1. COBB PREMIER+ GAS 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
If inspection conrms that it is defective in material or workmanship, Cobb
International (PTY) Ltd will provide free replacement of parts or exchange a
new Cobb Premier+ Gas. Transport and handling will be for the users account.
This warranty is void if:
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas is explicitly or implicitly modied, tampered
with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than authorised
representatives of Cobb International (PTY) Ltd.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas has been damaged through misuse, negligence,
accident or natural calamities.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas has not been cleaned after each use.
For services under this warranty contact your local Cobb Premier+ Gas
dealer, describing the problem including your proof of purchase.
2. GARANTIE LIMITÉE DE 2 ANS POUR LE GAS COBB
Si l’inspection conrme un défaut matériel ou de fabrication, Cobb
International (PTY) Ltd effectuera gracieusement un remplacement des
pièces ou procèdera à l’échange du Gas Cobb contre un appareil neuf. Le

Cette garantie prend n si :
• Le Gas Cobb est explicitement ou implicitement modié, altéré, changé ou
réparé d’un quelconque manière par une personne autre que les représentants
habilités de Cobb International (PTY) Ltd.
• Le Gas Cobb a été endommagé en raison d’une mauvaise utilisation, de
négligence, d’un accident ou de catastrophes naturelles.
• Le Gas Cobb n’a pas été nettoyé après chaque utilisation.

3. COBB PREMIER+ GASOLGRILL MED 2 ÅRS BEGRÄNSAD
GARANTI
Om det vid inspektionen visar att produkten är defekt i material eller
utförande, kommer Cobb International (PTY) Ltd att kostnadsfritt erbjuda
gratis byte av delar eller byta ut den för en ny Cobb Premier+ Gasolgrill.
Transport och hantering kommer att debiteras användares konto.
Garantin gäller inte om:
• Cobb Premier+ Gasolgrill modieras direkt eller indirekt, bearbetas, ändras
eller repareras på något sätt av andra än auktoriserade representanter för
Cobb International (PTY) Ltd
• Cobb Premier+ Gasolgrill har skadats genom missbruk, oaktsamhet, olyckor
eller naturkatastrofer.

