta,

Produkt jest odsyłany na koszt klienta,
•
Produkt przechodzi na własność Producenta, jeżeli klient nie opłaci kosztów naprawy
lub niezasadnej reklamacji w terminie do 30 dni od dnia powiadomienia klienta,
o zakończeniu naprawy.

The costs of handling the complaint shall be covered by the Customer; after the prior
written consent given by him or her, the product can be repaired against payment,
• The product is send back at the expense of the customer,
• The product becomes the property of the Manufacturer, if the customer does not pay
the repair or unjustified complaint costs within 30 days from the date when the
customer is notified about the termination of the repair process.

In all cases, the Warranty period is extended by the time the complaint is being handled.
