APPLICATIONS & ENVIRONMENTS
The TwinTech Vacuum Mounted Workcenter is primarily designed to be used with a Clayton two user vacuum and two pneumatic
sanders or other air tools with vacuum extraction.
The Workcenter provides the follow features:
• Storage for 2 Combination Air/Vacuum Hoses
• Storage for 2 Air Tools
• 2 work surfaces
• 2 Pegboards with hooks, bins, and paper towel storage
The Vacuum Mounted Workcenter is designed to be positioned between two users where both users can access the pegboard,
two user vacuum, and hose/tool hangers.

The TwinTech ships with the following items attached
or in the lower drawer:
• 2 x Hose Hangers
• 1 x Lower Shelf
1. Remove the existing handle from the vacuum
• Remove the 4 bolts using a 3/8” socket (keep the bolts to be reused)
• Remove the handle by sliding up and away from the tank

GETTING STARTED
2. Mount the Upright tubes
• Using the bolts from step 1, mount the Upright tubes to the tank
• Do not fully tighted the bolts
3. Mount the Pegboard Assembly
• Slide the Pegboard tubes (A) over the Upright tubes (B)
• Depress the pin in each Upright tube (B)
• Continue engaging the tubes until the pins lock into the pin holes.

3. Mount the Lower Shelf Assembly
• Slide the Lower Shelf tubes (A) into the Pegboard tubes (B)
• Depress the pin in each Lower Shelf tube (B)
• Continue engaging the tubes until the pins lock into the pin holes.
3. Mount the Upper Shelf Assembly
• Slide the Upper Shelf tubes (A) into the Pegboard tubes (B)
• Depress the pin in each Upper Shelf tube (B)
• Continue engaging the tubes until the pins lock into the pin holes.

1. Mount the Hose / Tool Holders
• Mount the Hose / Tool Holders to the Lower Shelf with 4 x 1/4-20 screws (provided).
• Use of Loctite thread locker is prefered

1. Hose Hangers / Tool Hangers
• Hose Hangers are provided on either side of the Vacuum Mounted Workcenter
• Loop each vacuum hose from the vacuum onto each hose hangers
• Use the V slot at the top of the Hose Hanger to hold the sander or other tool attached to the hose when not in use
2. Pegboard
• Arrange the Lock Hooks in the pegboard as desired

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warranty Terms
Clayton Associates, Inc. guarantees its manufactured products against defects in materials or workmanship and will either repair or replace
all parts that prove defective under normal use during the lifetime of the products. The warranty period shall commence from the date
of paid invoice.
This warranty does not cover (a) repairs due to normal wear, accident, neglect, misuse, or use other than as indicated in the instruction
booklet (b) products manufactured by third parties and distributed by Clayton (c) wear items such as bearings, rotor blades, regulators,
valve stems, levers, shrouds, guards, O-rings, seals, gaskets, motor brushes, and other wearable parts.
Repair within the Continental US
During the rst 90 days of the warranty period, Clayton will provide parts and labor to the customer’s site at no charge or pay freight
costs associated with returning the products for repair to a Clayton selected service location and repair the product at no charge.
Clayton personnel will determine the best way to repair the product.
Past 90 days, Clayton will provide parts to the customer’s site at no charge or the customer may ship the product to a Clayton selected
service location at customer’s expense and Clayton will repair the product at no charge and provide return shipping.
Repair Outside the Continental US
Clayton will provide parts to the customer’s site at no charge or the customer may ship the product to a Clayton selected service location at
customer’s expense and Clayton will repair the product at no charge and provide return shipping.
Limitation of Liability
Clayton shall not in any event be liable for any damages, loss of production time or prots, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence,
strict liability or otherwise, including without limitation any consequential, incidental or special damages, arising with respect to the equipment
or its failure to operate.
Clayton Associates, Inc. makes no other warranty or representation of any kind, except that of title, and all other warranties,
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or tness for any particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed.