4. GARANTÍA DE 2 AÑOS EN LA BARBACOA COBB PREMIER+ GAS
Si se conrma en la inspección que la barbacoa presenta defectos materiales
o de fabricación, Cobb International (PTY) Ltd suministrará gratuitamente las
piezas de repuesto correspondientes o cambiará la barbacoa por una nueva.
El transporte y la tramitación corren a cargo del cliente.
Esta garantía queda anulada si:
• La barbacoa ha sido modicada de manera explícita o implícita, manipulacion
indebida, si ha sufrido alteraciones o reparaciones de cualquier índole
efectuadas por personas que no sean los representantes autorizados de Cobb
International (PTY) Ltd.
• La barbacoa ha resultado dañada debido a un uso indebido, negligencia,
accidente o por desastres naturales.
• La barbacoa no ha sido limpiada después de cada uso.
Para solicitar los servicios cubiertos por esta garantía, rogamos se ponga
en contacto con su distribuidor local de barbacoas Cobb Premier+ Gas,
describiendo el problema y presentando el correspondiente justicante de
compra.
5. DUE ANNI DI GARANZIA PER GAS COBB
Se da eventuali controlli risultassero imperfezioni inerenti il materiale o la
lavorazione, Cobb International (PTY) Ltd effettuerà sostituzione gratuita dei
pezzi difettosi o il cambio con un nuovo Gas Cobb. Trasporto e imballaggio
saranno a carico degli utenti.
La garanzia non è valida nei casi in cui:
• Gas Cobb abbia esplicitamente o implicitamente subito modiche,
manomissioni, alterazioni o riparazioni di alcun tipo da persone diverse da
rappresentanti autorizzati di Cobb International (PTY) Ltd.
• Gas Cobb sia danneggiato in seguito ad uso improprio, negligenza, incidente
o calamità naturali.
• Gas Cobb non sia stato pulito dopo ogni uso.
Per i servizi coperti dalla presente garanzia, contattare il proprio rivenditore
locale di Gas Cobb fornendo una descrizione del problema e acclusa prova
di acquisto.
6. GAS COBB - 2 JAHRE BEGRENZTE GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Sollte eine Inspektion zu dem Ergebnis führen, dass ein Material- oder
Produktionsfehler vorliegt, so übernimmt Cobb International (PTY) Ltd. einen
kostenfreien Austausch von Bauteilen oder den Ersatz durch einen neuen Gas
Cobb. Der Transport und die Handhabung gehen zu Lasten des Benutzers.
Diese Gewährleistung ist ungültig, wenn:
• der Gas Cobb ausdrücklich oder stillschweigend in irgendeiner Weise von
einer Person umgebaut, manipuliert, abgeändert oder repariert wurde, sofern
diese kein zugelassener Vertreter von Cobb International (PTY) Ltd. ist;
• der Gas Cobb durch Zweckentfremdung, Fahrlässigkeit, Unfall oder
natürliche Katastrophen beschädigt wurde;
• der Gas Cobb nicht nach jedem Gebrauch gereinigt wurde.
Für Dienstleistungen im Rahmen dieser Gewährleistung kontaktieren Sie
Ihren Cobb-Händler vor Ort mit Ihrem Kaufnachweis und beschreiben Sie
das Problem.
7. GAS COBB 2 JAAR BEPERKTE GARANTIE
Als uit onderzoek blijkt dat er een defect in het materiaal of het product is,
zal Cobb International (PTY) Ltd gratis onderdelen vervangen of een nieuwe
Gas Cobb leveren. Kosten voor vervoer en behandeling zijn voor rekening van
de gebruiker.
Deze garantie geldt niet wanneer:
• aan de Gas Cobb veranderingen zijn aangebracht, ermee geknoeid is of het
op welke manier dan ook veranderd of gerepareerd is door personen anders
dan geautoriseerde vertegenwoordigers van Cobb International (PTY) Ltd
• de Gas Cobb beschadigd is door verkeerd gebruik, nalatigheid, een ongeluk of
natuurrampen
• de Gas Cobb niet schoongemaakt is na ieder gebruik
Om gebruik te maken van deze garantie dient u contact op te nemen met
uw lokale Gas Cobb dealer, het probleem beschrijven en uw aankoopbewijs
tonen.

материал, либо несоответствующее качество работ, Cobb International
(PTY) Ltd произведет бесплатную замену частей либо обменяет старое
оборудование Gas Cobb на новое. Транспортировка и установка будут
осуществляться за счет заказчика.
Действие гарантии прекращается, если:
• Газовое оборудование Cobb было изменено, модифицировано,
либо отремонтировано людьми, не являющимися авторизованными
представителями Cobb International (PTY) Ltd

fabrikationsfejl, vil Cobb International (PTY) Ltd sørge for gratis erstatning
af dele eller bytte til en ny Cobb Premier+ Gasgrill. Transport og håndtering
sker for kundens regning.
Garantien bortfalder hvis:
• Din Cobb Premier+ Gasgrill åbenlyst eller indirekte er blevet modiceret,
manipuleret med, forandret eller på anden måde forsøgt repareret af andre
end fagpersoner autoriserede af Cobb International (PTY) Ltd.
• Din Cobb Premier+ Gasgrill er blevet ødelagt pga. forkert brug, uagtsomhed,
uheld eller naturkatastrofer.

Remove any and all cardboard, paper, plastic and/or polystyrene packaging prior to using the appliance.
Note: Do not remove the black silicone grommets (Component “E” on diagram above) as they are an intrinsic part of the Cobb
and not packaging material. Always ensure that all grommets are free of any damage and tted before, during and after cooking.

