Things You Should Know
• Carefully inspect the CampVac™ for damage before first use and
every use thereafter. Do not use if found damaged.
• Do not change the charger plugs in any way.
• Keep unit out of reach of children.
• Do not expose to rain or sunlight. Household use only.
• This pump is a high-volume, low-pressure pump and vacuum. It is
intended to inflate items requiring low pressure (such as inflatable
beds, inflatable rafts, air mattresses, etc.) and vacuuming dirt, dust
and small objects. Do attempt to vacuum objects larger than 1 ¼ x ½
inches.
• Caution - Risk of fire and electric shock! Do not operate for more than
10 minutes. Allow 20 minutes off between each operation.
Note: Pump will not work on stem valves or needle valves commonly
used on bike tires, basketballs, etc.
Warnings
• Follow the instructions carefully on articles to be inflated, never
exceed recommended pressure. Bursting items can cause
serious injury.
• Except for recycling the battery, do not open case, electrical hazards
may result. There are no user serviceable parts.
• To reduce the risk of fire for electric shock, do not use this CampVac™
with any solid-state speed control device.
• Do not use under wet conditions. Keep away from water.
• Never look into or point any opening toward your eyes while
CampVac™ is operating.
• Do not attempt to put any objects into the inflation or
deflation/vacuum port at any time.
• Never leave CampVac™ unattended while in use.
• Never twist the cord.
• Do not use the vacuum function without the vacuum adapter & dirt
bag properly installed on the CampVac™.
• Let CampVac™ cool before storing the CampVac™ inside the box
after use.
DO NOT EXCEED 10 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS OPERATION.
ALLOW 20 MINUTES OFF BETWEEN EACH OPERATION.
CAUTION: Do not block the air portals during operation, this could
damage the motor.
Before Operating the CampVac™
• This rechargeable CampVac™ needs to be charged for 10 HOURS
(but no more than 24 hours) before first use. Charge only using
transformer provided with the product.
• Do not leave CampVac™ charging for more than 24 hours to avoid
damage to the battery.
• After use, recharge the CampVac™ within 48 hours.
• Always store CampVac™ with a full charge. To keep the battery at
optimum operating levels, recharge the unit every 3 months, even if it
has not been used.
• CampVac™ will not operate when charger is plugged in.
• Familiarize yourself with the product, the adapters and proper
operation before using the product.

Charging Your CampVac™
Your CampVac™ can be charged with the 120 V AC Adapter or the 12 V
DC adapter (select models only).
• Connect the charger to an AC outlet or 12 volt plug.
• Connect the charger plug to the CampVac™. Charging port located
on the back of the handle.
Before Using Your CampVac™
• Remove Sticker and Pad before operating power switch.

The Power Switch is located on the top, inside of the handle.
• To turn Power ON slide power switch up.
• To turn Power OFF slide power switch down.

To Replace Fuse in 12 V Charger
• Unscrew plug cap.
• Remove plug cap & fuse collar.
• Be sure not to lose fuse collar.
• Remove fuse.
• Replace fuse with 10 A / 250 V standard automotive buss
fuse only.
• Reassemble in reverse order.

To Vacuum:
• Fully charge the product before using the vacuum function.
• Make sure the Dirt Filter is on the Dirt Frame and it is inserted into the
Vacuum Adapter.
• Connect the Vacuum Adapter to the Vacuum Port/Deflate as shown
below. The snaps will “click” when the Vacuum Adapter is fully
inserted into the product.
• Turn Power Switch to the “ON” position by pushing up on the power
switch and begin vacuuming.
NOTE: The product is intended to vacuum small areas and objects
no larger than the opening in the Vacuum Adapter. Do not attempt to
operate the vacuum without the vacuum adapter in place.
• Once vacuuming is complete, remove Vacuum Adapter, remove Dirt
Frame/Filter Assembly and empty debris stored in Vacuum Adapter.

1. To begin ination, open
external cap and pull rmly on
the lanyard to extend out. This
will open internal yellow seal.

About the Battery
This product uses a lead acid, sealed, rechargeable battery. The battery
pack is recyclable. At the end of the battery pack’s useful life, the unit
should be recycled or properly disposed of. Do not discard in a landfill
or incinerate. Contact your local city ofcials for battery disposal
information. If a battery collection program does not exist in your area,
call Coleman toll free at 1-800-835-3278 for battery disposal information.
2. Attach adapter nozzle to
ination end of pump. Insert
pump and turn on.
Note: The pump may look
different from yours. It is for
illustration purposes only.
To Inflate:
• Connect the Inflate/Deflate
Adapter to the Inflate Port as
shown below. The snaps will
“click” when the Inflate/Deflate
Adapter is fully inserted into the
product.
• Turn pump ON.
• Turn pump OFF when product
is fully inflated.
To Deflate:
• Connect the Inflate/deflate
Adapter to the Deflate Port
as shown below. The snaps
will “click” when the Vacuum
Adapter is fully inserted into the
product.
• Turn pump ON.
• Turn pump OFF when product
is fully deflated.

3. When fully inated, seal valve
by pushing in with pump
nozzle. This will seal the
internal yellow stopper and
keep air from escaping while
closing cap. Gently twist
adapter sleeve to right while
backing pump out of valve.
4. Fully remove pump and close
external cap. Valve should
appear depressed into itself.

Deflation
1. Remove adapter nozzle from
ination end and attach to
deation side of pump. Repeat
same steps as ination. This
will draw the air out quickly.
