WARNINGS
To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock, failure or injury when using your cabinet,
please follow these basic precauons:
• Read all instrucons before using your CLEAVER Salumi Cabinet.
• WARNING: Do not use appliance for the storage of food other than as recommended in this
manual.
• These cabinets are not suitable for use as a refrigerator.
• WARNING: When posioning the appliance, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged
• WARNING: Do not locate mulple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear
of the appliance.
• WARNING: Keep venlaon openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear
of obstrucon.
• This appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have
been given instrucon.
• This appliance should not be operated or cleaned by children. It is not a toy and children should be
le unsupervised around this appliance. Never allow children to operate, play with, or crawl inside
the cabinet.
• WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the compartment(s) of the appliance, unless
they are the type recommended by the manufacture.
• Never clean appliance parts with ammable uids. The fumes can create a re hazard or
explosion.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applicaons such as; sta kitchen
areas in shops, oces and other working environments; farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels
and other residenal type environments; bed and breakfast type environments; catering and similar
non-retail applicaons.
• If your cabinet stops working, please call our service department or other related technicians
to check and repair. If the power cord is damaged, nd a professional technician or electrician to
replace cord.
• Never aempt to repair the cabinet yourself.
• Make sure that the plug is removed from socket while cleaning, moving or repairing.
• To avoid damage of door seal, please make sure the door is fully open when pulling out the
movable shelves.
• Never move cabinet with items inside.
• Place cabinet with its rear against a wall to prevent the compressor from being easily touched.
• Do not turn the cabinet on and o too frequently. Allow at least 5 minutes between reseng.
• WARNING: Flammable and explosive arcles should not be put in or near the cabinet, to avoid re
or explosion.
• WARNING: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
• WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosng process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer
• Please dispose of old cabinets responsibly. Before you throw away your old cabinet: Remove the
door. Leave the shelves in original place so that children may not easily climb inside. Have a qualied
tradesperson de-gas the compressor. Dispose at registered waste staon or recyclers. DO NOT burn.

Installaon:
• Remove the exterior and interior packing.
• Locate the cabinet away from direct sunlight and sources of heat
(stove, heater etc.). Direct sunlight and heat sources may increase electrical
consumpon. Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also cause the unit to
perform poorly.
• Avoid locang the cabinet in wet/damp areas.
• The cabinet should be placed in a locaon that allows sucient heat
dissipaon from condenser unit. The back of the cabinet should not be place
rmly against a wall.
• If building into cabinetry, space should be provided on both sides, top
and rear of the cabinet to allow for sucient air circulaon.
- Top: minimum space 25mm
- Rear: minimum space 50mm
- Sides: minimum space 5mm
• Level your cabinet, adjusng the front and rear feet at the base.
• Before connecng to the power source, let the cabinet stand upright for
at least 3 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfuncon in the cooling
system from handling during transportaon.
• Clean the interior surface with mild detergent and a so cloth.
4. Installation
① Seng Display: Displays the temperature you set.
② RUN light: Indicator light of compressor working. While the compressor
operang, the red light is on.
③ Chamber Display: Displays actual temperature.
④ Set Buon: Increases temperature by 1°C/1°F with each press, cycling
through to the bottom temperature once the maximum is reached.
⑤ LIGHT Buon: Cabinet LED light control buon - on/o.
⑥ °C/°F Buon: Changes temperature between Celsius and Fahrenheit
⑦ On/O Buon: Power on and o buon.

1. Remove all boles or cans from shelf.
2. Pull the shelf out, forwards to its full limit ①.
3. Locate the black release tabs ② inside the runners on each side of the shelf.
4. Press the le hand side one DOWN ③ and the right hand side one UP ④ at
the same me.
5. Pull the shelf straight forward to remove from the runners ⑤.
6. Unscrew and rex shelf into desired posion.
7. Return shelf into the runners and push right to the back to lock into place.

Main Shelves
Posion your wine boles at the rear of the shelf, as shown in Fig. 4, with the
neck facing out.
Then nestle the front row of boles, neck facing inwards, between each of the
boles in the back row - Fig. 4 and Fig. 6.
Boom Shelf
Posion your wine boles in a single row with neck facing inwards - Fig. 5.

8. Changing Door Hinge
You can reverse the door swing on your cabinet to a le-hand hinge
conguraon by following the steps.
STEP 1:
Using a thin spatula or buer knife, carefully remove the 5 plasc screw hole
caps ① and the cap of the door spindle ② on the top left hand corner of the
cabinet.
STEP 2:
Open the door to an angle and unscrew the hinge cover ③ from underneath
and remove. Carefully holding the door up, unscrew hinge screws ④ unl
upper hinge ⑤ is loose enough to li spindle from the door. Li door
to remove from the lower hinge. Remove hinge screws and upper hinge
completely. Place screw caps ① into screwholes.

STEP 3:
Remove screws ⑥ on the lower hinge ⑦ and front vent cover.
STEP 4:
Install lower hinge on the opposite side ⑧ and ret screws into vent cover.

8. Changing Door Hinge
STEP 5:
Gently pry the 2 screw caps from the door frame ⑨. Remove the lower door
support ⑩. Fix door support on opposite side of door frame ⑪.

STEP 6:
Li the door gasket/seal to reveal the door handle screws ⑫. Remove screws and
handle and fix onto opposite side.
STEP 7:
Loosely x upper hinge onto opposite side of the cabinet ⑭.

8. Changing Door Hinge
STEP 8:
Reposion the nut onto the lower door hinge and slot the door support spindle
into the nut ⑮.
STEP 9:
Slot upper hinge into door ⑯, line up door and ghten hinge screws. Re-x
hinge cover.

9. Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE
Cabinet is not cold enough. • Check the temperature control seng.
• External environment may require a
higher seng.
• The door is opened too oen.
• The door is not closed completely.
• The door gasket does not seal properly.
• Turn unit o at the powerpoint for
20 minutes to reset. Turn on and set
temperature.
• Sensor or condensor failure. Please call
service immediately.
Turns on and o frequently. • The room temperature is hoer than
normal.
• A large amount of contents has been
added to the cabinet.
• The door is opened too oen.
• The door is not closed completely.
• The temperature control is not set
correctly.
• The door gasket does not seal properly.
Vibraons. • Check to assure that the cabinet is on
level
The cabinet seems to make too much noise. • The raling noise may come from the ow
of the refrigerator, which is normal.
• As each cycle ends, you may hear gurgling
sounds caused by the ow of refrigerator in
your cabinet.
• Contracon and expansion of the inside
walls may cause popping and crackling
noises.
• The cabinet is not level.