Fitting the gas cylinder onto the Cobb Premier+ Gas
(Model PGA005 and PGA006)

The hose line forms the connection between the liquid gas bottle and the gas barbecue. Only use a tested and CE-certiedhose
line which shall not be longer than 1.5m. Before each use, check whether the hose line has any cracks or is worn. Make sure that
the hose line does not have any kinks and that it does not touch any hot surfaces. Only use the hose line supplied with your gas
barbecue. If neccessary, replace the hose in order tocomply with the corresponding national requirements.
• Use outdoors only.
• Change the gas container outside and away from people.
• If there is a leak on your appliance(smell of gas),take it outside immediately into a well ventilated ame free location, away
from people, where the leak may be detected and stopped.
• If you wish to check for leaks on your appliance, do it outside. Do not try to detect leaks using a ame, use soapy water.
• Check the seals before connecting a new gas container to the appliance.
• If you detect a smell of gas, turn off the gas supply immediately and ensure the regulator knob is turned to the off position.
Unscrew the gas cylinder before to reconnecting. Be certain the cylinder’s threads are not cross threaded and ensure that the
regulator O-ring and seals are in place and not damaged.
• Do not use an open ame to check for leaks.
Regulator Fitment
A. Connecting the pressure regulator complying to EN16129 with a left-hand thread. Screw the
pressure regulator to the liquid gas cylinder connection. To do this, turn the pressure regulator
coupling nut anti-clockwise. Turn the valve (a) on the liquid gas cylinder anti- clockwise so that
the gas ows out and you can start up the barbecue.
B. Connecting the pressure regulator with a lever complying to EN16129. Turn the pressure
regulator lever (b) clockwise to the OFF position. Press the pressure regulator onto the liquid
gas cylinder valve until the pressure regulator obviously engages. Turn the lever anti-clockwise
to ON so that the gas ows out and you can start up the barbecue.
C. Connecting the pressure regulator with a collar complying to EN16129. Make sure that
the pressure regulator lever (b) is in the OFF position. Slide up the collar on the pressure
regulator and maintain the pressure. Press the pressure regulator onto the gas cylinder valve
and slide down the collar to close it. If the pressure regulator does not engage, repeat the
procedure.

Important: Read these instructions for use carefully so as to familiarize yourself with the appliance before connecting it to its
gas cylinder. Keep these instructions for future reference.
Your Cobb Premier+ Gas is a portable outdoor cooking appliance. With the Cobb Premier+ Gas you can grill, fry, roast and bake.
You can cook anything, anywhere, anytime.
• Improper assembly can be dangerous and could cause injury.
• Not for use by children.
The Cobb Premier+ Gas complies with GAS APPLIANCE REGULATION (GAR) 2016/426 and follows standard EN 498:2012 (E)
for Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG).

