Operation Instructions—Infrared remote control
1、 Hibernation button: Press it and you will enter the sleep state or
exit.
2、 Start/Stop button: Press it during the stand-by state and you will
start the machine.
3、 Mode button: Press it during the stand-by state and you can select
the program of being automatic or manual.
4、 Speed button: Press it after startup and you can adjust
the speed.
5、 Time button: Press it before startup and you can adjust the time.
6、 Battery insulation insert: Take it out before using and you can use
the remote control then. When it’s not in use, you should insert it back as before
to avoid the battery leakage.

Measuring heart rate
1.Place the index and middle fingers of your right hand on your left wrist
2.Count your pulse beats in 15 seconds
3.Multiply the number of pulse beats counted by 4.
