• Due to the size of this b we recommend assembling it in the room intended for use.
• Check the packaging to make sure you have all the parts listed on this instruction - small parts may have come
loose inside the carton during shipment. If parts are missing, contact the retailer from which you purchased
the product to obtain any missing parts.
• Do not destroy the packaging until after the product is fully assembled.
• Keep all packaging box, bags and small parts out of the reach of children.
• Two people needed to assemble . Do not assemble without additional help.
• Follow the assembly steps in order. Do not skip any steps. Always use proper tools
• This Base should be used only on firm, level ground and Base’s legs are in contact with the ground at all time.
• Do not jump, stand on this .
• When assembling products that have electric cords always (1) make sure the electrical cord is unplugged
before assembly and 2) be careful not to twist the electrical cord during assembly.
• Periodically check to ensure that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight. Keep instructions for future reference
• Before use, make sure this bed is fully assembled.

Failure to read, understand and follow all warnings and instructions may result in property damage, personal
injury or even death. If you are unable to understand warnings, cautions, and/or instructions, please contact the
dealer or technical personnel, before attempting to assemble, install or use the equipment.

• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities. Always supervise young children and place the remote where they cannot access it.
• During bed operation, make sure body is positioned within the confines of the .
• Do not use power foundation outdoors.
• After power foundation assembly is completed, operate the remote control to
ensure proper functions before occupying the bed.
• Keep moving parts free of obstruction including sheets, clothing, tubing, wiring, and
products using electric power cords during power foundation operation
• Distribute body weight evenly over bed surface during operation.
•Do not exceed maximum weight limit o .
• Do not operate the bed while sitting directly on the head or foot sections of the bed.
Tampering with, or opening the control box, motors, or remote control (with the exception
of replacing batteries) will void the warranty. See Warranty verbiage further in this booklet
for additional information.

The following limited warrantiesapply to new Classic Brands Adjustable Comfort Adjustable
Base and are extended only to the original retail purchaser of the Classic Brands Adjustable Comfort Adjustable Base
Product. These limited warranties are non-transferable.The “adjustable base” does not include the mattress. “Warranty
Commencement Date” meansthe date you purchased a new and unused Classic Brands Adjustable Comfort adjustable
base. Classic Brands warrants this adjustable base to you on the terms and over the reducing periods of time set out
below. All warrantyclaims require notice from You to be givento Classic Brands in the manner set out below, and to be
received by Classic Brands inside the applicable warranty time period.
Your Classic Brands Adjustable Comfort Adjustable Base
is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) years fromthe Warranty Commence-
ment Date. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are included. Upon notice during the
first yearfrom the warrantycommencement date,Classic Brands will send replacement parts(at no cost to the purchaser)
for any defective part to the purchaser. This three (3) year warranty shall not applyif purchaser does not returnany and all
defective parts to Classic Brands within 15 days of purchaser’s receipt of replacement part. Purchaser shall bearall
service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs related to the deliveryand/or replacement of the defective part.
This warrantydoes not apply;(a) to any damage caused by You; (b) if there
has been any repair or replacement of adjustable base parts byan unauthorized person; (c) if the adjustable base has
been mishandled (whether intransit or by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise
operated in any manner inconsistent withthe operationand maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner’s Manual and
this warranty; (d) to damage to mattresses, fabric, orcables; (e) if there has been any modification of the adjustable base
without prior writtenconsent by Classic Brands; or (f) to costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for in-home
service calls solelyfor the purpose of educating Youabout the adjustable base or finding a satisfactory power connection.
Any repairs to or replacement of youradjustable base orits componentsunder the terms of this limited warranty do not
extend the applicable warranty fromthe Warranty Commencement Date. The decision to repair or to replace defective
parts under this warranty shall be made,orcause to be made, by Classic Brands at itsoption and in its sole discretion.
Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedyof the Purchaser.There shall be no liability onthe part of Classic Brands
for any special,indirect, incidental,orconsequential damagesorfor anyother damage, claim, or loss not expressly
covered bythe terms of this warranty. This limited warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal,
installation, setup time,lossof use, shipping, or any other costs orexpenses. Additionally, this warranty applies under
conditions of normal household usesand does not apply to defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidental or
commercial/rental usage. All implied warranties, including implied warrantiesof merchantabilityand fitnessfor a particular
purpose, are limited to the duration of the express warranties on this product. The warranties and remedies set forthinthis
limited warrantyare yoursole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for anybreach of these limited warranties. In
no event will Classic Brandsbe liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out
of the inabilityto use thisproduct. Some states do not allowlimitations onhowlong animplied warranty lasts orthe
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusionmay not apply to you.
This warrantygives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary fromstate to state. All warran-
tiesare applicable to the original consumer purchaser only,and do not extend to any subsequent owner or other transfer-
ee of the product nor to any commercial and/or non-residential users.
Should a warranty claim arise,the original purchaser shall contact Classic Brands
for a Warranty Claim Form and Instructions. The original purchaser shall complete the Warranty Claim Form, clearly
detailing the defect, and email along witha copyof original sales receipt for the Product to [e-mail] or
as otherwise directed on the Warranty ClaimForm. Warranty ClaimForms that are incomplete or sent without a copy of
original sales receipt will not be processed and will be returned.Upon receipt by Classic Brandsof the completed Warran-
ty Claim Form and the original sales receipt, Classic Brands’quality control department will verifythe defect and/or the
applicabilityof this Limited Warranty thereto. In the event that this Limited Warranty is applicable, a replacement product
of equal or greater value will be sent to the customer.The original purchaser will be responsible for shipping, handling and
processing fees. No monetary refunds and/or credits will be issued. Please retain this warranty and your original
invoice for three (3) years.