• Read the instructions before using the appliance
• Check that all seals between the appliance and the gas cylinder are in place and in good condition before connecting the
gas cylinder. Do not use a cylinder if it has damaged or worn seals causing leaks. Do not use a cylinder which is damaged, or
which does not operate properly.
• Always change or connect the gas cylinder outside, away from people and any source of ignition. Do not tamper with or
remove the gas cylinder, regulator, or any tting while in use.
• Turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder after use.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas must be disconnected from the gas cylinder after use or when in storage. Do not store a spare or
disconnected gas cylinder under or near this grill. After a period of storage, the Cobb Premier+ Gas should be checked for
gas leaks when connected to a cylinder again.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas must be operated on a secure level base.
• This appliance must be kept away from ammable materials during use. Keep the cooking area clear of ammable vapours
and liquids such as gasoline, alcohol and combustible materials.
• Use outdoors only.
• If there is a leak on your appliance (smell of gas), take it outside immediately into a well-ventilated ame free location where
the leak may be detected and stopped. If you wish to check for leaks on your appliance, do it outside, away from people. Do
not try to detect leaks using a ame but rather use soap water which will bubble when applied generously onto the leaking
connections.
• WARNING: accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away
• Do not modify the appliance. Parts sealed by Cobb or our agents shall not be manipulated by the user.
• Do not store or make use of any ammable liquids or vapours in the vicinity of the Cobb Premier+ Gas.
• CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD— Using this appliance in an enclosed space may cause death. Do not use in caravans, tents,
marine craft, cars, mobile homes or similar locations.
• Do not tamper with the inner parts or convert any component on the Cobb Premier+ Gas.
• Always keep your Cobb Premier+ Gas clean.
• Do not pour liquid into the Inner Sleeve while hot.
• Do not leave hot fat or oil unattended on the Cobb Premier+ Gas as this could create a re hazard.
• Should a re (grease, oil etc.) occur, turn off all burners and leave the Dome Cover closed until re is out.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas can be a potential re hazard if not handled with care.
• Please carefully follow the assembly and tting instructions in this manual.
• Use the Cobb Premier+ Gas only for its intended purpose.
• Should the ame on the burner go out while in operation, the grill is equipped with a thermocouple which will cut off the
gas supply. Should this happen, immediately turn the regulator knob to the “off” position. Open the dome lid and wait 5
minutes before attempting to reignite. Please refer to igniting instructions in this manual for the ignition process.
• Ensure all 4 grommets are in place before, during and after cooking.
• A dented or rusted cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked and certied by your gas supplier prior to use.
• Although your cylinder may appear to be empty, gas may still be present. The canister should be transported, stored and
disposed of accordingly. Contact your local Cobb Distributor or Gas supplier for advise on the disposal of Gas canisters/
cylinders.
• Exercise caution when using the Cobb Premier+ Gas. High temperatures will be achieved during cooking. Your Cobb
Premier+ Gas should not be left unattended
• Do not move the appliance during use.
• Never lean over/reach directly over the unit while cooking as high temperatures will be experienced or may cause harm.
• Never place hands on the metallic sections of the Dome Cover, Black Top Ring or on the underside of the unit while
operational as these surfaces may be hot and injury may occur.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas must be cleaned thoroughly after every use, once cooled.
• When cleaning the valves and burners take caution to ensure you do not enlarge any ports or orices. Do not submerge the
base of the grill when cleaning the unit.
• Butane mixtures and Propane gasses are not natural gasses. Using a natural gas on your Cobb Premier+ Gas is dangerous,
and this will void your warranty.
• Use heat-protection/resistant gloves when operating the Cobb Premier+ Gas.
• The unit must be properly assembled according to the instructions. Do not use the Cobb Premier+ Gas unless all parts are
in place.

Warnings
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas is a stand-alone unit and must not be built-in to any construction. Ignoring this could cause serious
damage/injury to property or the persons operating the unit. This also applies to installation in or on recreational vehicles/
caravans or boats.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas is not intended for commercial use
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas is not intended, and should never be used, as a heater unless it is with a specic Cobb certied heater
unit.
• The unit should not be used when under the inuence of alcohol and/or any prescription/non-prescription drugs as this
impairs the ability to properly assemble and operate the unit.
• Do not alter any parts sealed by the manufacturer. Any modications could be dangerous and will void the warranty.
• Do not use the Cobb Premier+ Gas under an overhang or a combustible roof.
• Ensure that all electrical cables are kept away from the heated surfaces while in use.
• This appliance shall only be used in an above ground open air situation with natural ventilation, without stagnant areas,
where gas leakage and products of combustion are rapidly dispersed by wind and natural convection.
• Gas is highly ammable. When connecting the gas cylinder make sure that there are no sources of ignition within a 5 m
radius. Protect the gas cylinder and the gas hose from direct sunlight and other sources of heat (max. 50 °C). Take particular
care to ensure that the gas hose does not touch any part of the hot barbecue.
• Use in an area where no ammable materials or substances are, or will be, in close proximity to the barbecue. Minimum
distance to ammable materials or substances: 2 m overhead and 1 m to the side. Distance to ame-resistant materials,
e.g. house walls: at least 0.6 m.

Placement of the gas cylinder during use
The gas cylinder must not be stored underneath the grill during use.
Position the gas cylinder next to the barbecue.
Note that the gas cylinder must not exceed the maximum height of 700 mm.

When using gas canisters
Igniting your Cobb Premier+ Gas
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas is not designed for manual lighting. The grills utilizes an internal Piezo-ignition system which
automatically ignites with the rotation of the control knob.
• Always check the Inner Sleeve/Moat for grease build-up before using. The Grill’s components should always be kept clean
and excess grease, oil or fat residues should be removed to avoid a residue re. Residue res can cause serious bodily harm.
• Prior to igniting your Cobb Premier+ Gas, ensure the cylinder is tted correctly and you are in an area free of ammable
liquid or vapour.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas must be placed in a secure, level and stable position. Remove the Dome and all accessories to
expose the burner with the Inner Sleeve still in place.
Ignition procedure
1) Depress and turn the control knob in an anti-clockwise direction until the knob provides some resistance at the Ignition
symbol on the knob.
2) Wait 3 seconds whilst still depressing the knob
3) With the knob still depressed, turn the knob through to the “Max” indication on the knob.
4) A noticeable mechanical “striking sound” will be noticed as the Grill ignites and lights the burner.
5) Continue to depress and hold the knob for another 3-5 seconds in the “Max” position to allow the thermocouple device to
heat.
6) Release the knob (still in the “max” position) and observe if the ames on the burner is sustained for at least 10 seconds.
• Should the burner not ignite, repeat steps 1 to 6 above.
• Once ignited the ame can be adjusted by turning the control knob between min and max to the necessary requirements.
• Place the accessory onto the Inner Sleeve, cover it with the Dome Cover and allow the grill to warm up for 5 minutes.
NOTE: Various accessories may require different preheating periods. Consult this accessory packaging for details.
Failure to remove the Dome Cover while igniting the burner, or not waiting once lit to allow the gas to clear should
the burner not have ignited may result in an explosive are-up which can cause serious bodily harm. This appliance is
designed to operate at the maximum available heat setting with the Dome Cover closed, once successfully lit. However,
the lowest heat setting is recommended for roasting purposes.

• Prior to lighting your Cobb Premier+ Gas, apply a thin layer of a non-stick cooking spray to the accessory’s cooking surface
with the exclusion of the Pizza Stone. Please read manufacturer’s instructions carefully before use. Alternatively, a thin layer

• After the Cobb Premier+ Gas is lit, place the accessory onto the Inner Sleeve.
• Place the Dome Cover onto the grill and allow the accessory to preheat for 5 minutes. NOTE: Various accessories may
require different preheating periods. Consult this accessory packaging for details.
• The size and weight of the food will determine cooking time of the dish.
• You can fry or grill, with or without the Dome Cover in place.
• For most dishes, it is better to cook with the Dome in place. One should avoid opening or removing the Dome Cover too
often as this will lower the grill’s heat build-up and cooking temperatures prolonging the cooking process. You will learn
what works best for the required dish being prepared whilst experiencing the versatility of the Cobb Premier+ Gas.
• Ensure that all food is properly thawed and never cook frozen food.
• When roasting or baking, the Dome Cover must be on to create an oven effect.
• When baking, it is best to have a baking tin or bowl which is slightly smaller than the grill’s diameter (approx. 25cm or 10”)
resting on the Fenced Roast Rack on top of the Alu Grill Grid or Griddle+ as to allow the hot air to circulate all round the
bottom, sides and top of the dish.
Roasting tips and warnings
• For the best results use the Grill Grid and Fenced Roast Rack or Griddle+ and Fenced Roast Rack (optional extra).
• Ignite your Cobb Premier+ Gas and set the regulator knob to minimum. Place the Grill Grid/Griddle+, Fenced Roast Rack and
Dome Cover on to the Inner Sleeve and allow to heat for 5 minutes on the minimum heat setting before adding the food to
the top of the Fenced Roast Rack
• Depending on the size and type of the roast, cooking time should take between 70 and 120 minutes.
• Never leave the Cobb Premier+ Gas unattended.
• Check on your roast every 20 – 25 minutes.
• Turn your roast during these 20-25 intervals to ensure even cooking.
• Please note that excessive oil and fat may ignite which is why the minimum heat setting is recommended for roasting
purposes.
Disconnecting the gas hose from the grill
• Ensure the control knob on the grill is situated/pointing to the off position.
• Ensure that the regulator on the gas cylinder is closed completely.
• Check the burners are extinguished before disconnecting the gas canister or cylinder
• Ensure that the grill has cooled to the touch
• Remove the Dome, accessories and Inner Sleeve for the grill’s base.
• Flip the base upside down exposing the bottom of the grill
• Use an adequately sized wrench to unscrew the screwed connection indicated below.
• Reassemble the grill with the Inner Sleeve, accessories and Dome once cleaned and pack the unit for storage.

Cleaning your Cobb Premier+ Gas
• Always clean your Cobb Premier+ Gas after each use.
• Ensure the Cobb Premier+ Gas is completely cool before cleaning.
• Carefully remove the Dome Cover and the accessories in use.
• Carefully remove the Inner Sleeve as it may contain oil, fat, liquids, etc.
• Remove the gas cylinder after each use
• The accessories, Inner Sleeve and Dome Cover are dishwasher safe (with the exception of the Pizza Stone).
• You can use cleaning cloths, sponges or brushes suitable for stainless steel products to wipe clean the Inner Sleeve, Dome
Cover and accessories in a lukewarm soap water solution. Use dishwashing liquid or cleaning materials suitable for stainless
steel or aluminium products when cleaning the grill and components.
• Never use abrasive products on the stainless steel or non-stick components. The abrasion may damage the appearance of
the stainless steel or remove and damage the non-stick coatings.
• The Base and all other parts not mentioned above, should be cleaned by using a lukewarm soapy solution and cleaning
cloth/sponge to wipe clean taking care never to submerge the components.
Storing your Cobb Premier+ Gas
• The cylinder must be removed from the Cobb Premier+ Gas when not in use.
• Gas cylinder should be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area out of the reach of children. Any indoor storage shall
comply with AS/NZS 1596.
• If you store your Cobb Premier+ Gas for a lengthy period of time, apply a light coat of vegetable oil to all stainless steel
surfaces but not the Nylon Top Ring and brass components such as the nozzle/jet.
• After a period of storage, the Cobb Premier+ Gas should be checked for gas leaks and any obstructions in the burner tubes
before using.
• When removing your Cobb Premier+ Gas from storage having applied the above beforehand, please remove all oil applied
to the various surfaces before use.

Maintenance
• A normal ame is blue and may have orange tips. If the ame is completely yellow adjust the ventilation plate bigger or
smaller until the ame burns blue.
• To adjust the ventilation, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw holding the ventilation in place indicated below. Adjust
ventilation to desired air ow and return screw to the secured position.
• If the ame does not turn blue it could be that the venture tube has an obstruction, or the jet is not securely tted. If the jet
gets blocked, do not try to clean the blockage. It must be replaced with the appropriate jet. Your local approved gas dealer
or Cobb agent will be able to replace this.
• This appliance must only be serviced by an authorized person.
• Please note that any grill in storage can become a target for spiders and other insects. They can nest in the venturi section of
the burner tube which in turn may block the standard gas ow, causing the gas to ow back out of the air shutter. This could
result in a re in or around the air shutter and has the ability to cause damage to your Cobb Premier+ Gas. We recommend
that you inspect the Burner Tube annually, or when the unit is not used regularly.
Please note that any grill in storage can become a target for spiders and other insects. They can nest in the venturi section of
the burner tube which in turn may block the standard gas ow, causing the gas to ow back out of the air shutter. This could

1. COBB PREMIER+ GAS 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
If inspection conrms that it is defective in material or workmanship, Cobb
International (PTY) Ltd will provide free replacement of parts or exchange a
new Cobb Premier+ Gas. Transport and handling will be for the users account.
This warranty is void if:
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas is explicitly or implicitly modied, tampered
with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than authorised
representatives of Cobb International (PTY) Ltd.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas has been damaged through misuse, negligence,
accident or natural calamities.
• The Cobb Premier+ Gas has not been cleaned after each use.
For services under this warranty contact your local Cobb Premier+ Gas
dealer, describing the problem including your proof of purchase.

Slangledningen bildar anslutningen mellan ytande gasaska och gasgrill. Använd endast en testad och CE-certierad
slangledning som inte får vara längre än 1,5 m. Kontrollera före varje användning om slangledningen har sprickor eller är
sliten. Se till att slangledningen inte har några kinks och att den inte vidrör några heta ytor. Använd endast slangledningen
som medföljer din gasgrill. Om din gasgrill levererades utan en slangledning (landsberoende), skaffa en slangledning som
uppfyller dina nationella bestämmelser.
• Montera alltid gasolaskan bort från en öppen eld eller källa för antändning.
• Gasolaskan ska monteras utomhus för att undvika skada.
• Se till att gummitätningen (på askan) är i gott skick och sitter på rätt sätt (se instruktioner för användning på gasolaskan av
tillverkaren) Regulatorvredet måste vara i läge ”av”.
• Om du håller behållaren vertikalt, luta den en aning mot regulatorn, placera den in i regulatorn och skruva åt ordentligt medurs med ett
läge för handkraft.
• Om du upptäcker lukt av gas, se då till att regulatorvredet är i läge av. Skruva av gasolaskan, vrid askan till vänster (moturs) innan
återanslutning. Var säker på trådarna till behållaren inte är korsgängade och se till att tätningen sitter korrekt. Använd inte en öppen låga
för att leta efter läckor.
• Kontrollera att reglaget “O”-ring är på plats och inte skadad. Se Diagram A.
• Genom att använda såpvatten (50% vatten - 50% ytande tvållösning) kan du kontrollera tätheten genom att applicera såpvatten
på fogarna. Om det nns en bildning av bubblor, då nns det en läcka. Om det fortfarande läcker efter återmontering av behållaren,
returnera gasolgrillen till din lokala återförsäljare för åtgärd. När behållaren är tom ta bort den genom att skruva åt vänster (moturs).
• Bränn inte eller punktera behållaren, även om den är tom.
Regulator Fitment
A. Ansluta tryckregulatorn (enligt EN16129) med en vänster gänga. Skruva tryckregulatorn till
anslutningen för ytande gasaska. Vrid tryckregulatorns kopplingsmutter moturs för att göra
detta. Vrid ventilen (a) på vätskeaskan moturs så att gasen rinner ut och du kan starta grillen.
B. Ansluta tryckregulatorn (enligt EN16129) med en spak. Vrid tryckregulatorns spak (b) medurs
till OFF-läget. Tryck tryckregulatorn på vätskegasaskan tills tryckregulatorn uppenbarligen går
i ingrepp. Vrid spaken moturs till PÅ så att gasen rinner ut och du kan starta grillen.
C. Ansluta tryckregulatorn (uppfyller EN16129) med en krage. Se till att tryckregulatorns spak (b)
är i OFF-läge. Skjut upp kragen på tryckregulatorn och bibehålla trycket. Tryck tryckregulatorn
på gasaskventilen och skjut ner kragen för att stänga den. Upprepa proceduren om
tryckregulatorn inte går i ingrepp.

• Cobb Premier + Gas måste kopplas bort från gasbehållaren eller cylindern efter användning eller när den förvaras. Förvara inte en
extra eller frånkopplad gasbehållare under eller nära denna grill. Efter en period av förvaring bör Cobb Premier + Gas kontrolleras för
gasläckage när den ansluts till en behållare/cylinder igen.
• Cobb Premier + Gas måste drivas på en säker nivå.
• Denna apparat måste hållas borta från lättantändliga material under användning. Håll matlagningsområdet rent från lättantändliga
ångor och vätskor som bensin, alkohol och brännbara material.
• Endast utomhusbruk
• Om det nns en läcka på din apparat (luktar gas), ta ut den omedelbart till en väl ventilerad eld fri plats där läckan kan upptäckas och
stoppas. Om du vill kontrollera om det nns läckage på din apparat, gör det utomhus, iväg från människor. Försök inte upptäcka läckor
med en eld, utan använd tvålvatten som bubblar när det appliceras på de läckande anslutningarna.
• VARNING: Åtkomliga delar kan vara mycket varma. Håll barnen borta
• Ändra inte apparaten eller gasbehållaren/cylindern på något sätt.
• Förvara eller använd inte brandfarliga vätskor eller ångor i närheten av Cobb Premier + Gas.
• RISK FÖR KOLMONOXID - att använda denna apparat i ett stängt område kan orsaka död. använd inte i husvagn, tält, fartyg, bilar,
mobila hem eller liknande platser.
• Mixtra inte med de inre delarna eller konvertera någon komponent till Cobb Premier + Gas.
• Håll alltid din Cobb Premier + Gas ren.
• Häll inte vätska i innerhylsan när den är varm.
• Lämna inte varmt fett eller olja utan uppsikt över Cobb Premier + Gas, eftersom detta skulle kunna skapa en brandrisk.
• Om det uppstår brand (fett, olja etc.), stäng av alla brännare och låt kupolhöljet vara stängt tills elden är släckt.
• Cobb Premier + Gas kan vara en potentiell brandfara om den inte hanteras varsamt.
• Var noga med att följa monterings- och bruksanvisningarna i den här manualen.
• Använd endast Cobb Premier + Gas för det avsedda ändamålet.
• Om amman på brännaren slocknar under drift är grillen utrustad med ett termoelement som stänger av gastillförseln. Om detta
skulle hända, vrid omedelbart regulatorknappen till “av” -läget. Öppna kupollocket och vänta 5 minuter innan du försöker tända igen. Se
tändningsinstruktionerna i denna manual för tändningsprocessen.
• Se till att alla fyra hylsorna är på plats före, under och efter tillagningen.
• En bucklad eller rostig behållare/cylinder kan vara farlig och bör kontrolleras och certieras av din gasleverantör före användning.
• Även om behållaren kan tyckas vara tom, kan gasen fortfarande nnas kvar. Behållaren bör transporteras, förvaras och bortskaffas i
enlighet med detta. Kontakta din lokala Cobb Distributör eller gasleverantör för rådgivning om omhändertagande av gasbehållare/
cylindrar.
• Utöva försiktighet vid användning av Cobb Premier + Gas. Höga temperaturer uppnås under tillagning.
Din Cobb Premier + Gas ska inte lämnas obevakad
• Flytta inte apparaten under användning.
• Luta dig aldrig över/ sträck dig inte över apparaten medan du lagar mat eftersom du kan uppleva höga temperaturer
eller kan orsaka skada.
• Placera aldrig händerna på de metalliska delarna av kupolhöljet, den svarta toppringen eller på enhetens undersida
medan de är i drift eftersom dessa ytor kan vara heta och skada kan uppstå.
• Cobb Premier + Gas måste rengöras noggrant efter varje användning, när den har svalnat.
• Vid rengöring av ventiler och brännare skall man se till att man inte utvidgar några portar eller öppningar. Sänk inte ner botten på grillen
när du rengör enheten.
• . Butanblandningar och propangaser är inte naturliga gaser. Att använda en naturgas på din Cobb Premier + Gas är farligt, och detta
upphäver din garanti.
• Använd värmeskyddande / motståndskraftiga handskar vid användning av Cobb Premier + Gas.
• Enheten skall vara korrekt monterad enligt anvisningarna. Använd inte Cobb Premier + Gas om inte alla delar nns.
• Cobb Premier + Gas är en fristående enhet och får inte vara inbyggd i någon konstruktion. Att ignorera detta kan orsaka allvarliga skador/
skador på egendom eller personer som använder enheten. Detta gäller även
installation i eller på fritidsfordon/husvagnar eller båtar.
• Cobb Premier + Gas är inte avsett för kommersiellt bruk
• Cobb Premier + Gas är inte avsedd och bör aldrig användas som värmare om den inte är utrustad med en särskild Cobb-certierad
värmare.
• Enheten ska inte användas under påverkan av alkohol och/eller receptbelagda/receptfria läkemedel eftersom detta försämrar förmågan
att montera och använda enheten ordentligt.
• Ändra inte de delar som tillverkaren förseglat. Eventuella ändringar kan vara farliga och upphäver garantin.
